I called and inquired about a photo gallery. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. And talked down to me as if it was a stupid question. “No we are a dentistry.” And I said. “So you guys don’t do cosmetic?” And she said “yes we do.” And I asked “So …no gallery?” And she said, “no” as if it should’ve been known. And I then thanked her and she didn’t even respond and just hung up.I didn’t get to go to the place but my interaction really turned me off. She was extremely rude.

From my previous dentist, she did everything cleaning, and check up. I thought she would rush through and today I totally realized she was rushing.I will be coming back and will recommend all my friends and family :)Oh yes, I also didn’t pay anything at all…I do have insurance but like I mentioned a friend referred me so I got a credit that took care of my fee. Dr. Motii is incredibly attentive to her patients making sure you are happy with the services. She had a night-guard created for me that at first did not fit comfortably. She had the lab recreate it for me at no additional charge, and made sure that I was 100% happy before leaving. She is one of the few dentists that I feel actually cares for her patients.

What an awesome dentist Dr. Motii is! I am SO thrilled with her professionalism and expertise. I broke a veneer (2nd to my front tooth, so not something I could easily hide). Dr. Motii met me at her office on a Friday (her day off), did a rush on the replacement veneer, and I now have it in place well ahead of my 50th high school reunion on Friday.I cannot say enough good things about her. I was apprehensive about Dr. B’s retirement and fully expecting to have to find a new dentist closer to my house. Living in Kingwood and making the drive to Dairy Ashford was a trip I was willing to make for him, but probably not for an unknown replacement. BOY, WAS I WRONG! She is everything I look for in a health care professional as well as a partner in my dental health. I am happy to make the drive!I’m also very pleased that both Sarah and Roseann complement Dr. Motii’s approach to dental health. I sure didn’t expect to need Dr. M so quickly, but I am beyond thrilled with the care she provides. This is an office that will serve my dental needs for a very long time!
