If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! What an awesome place with amazing staff especially Dr.Vu . They worked me in pretty quick and I left with what I wanted. Not to mention they were nice enough to give me a deal. This is my second time here and they made me feel very welcomed 10/10 :).

I am so pleased with the service I received on today. I went in for X-rays and found out more information on my dental situation that the other dentist I went to did not notify me about I give this dentist a thumbs up I can wait to return for my next visit!!! I will recommend Soft Touch Dental to anyone in need of dental work...Lastly the staff is amazing all of them not one rude person in the office!!! Oh forgot to mention they are timely and even cater to you in a good way feels like home!!!

I have been going here for years. It is very convenient and their work is always of the best quality. I live 45 minutes away from the dental office now but still choose to make the drive rather than find a closer dentist . That should say alot.

Today was my first time at their office, and I LOVED every second. Everyone was friendly and professional. The workers practically babysat my kids while I got my cleaning after theirs. My kids dont like dentists but they even loved it. They were given toys and etc. I was very impressed. This is the most professional, quick, and amazing dental experience Ive ever had. Weekend hours is huge for a single parent. I had forgotten about the appointment and they called the morning of to remind.(upon request) Modern equipment and generally painless. I brought my 7 yr. old and we had simultaneous office visits. Location, paperwork, staff. I have zero issues with the office. Why can’t all businesses be as awesome as this one!? I moved to Houston 3 months ago, and was looking for a dental office. I had a very sensitive tooth and needed extensive dental work. The front desk was so helpful, getting me in within an hour from my call. My dentist explained everything he was going to do. He did so much in three hours. The best experience! I had very unfortunate veneer work done, and Dr. Bouvea completely took care of me completely! Shout out to Dr. Vu and his staff! Highly recommend this office on Westheimer and Kirkwood!! Made it an all day adventure with 4 hours in the chair on Tuesday getting my work done in one day! This review is for office staff Mr. Joel and a really remarkable dentist Dr. Daniel Bove (Dr. B) I want to take a minute and share an amazing experience at a dentist office no less! First, I was greeted by Joel who was warm, friendly with a can do attitude! Follow up by the first dentist I have met (I have met a few here in Houston) who put me first. First before the dollar, even in these trying times, no sales pitch just solutions to why my gums were hurting. I knew I had a couple of teeth that would need work and he agreed and said for now your good. Now that is who I want to be my dentist for life. Prices are good too!

My husband & I were patients from 2013 to 2018 but will never return. My husband had crowns they placed fall out. He thinks 1 of their crowns fell out 3 times & he had them replace it twice. 2017 staff was nasty to me including a dentist I saw one time. He was upset that I was unhappy with a periodontist from a different dental practice who I first saw in 2011 - two yrs before I was a Soft Touch patient. That dentist confronted me in front of several staff while I was there for an appt.

Today I had one of the best experiences of my life. I experienced excellence from the young lady who greeted us in a open and friendly manner which puts you at ease immediately.This was followed up by a friendly young man whose smile made you feel safe. I do stress when I go to the dentist but not today I found myself relaxed and ever so happy I had found this practice. Then in walked the dentist Dr. Nguyen who was the sweetest young lady. Dr. Nguyen demonstrated a high level of skill and was gentle. In fact I can only say one word about my experience with Dr Nguyen that is Fabulous!I did not have to wait. I recieved excellent service at a very affordable price.

I will admit, i was so nervous walking in the building,i was trying to be brave and show no fear.the two people behind the desk were so inviting and showing compassion to the utmost.as i was waiting for my turn i was thinking about how good i was feeling.I was seated in the chair and soon started watching 📺. They were talking to me and doing what needed to be done at the same time.I had the nerve of getting in their conversation while they were cleaning my teeth,at one point i was laughing.but it was time to go, all was done until next time. Ok, so here comes the next time. Im brave again, well to be honest i did try to wiggle out of it when they called to let me know about the appointment. That 👦 has a voice that pulls you in. Yall know those people that have the ability to make you do anything? Thats not meant in a bad way.because of his boldness i stayed and took care of what i needed.which i why i left for that second appointment. Now we all know how we act when we have to get a tooth pulled?we have people that can stand pain for long periods of time,we have people that start crying soon as they walk in the 🚪,and then theres me. All was going well so far, Doctor comes in sits down and right away you can tell he know his stuff.He lets you know that you will complete what you came to do,but only on your terms.so here i am feeling brave yet again,everything going smooth were talking and getting ready to pull.i was trying to be like the first group of people that can take pain for a long time.but in my case this was nothing for what he had to do.and yet i was sliding down in the chair as soon as he touched that tooth.I slid all the way down in that chair and i couldnt think of anything to say to the Doctor about that behavior as i was coming back in the chair.He just looked and said i will let you rest.my nite staff co-workers knew i was going to have this done,so they got together and placed bets on me that i couldnt do it.I was thinking about that while sitting alone in the room.He came back and we started talking again,well needless to say,he came up with something he wanted done before going at that tooth again so i will come back in a week.I have to go to work tonight and i know they will come stright for my 👄.and i will tell them that i have to take some antibiotics first for the swelling and infection.they will say fine,we will wait.so pray for me yall so the Doctor can do his job.He is such a nice man.soon as i spoke about this tooth it started trobbin?is that normal?well until next time, thanks for reading.

Anytime my children can walk out of the dentists office with a bright smile on their face, I know were in the right place.

My husband and I were both new patients this week they did a great job doing our deep cleaning. Really taking the time to explain to us a treatment plan for us and also helped with breaking down payments which a lot of offices do not do. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was outside of office hours, I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the next morning using the online booking tool, which was so convenient! Im a cancer survivor and the chemotherapy has left me with dry mouth. for years I have gone to a different dentist who did nothing to mediate my unique situation but today I went into Soft Touch Dental Spa and received the best dental experience of my life. The atmosphere was unlike any other dental office o have ever seen and it was so calming and relaxing. Julie Collins performed a deep cleaning on me and she was the best. I saw Saeed Yazdianpour was the dentist that examined me and he gave me some awesome information that will help me make steps to keep my gums and teeth healthy even with my dry mouth issue. I used to be so scared of going to the dentist but for the first time I have no anxiety about my next visit at Soft Touch Dental Spa. I just want to say thank you to Joel who helped me check out after my visit as well as everyone in the office for making what is usually an awful experience much more painless than ever.

Great location! I went in for pain and didnt even have an appointment until a few days later. They were extremely nice and very helpful. Looked at my xrays, told me what was wrong and fixed the problem. I was in and out in 15 fifteen minutes. Dr Bove and Ann were so careful and understanding with me while I panicked and felt like i was losing my mind. I even said some bad language after my procedure and they still laughed. Go see them, if you need a gentle touch and totally understanding especially if you have not been to the dentist in a long time.

Dr Kay and the staff are worth meeting at Soft Touch. It’s hard to find compassionate and competent Dental Care these days. I had an emergency and could not get an appt with the office I’ve been going to.. Thankful to God for theIr care and generosity.

Go here! I’m terrified of the dentist and EVERYONE at this office was AMAZING!! So nice from start to finish, so clear about prices (checking prices and printing them for review before doing a procedure). They actually listened to me when I said how I’m not tough about pain and used a lovely amount of numbing medication. I’m never going anywhere else.
