Don’t waste your money or time. Horrible looks like a little kid painted my toes. I didn’t even know you can mess up pedicures. Paid $52 didn’t even get my feet scrubbed, soaked in water after pedicure for no reason. 1st and last time. She said she’s been doing it for 28 years, I don’t know how.

I wish I could give this nail salon 0 stars. I went for a mani/pedi and eyebrow threading. During my eyebrow threading, it was clear the technician did not know proper technique and cut my face with a pair of tweezers. She didn’t even tell me I was bleeding and instead, she handed me a mirror to see for myself. I was horrified and had a small cut above my right eyebrow. My mani/pedi was better - not resulting in any open wounds - but for $53 it was not worth the price. The polish was applied unevenly and the staff look terribly miserable the entire time. I didn’t mean to go to this nail salon and actually booked on accident, but I will never make that mistake again. If you are planning to go, steer clear of their eyebrow threading services.

The positive - friendly staff & clean, attractive salon. The negative- the quality of the manicure. I had a full set applied which I immediately removed when I got home. First, the tips were not correctly sized for my fingers. Second, they were filed but not buffed or smoothed which meant that you could see the striations through the polish. The polish job itself was uneven. Without hyperbole, it looked like someone had poorly polished ill- fitting press-on nails. I paid, tipped and left rather than fuss as it was so amateurish we would have had to start from scratch and it had already been 2 hours.

I would totally recommend this place. They took our same day last minute appointment. Staff was very polite and made sure we were comfortable. Our masseuse were Ronald and Lesuy who were amazing! Any areas of discomfort that we circled on the paper they made sure to show that area special attention. When we checked in we did not wait and when we were finished checkout was quick and easy.

The staff was nice however, the amount of time it took for my full set dip powder to be completed and the quality of my nails were horrible. I’m not sure if the nail tech hadn’t had enough experience but I almost felt as though I was being practiced on. After asking for the shape to be corrected and overall neatness of my nails, I realized other than starting from scratch after hours had already passed I just paid and left. Will not be returning.

Great place! Friendly staff and environment. They do all services from nails to advanced skin treatments like Microneedling. Very educated esthetician’s and amazing massages.

I had a spa day here an it was the most relaxing day. The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and tidy, which is crucial for me specially during COVID. I had a full body massage, a facial and a wonderful pedicure. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this spa to anyone.

WORST nail place I’ve ever been to. Whoever runs this salon has no clue on how to do it.Out dated pedicure chairs, overpriced, I also did my eyebrows and that room was a joke!Ladies look so unhappy working there. A chaotic mess, awful atmosphere and you’re supposed to relax here??Having so many great salons close by, it’s clear to say I’ll never go back in there.

Came here couple weeks ago for mani/pedi, worst nail salon ever! My shellac polish was laid on so badly, the nail tech never gave me an actual pedi, and the shellac started coming off in 2 days. very small selection of colors. Not the best service friendly people either. Never coming back here. Waste of money.

They worked me and a friend in on a Saturday. The decor and ambiance are nice without being austere. They have a variety of good complimentary beverages, including bottled water and wine, so ask if you arent offered. Prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly and experienced, and the owner obviously cares about the customer experience.👍👍

First time here. Made an appointment for the The Rumor Has It Pedicure. They were punctual. I felt welcome the moment I walked in. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Attentive with a good pace. Will definitly come back. Really want to try a massage. Come enjoy for yourself.

One of the best massages Ive ever experienced! Timely, attentive and professional.

To start, I’ve had well over one hundred massages in my lifetime. And this was by far the worst one I’ve had. Not enough oil was used so my skin was pinched and scratched, I asked for a deep TISSUE massage and they rubbed my bones, rather than the TISSUE and muscles. Was so uncomfortable. Received a facial as well, and tissue paper was used to wipe my face. Very unhappy with this experience, will not be coming back. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had my nails done a week ago before going on vacation. The Shellac polish peeled off by the third day. Hands and feet! I paid about $185 after tip for pedicure and manicure.

