Dr. Laborde is amazing! He is kind, passionate, and doesnt rush you. He will spend as much time with you as you need. His office is beautiful and staff are extremely nice and helpful! Its also great that you can schedule appointments online! He is my go-to dermatologist for everything skin related! Thank you Dr. Laborde!

I went in on May, to have something removed. Now, when it was removed , Dr. Laborde told me he wasn’t going to send the biopsy of what was removed to the lab (to see what it is and if it was dangerous/harmful) , but after a few minutes he mentioned he was going to send it in just in case . So he said it very casually “I’ll just go ahead and send it in anyways “ not mentioning I was going to charged by that months later . When the receptionist came in to charge me/show me my receipt of what procedure was done , she made it sound like that was my TOTAL. My full charge for what had happened and why I had gone in. No one told me that two months later , a bill was going to come in charging me for the “Lab Biopsy” I would have really loved to be let known that I was going to be charged now (August ) for something I wasn’t even made aware of . Can you please be more specific and communicative with your patients. It really wasn’t fair that I wasn’t let known that I was eventually going to be charged , seeing as the receptionist repeatedly told me “Yes, it’s your final charge” when I paid for what I had done that day . I’m very upset .

I can’t say enough nice things about Dr LaBorde and his wonderful staff. I have been going to him for many years. He is patient and kind and a wonderful dermatologist!! His staff is so efficient and always so kind and helpful!

Nice facility. Dr. Labored didn’t give me more than 5 minutes of his time, quickly wrote out 2 prescriptions and didn’t allow time for any questions. I felt very rushed and unwanted. Then was charged a very high fee for the 5 minute (no exaggeration) consultation. After the appointment the doctor did not schedule a follow up to see if the prescriptions work. If they don’t work I will be seeing a different dermatologist.

Loved my experience! I just moved down here from Oklahoma and I have been trying so hard to find a place that 1) has a great support staff & 2) a great doctor..obviously. This place has both of those things! Dr. Laborde listened to me and actually cared about what I had to say. I am so thankful!!!

My experience has always been great here. The office is ran better than any doctors office I have experienced. They answer the phone and are usually on schedule. Every time I call I am always helped. Dr. Laborde is very easy to talk to and a great physician. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Took my son in for stubborn wart. Dr Laborde did a great job helping my son feel comfortable. Dr. gave us options and we decided to go with the laser treatment. Wart is gone! Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

From a scale 0-10 I would give it a negative, horrible service lack of knowledge from the doctor. The whole staff lacks personality and common sense. When making and appointment I asked for a certain procedure to be done at the time of my appointment. When I arrive and wait for more then 30 min to be seen I learn that the doctor wont be able to do the procedure. When I ask why he said its to complicated for him (ok odd) then I ask what about some acne issues he states some acne is good to have. At this point Im boiling in disappointment. When I see the receptionist I ask why didnt anyone tell me that the doctor wouldnt be able to do the procedure. She stated that she didnt know what he is capable of. HORRIBLE!! Waste of time and money.

Dr Laborde is an excellent doctor- both for all the typical things a dermatologist deals with but also for the cosmetic side. He is a great listener and his staff is very professional. The office is very modern and well maintained. He has treated me for a wide variety of things, including dysport injections. It is very important to find a place where the DOCTOR does the injections. No matter where i live in houston, I will always drive to him. trust him completely.

Everything felt very rushed. The staff & doctor were all very professional and polite, very welcoming. However when it came to the actual appointment and asking questions it seemed that my questions were an inconvenience to him due to the other patients he had waiting.

The best dermatologist i have seen or met in Houston . Very knowledeable and excellent bed side manners . He had diagnosed my condition even without a biopsy but did do it to confirm it as well .Dont know why the other readers are calling him rude but my experience with both visits was awesome . I could get an appointment next day and barely had to wait 15-20 mins . The staff was also very kind and helpful , especially the nurse who assists him , the little asian lady .Would recommend Dr.Laborde anyday.
