Been using Dr Otten for years now and that should tell you something. The whole team is wonderful! Receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant and the dentists are great! Up to speed on new technology in the dental world, extremely friendly staff and reasonable prices. I can’t say enough about them. I highly recommend them and I always do whenever someone is looking for a dentist.

Cindy took care of me today - did an excellent job of shining up my old pearls. Took extra care of an area where I had chipped a tooth and didn’t know it. Now set up to fill that spot and take care of some other things. Great office staff and a very thoughtful Dr. Vakil.

Both myself and my husband having been coming here for several years. All the staff are really nice. When I had an unpleasant procedure done Dr. Otten made it completely pain free. And I hate having my teeth cleaned, but when Mary cleans them it’s like visiting with a friend, she is always so welcoming and friendly. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I love NWGD. Have gone there all my life and am always very happy with their work! Besides cleanings, they filled in a cavity, filled in a chipped tooth and made me two night guards. Vicky is super sweet and makes you feel right at home!

Today was the first time getting cleaning done by hygienist Katelyn and she was fantastic! Super patient, courteous and offered good advice for general gum and tooth upkeep.Kristi has always been amazing! Super friendly, professional, welcoming and overall charming! For almost 10+ years of my youth, NW General had kept me from getting severe cavities while teaching me proper hygiene methods. The dentists are kind yet affirmative, and are gentle and effective. Mary Reeder, who has been my dedicated dentist, does a great job for the whole time Ive been here.

The staff here is always very helpful and ensures Im taken care of. Unlike other practices Ive been to, they dont try to hard sell you on unneeded products or procedures, and have a genuine interest in keeping you healthy. Mary always does a fantastic job at cleanings and has pushed me to improve my dental health.

After visiting just once, Nalley, the receptionist, knew my name. I had absolutely no hassles with insurance or appointments. Kristi was great. Dr. Olsen catered to my discomfort with dentistry. Vicky was super competent and an absolute professional. Mary did a great cleaning, and Im kinda crushing on her. And Cindy whitened me up like a rock star! Awesome office!

Mary has been cleaning my teeth for several years now, and if you can be happy about seeing the dentist, then I’m happy! She is very professional and efficient and I hope to see her for many more years, or as long as I have teeth to clean!

Doctor Vakil is wonderful! he is a great dentist, I never have any issue after a procedure, and my dental hygienist Cindy is my star! She clean my teeth every 6 month and I never have a pain. They are the only once that take care of my smile! :). I always received my appointment reminder thanks or Julie, she is very efficient and kind.I recommend this place for all the family.

My family and I have been a patient at Northwestern General Dentistry for 18 to 19 years. The owner, Dr Vail, is personable an always willing to answer questions. The office is warm and friendly and the staff, especially Kristi and Gloria, is excellent.The office hours are convenient and if there are scheduling conflicts they are always willing to reschedule if an unexpected emergency arrizes!If you do not have dentist that you just can not bare to leave I highly recommend giving Northwest Dentistry a try!

Great visit, my wife and I had our first visits here. Staff was all very friendly, Katelyn actually saw both of us back to back and did a fantastic job! Cleaning was very well done and for the first time ever at a dental practice they got the job done without either of us feeling like our mouths had been destroyed in the process, great job Katelyn!

Even though we moved to Spring, my wife and I still drive over here for ours and our kids dental care. Outstanding service, caring and compassionate staff, and knowledgeable dentists and assistants. During procedures they ask continually if you are alright and if everything is ok. There is a reason we make the drive.

Julia and Kristi are always making sure my insurance and personal info is correct and they’re always so cheerful and kind. Kaitlyn is always great as well, always takes great care of my teeth! I’ve been coming to this Dentistry since I was a little kid, you won’t find a better place than this!

I’ve been going to Northwest General Dentistry for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and understanding of my unreasonable dental phobia. Dr. Otten and Dr. Vakil are amazing dentists—always checking to make sure I’m doing okay during a procedure. Mary, my dental hygienist, is superb! She is thorough, yet gentle, exuding warmth and calmness as she cleans my teeth. I can’t imagine going to any other dental practice.

Mary is probably the best hygienist Ive had .....very professional and friendly. Just got impressions for bleaching from JoAnn and it was quick and easy too. Dr. Vakil and Dr. Otten are excellent dentists and the office staff is kind and courteous.