I went in for a soak off and full set with design and pedi . Before I get seated I asked specifically if they can achieve nail design . I went in and I was horrified .. as the results were turning up I complained just told them take it off the lady was going to let me leave that way then co worker saw me in distress and decided to see if she can help. Now the acrylic laid was done horrible on the cuticle I ask for a certain color powder lady says do y worry when it dry itll look diff . Then the other lady finds a gel polish to correct it .. now design still was t up to part but I felt bad because second lady actually tried to help. So as Im leaving I tip the lady who semi fixed my issue $20 bucks because I know she felt my anger . So I go to pay the owner tells me price was 135 I hand her 200 she gives me back 55 . Instead of 65$ I already had a headache from the horrible experience so I just left. she clearly needed my 10$ after I had a horrible experience. So they got tipped 30$ for the horrible experience smh . Well stole $10

Overall Great experience!!!I was very pleased with the level of customer service provided by every member of the staff. My massage was phenomenal and the day before the massage I received a manicure and pedicure that was amazing. I will definitely be back for those services. However, I felt that the body wrap was miss leading and lacked adequate results. I also felt that I had to do a lot of work during the application of the wrap. This depleted the relaxed atmosphere and mindset I was in after my massage. A great way to give the customer a better experience would be to prepare a table/bed or room specifically for the wrapping. Dont have the customer stand the entire time. All body parts seem to be able to be wrapped separately. Maybe do the wrap before the massage. This should calm the client after the stress of being squeezed into plastic packaging and heated for 45mins to an hour. Also, I want to stress the fact that I totally regret paying for the wrap service because I saw no health benefits or results to the process. It was disappointing. I will not be getting it again.

Just left and had a pretty bad experience because whoever chose my massage therapist just snapped her head at her to help me which I thought was rude.Then while I was getting said massage there was loud music playing the whole time while I was trying to relax and I couldnt focus at all.The therapist needs to cut her nailsAnd my overall massage was sub par to be generous.I paid $80 and wasted my money I feel.

We called at 5:30 to see if they could take us. The two ladies was kind enough to do our two pedicures. We got the rockstar and they did great. I received white polish. The polish is mediocre and not as clean as I would have like it but overall the service was great.She also mentioned other things as far as the other services. Grateful for the ladies taking us in.

Tried this place for the first time today and left very happy! I called very last minute for an appointment but the staff was extremely accommodating. The salon itself was very clean and had a peaceful ambience. My manicurist was very thorough. For the price and quality, this place is unbeatable. I wish I’d discovered it sooner!

Lovely atmosphere and technicians. Fantastic pedicure.Did get gel manicure and have one nail chip /peel within 24 hours.. Otherwise, great manicure also. Other nails good for three weeks now.

We arrived a little after 1 pm and they closed and 6 pm. Unfortunately for my family when we walked in it seemed like the staff was exhausted. Their energy was gone and huffed and puffed at whatever we asked. And apparently there wasnt time for anything but pedicures and manicures to be done. I hate to say they did a lazy job with us as I could tell they seemed extremely tired but I feel like thats a poor excuse. Really not worth what I paid. First and last time visiting.

My experience was great. My tech convinced me to do the dip instead of acrylic which is better for you nails anyway. I made an appointment because my previous experience with another salon was terrible. I have a sensitive finger with a cut nerve. She was gentle. I explained my situation and she took great care of me. They had refreshments available. Everyone was smiling and greeted me as soon as I arrived. I am definitely making this place my go to. I cant thank you enough. Im obsessed with the results!❤ COVID clean too!

My shellac manicure only lasted 2 days before major chunks chipped off. Incredibly disappointing. Ive never had a shellac manicure do this. I suspect it was poor quality shellac polish and they had to do more coats than usual to make it look even colored. They were friendly but I dont recommend wasting your time and money on a manicure here.

