First time there today and they did great when doc was working on my mouth I didnt feel a thing he is great I recommend him

This was a great dental visit. The staff was kind and informative. All procedures were covered. I have options and can decide what works best me. My insurance and out of pocket expense is affordable.

Quick to get an appointment. Office staff pleasant, Sylvia dental assistant was very nice. Dr. Francisco Kim was thorough in placing my crown and answered my questions.

Trinity Dental is the ONLY place that can work on my mouth. I love the Receptionist always friendly and pleasant. The Denist Ive had and have are very tender and caring when treating me. They know Im scary. I love it

They are my friends in my book. I say that because when I walk in the door they know who I am. I always come early and tell wait until my appointment to see 🙈 but, no I in up getting in chair. We be joking because my anxiety, they make feel comfortable. 😂😂😂

I chose this location based on the reviews and talking with office staff. Due to numerous unfortunate healthcare issues, I am very anxious to get seen by any dentist. I was treated very kindly by the entire staff including Dr. Tam. He impressed me! Hard to do now, but I definitely feel more comfortable. I even got a much needed hug because its been a long road to long overdue dental care. I will for sure be back to begin my road to a healthy mouth.

The staff members are always nice! The facility is always clean. My son use to enjoy playing in their waiting room on the basketball goal and playpen area

I really enjoyed this Dental from the beginning to the end! Checking in was smooth and receptionist is professional and helpful. My son loved their play area. My son needed 2 Baby Root canal and 4 crowns. Most dentist office just said “he had to see a Specialist and that I will have pay all these extra fees”. But this dental office said they can do 2 appointment to work on 1 side at a Time, since he so Young and will Move!.. Also they will gave him the Oral sedation and Laughing Gas to help him be still. I love the Dental Assistant lady That Kept talking to my son to help him stay calm and letting him know everything will be okay. She picked up the Water spray machine and sprayed on his hand to show him that it’s not a Shot or anything, and it wont hurt. Because u know Most 4 year olds are very curious and dramatic, he was thinking its going to hurt!.. I just changed my primary Dentist office to this location, because I really appreciated and loved how they treated my Son!. Most Importantly they SAVED me Almost $3000, because My son didn’t have to go see a Specialist or go to the hospital setting instead. Thanks again!!

SMART, FRIENDLY & FAST EXPERIENCE... I was nervous about going. I got there and they were extremely nice. The receptionists went over my insurance information and copay with me. Once I was in the back the dentist assistant went over the procedure with me. The dentist himself also went into detail about how it would feel. The recovery time & how to take care of my teeth in the future. I also spoke with the office manage about future treatment. Everyone is family oriented at this location. This location is 30miles from my house. (worth the drive)... I would highly recommend this location.

I just wanted to say how wonderful our first visit was!!! My 5 year old had some work done today!! And the staff and Dr. Lam were wonderful!!! So glad I picked this office and doctor!!! They were so accommodating and helpful!! They made my son and I comfortable!!! And as a mother I tend to be “mama bear!!” And super nervous and on edge when my child maybe in pain or sick.... Everything went great!! He is excited about his next visit!! Wow what a surprise!! But when everything goes smoothly what can you expect!! Thanks y’all!! This was the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. The scenery is beautiful. Its decorated really nice. Most dentist offices just have teeth everywhere! I wish I came sooner!

Scam dentist..came for deep cleaning and was told that I needed nothing else..did whole mouth in one day which most respected dentists will not due should have been a red flag but did it..came back a week later for a pain and was told now I have a cavity, need root canal and possibly tooth pulled on a k9 tooth and they wanted to do it that day..i left went and got seen by another dentist no cavity just pain because they dug to far into my tooth near my gum during the cleaning not to mention still had small pieces of tartar the new dentist had to get off

Loved this place! Great customer service & great experience here with my kids! The front desk was super nice & very welcoming. Dr. Lam was so patient with my daughter during her treatment, he was very helpful in guiding my daughter about the procedure & his assistant Mayra did an excellent job keeping my daughter comfortable & not scared of getting treatment done. I will definitely recommend my friends & family to this location!

Took my son here for an extraction and boy did they do a fast and wonderful job!!! The wait was not long either which is always a great plus!!! love the play area, my son loved the basketball free throws even though he has some growing to do before he can make a shot lol... overall friendly staff and I definitely recommend this location!!! Come here if you want 4 teeth pulled for a gum infection. Couldnt tell Ive been smoking for the past 12 years yet my mouth was in need of a severe deep cleaning. What a joke. Find a reputable dentist because these people just want your money.

I seriously loved EVERYTHING about my visit......the front and back staff was friendly and answered all my questions, there wasnt a wait (although I wouldnt mind waiting for such a great Dentist). I am terrified when it comes to seeing a Dentist but Dr. Lam is awesome. I came in to have a tooth pulled but I was so scared of getting a shot !!!
