Ive been meaning to type my review but I must say the providers and staff at Park West Dental are FABULOUS!! I found them through my sons insurance for his first check-up & after reading the reviews I felt at ease in scheduling his appointment with them. During his apt, the staff was professional, caring, and attentive. Dr. K was very attentive and took the time to provide valuable information to teeth care. I decided to transfer to them for myself and HAPPY that I did. Thank you again and looking forward that me and my son continue going for years to come.

My family has been coming to see Dr Kuruvilla since 2013. I highly recommend her. The staff is professional, courteous and always works with me. The doctor is very sweet and explains everything in a non-condescending, professional manner. If you have dentist phobia look no further.

Always accommodating, caring, and stern when I needed her to be. My husband and I went here for the first time today. Loved it. Our appointments were in the afternoon with Dr. K, and we both loved her. She is super nice and very straight forward/honest. I felt like everything was explained clearly. We also had a 2 yr old with us, and the staff was super helpful with him so we could both get done at the same time. Everyone made us feel so welcome and made me feel comfortable. And we didn’t have any wait time before they saw us. Will be returning!Returned 2/12/21. Still amazing customer service. in/out in 30min. Never pressured to do anything extra and I trust if Dr. K said I needed something done.

The moment I walk in they was friendly smelled good and I was riding my bike they let me bring it in some dentist don’t want that. They care about not only you but your belongings as well.the vibe of the place is awesome and great.

Very Polite, Very Professional, Very Timely: I bring my entire family here. We’ve all had great experiences. It’s located in our neighborhood within walking distance. I love the fact that I have an appointment time scheduled and every time I arrive at my appointed time there is no wait: I get to go straight back within minutes of my arrival time. I also like knowing that the dentist is going to be very thorough with my teeth cleanings. The office is clean, the bathrooms are clean and the staff all treats you like you’re family!

This place is by far the best dental office I have been to. They are very patient when there costumers and nice. I had to bring my 1 mouth old daughter to my appointment and they working helped me with my daughter while the other worked on my teeth. You won’t be disappointed! 😊

For anyone afraid of the dentist, Doctor K is the best. She is an amazing dentist and will help make sure you are doing ok. Her and Ms. Nancy are an amazing team. I hadnt been in several years because of my fear and after a couple visits I now look forward to going. I literally drive hours out of the way because of how amazing they are.

I was very sceptical which dentist to choose for not only myself but my kids. I absolutely LOVE this Dr. She is very thorough and explains step by step what she is doing. Our daughter loves coming to have her teeth examined and clean. What makes it even better is she signs children songs to her too!

I am 24 years old and have had a crown since I was 8 years old (so Ive had my fair shares of dentists), yet I have never met a dentist more patient, caring and meticulous than Dr. Kuruvilla. I have known her for almost a year all the while undergoing an implant surgery, and never once did I doubt her or her skills. She kept me calm by explaining everything she was doing throughout the various processes, and she was very detail oriented with my new permanent crown. She was not pleased until it was perfect which is something I entirely appreciate.Their office is somewhat far from me, but I would not imagine nor consider going ANYWHERE else. Dr. Kuruvilla, Jackie and Nancy are the best dental trio I have ever met.

Ive always had fear of dentists but upon my visit today and the way the Dr. K made me feel comfortable and told me all the options I have for my pain and teeth treatments, I felt at ease and look forward to be in her care. I had my second appointment with Park West today. I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by the manager, dental assistant, and the dentist. I had a zero minute wait time, and I was taken back to the exam room and immediately worked on. The hygienist and dentist did a great job of walking me through the steps of my exam., holding my hand, and telling me what to expect once finished with my exam. I really appreciated all the information I received. This dental office has an extremely friendly staff, and they are very experienced.I will coming back in the next few months for my cleaning.You can definitely trust these folks!

Ive been seeing Dr. Kuruvilla for over a year now and she has consistently done quality work. Ive had regular cleanings in addition to a root canal done and each procedure has been excellent! She takes the time to explain and re-explain if necessary and whenever I have a question via email she responds reasonably quickly. Her staff are also very professional. The office is in a humble area of town but dont let that fool you! I definitely am thankful to have found her and will continue to go see her. My husband also sees Dr. Kuruvilla as well and , while not wanting to speak on behalf of him or put words in his mouth, he has found her to be also equally professional and excellent at her work. - Mrs. Charlene Lorn

Dr. answered all my concerns, she was very nice and spend enough time for me. I compared pricing with other clinics and these guys were the cheapest. i will definitely go back again.

I just had my cleaning visit. Dr. Jini did the cleaning herself since its been a year since she last did a thorough exam. (One of the hygienists did the 6-month cleaning). She does an excellent job (as did her hygienist at the previous cleaning), and she explained that she would keep an eye on one of my crowns that may be going bad. She is so relaxed and easy to talk to. She also will not do any more than is truly needed. They take care of all the insurance filing as well and have always worked with my time constraints. Really good people!

My 2 year-old son knocked off his front tooth and I wanted to know, right away, whether the tooth should be implanted back and what else should be done. Called another dentistry, was transferred twice, held waiting for a long time and given confusing/misleading answers. Dr. Kuruvilla (who is one of the Park West dentists) called me back right away and explained to me, clearly and concisely, what to do. Our next day visit was pleasant and covered fully by insurance too. The doctor is also honest and highly experienced - she did not try to over-sell us anything, unlike some other dentists that we have seen before (who tried to scare us into paying for expensive and unnecessary procedures).

First off I moved to this area like about a year or so, I knew I needed to get some work done from the previous dental office I went to but Im really glad I found Park West Dental At first I didnt want to make an appointment but my tooth was bothering me for quiet some time now. Dr. Kuravilla was honest with me about the needing to get a filling and more, They called to verify my insurance to see what they can cover, their were some work that my insurance could not cover and they had reasonable affordable prices they truly cared about your pocket.

Dr.Kuruvilla is a great dentist! She was extremely thorough and she did a great job on the exam and cleaning. In fact I thought the cleaning was almost too long! Maybe because all the other places Ive been to seemed a bit rushed. But I could definitely tell the difference this time by how good my teeth felt after the cleaning. Also gave me options rather than pushing towards a possibly unnecessary treatment that wouldve been more expensive for me! Overall a good, honest place and I will come back here for my next exam/cleaning.

Great dentistry! I’m always a little wary when it comes to mechanics, sales people, lawyers, electricians, and dentists because of certain economic biases that exist. A lot that I’ve come across have always tried to get you to spend more for things you don’t need. However, I can tell you this place is as genuine and professional as it gets.Dr. Kuruvilla is very thourough, knowledgeable, and competent. She is very personable and is sincere with her advices and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a regular dentistry to go to.While the establishment (strip center) as a whole needs a little updating, I can assure you the dentistry itself is maintained and clean. I’m very picky about choosing my dentists but I certainly recommend Dr. Kuruvilla. I don’t have a review for Dr. Le since her work is with children, but I am willing to bet she is just as good!