I came in asked for a pedicure. They had time bc there was one lady that walked in at the same time. No one else here. The place looks like a spa so I figured it would be good. The regular pedicure is $27 and comes with cuticle and callus removal if I’m not mistaken. Just like anywhere else you go. So I sit down to put my feet in barley warm water. Ok. Then she very lights rubs a scrub onto my feet. Then engined to polish them. I’m like so your not going to cut my cuticles or use the scrub thing? She’s like o you want me to scrub. I’m like yes and your not going to do the cuticles either?? that’s why I came. So she again very lightly just brushes the foot scrubber on the bottom of my foot. I could have done this at home. Still never cut my cuticles. So she polished them I sat under the dryer and went to pay. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no bc I came to relax and I wasn’t happy with the pedicure. The lady said ok and ran my card. Never asked why or seemed concerned. Very disappointing sense I really needed a good pedicure today. And there is polish on my skin

I had a terrible experience here😭 I booked an acrylic fill. The lady doing my nails was nice and I feel like she really tried to do her best to please me but the equipment that she used to file my nail kept over heating. I got burnt by the dremel multiple times. So much so that my hands started to shake at one point. I told her she burnt me and she told me that I was too sensitive😑. After she filed my nails she dipped my finger in a jar....She tried tried to put dip on my nails instead of acrylic. She put my finger in a jar that has had 100’s of fingers in it! We are in the middle of a pandemic! I almost left when that happened! I booked an acrylic fill, I picked out an acrylic color. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was. It took 2 hours for my acrylic fill. My nails look okay but it was not a good experience at all.

There’s a small color selection on shellac, the polish are hard and seem like they need to be replaced. My nails chipped one day after I got them done, I got a fresh set to leave with beautiful nails and instead I got crooked and bad painted nails. I would not come back.

Initially when I came in, I was not greeted. However, after sitting in the lobby for about 3-5 minutes I was offered a water and asked what services I was needing. The lady that took me back was polite and thorough.

I got a pedicure and Olga was meticulous and wonderful! The salon was clean and relaxing, and I had a great experience!

Quality of nail services has gone down at this location, seems they might have changed ownership because all of staff which did a great job have left. Wedding nails for my mom looked like globs of gum and were cut down too short to edge of the skin in her nail bed.They provided a small discount to that service, but the stress of permanent nails looking unladylike the day before my wedding was priceless. Still I have them another chance because I was in a hurry and another place was booked. The place was empty (during covid we are kind of wanting this)....my dip nails were extremely thick, the electric nail filer looked dirty, and then the tex wanted to add a final top coat layer on top of dip in shellac? This defeats the purpose of wanting dip nails in my opinion. I don’t want harmful up light!so the nails ended up looking matte. not what they looked like on the sample they showed me. When I removed the nails, I had an INFECTION growing underneath the nail bed. Sorry but I gave you all one too many tries, Never again.

I went as a walk in and immediately I was greeted really nicely, this doesn’t happen often.My wait was 5 minutes, but I was notified before signing in, which I really appreciated, since usually they make you wait with your feet in the water.My pedicure and manicure were great, everything was professional and clean. The lady doing my manicure was super detailed and gentle.I really liked this place, I’m glad I found it!

The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial and pedicure . Attendants were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definately recommend this spa.

My husband and I did a couple’s Swedish massage yesterday, and it was the best money we’ve spent on self care. I had Ron, and it was hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had!! He really listened to my needs, and was very anxiety friendly. I didn’t feel self-conscious at all about being a plus-sized woman which is huge. My husband was massage by a petite Latina woman who he is raving about as well. Both massage therapists came and introduced themselves to us before taking us back which was calming. The booking process was easy, the check in lady at the desk was very friendly, and the space is beautiful. The massage room had a good vibe and was intimate without feeling claustrophobic. This place is going to be part of our regular health routine now. We cannot day enough good things about these guys!

Visiting from Oklahoma City and wanted to have a spa day to pamper myself. Found the salon by searching nearby my hotel and saw they had good ratings. Awesome Experience!! I did a package and added hot stones to my massage and gel polish to my pedicure and manicure. I went on a Tuesday morning, so they werent very busy and the level of attention to detail was phenomenal. Everyone there was very nice and all of the technicians were amazing at what they did. I will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

I’m so confused by many of the negative reviews I read on here. My experience was incredible. I had wonderful service and was very pleased. I’ve gotten many massages, and I’m a tough critic. My massage was spectacular, and I couldn’t have asked for better pressure on my body, and she did exactly what I asked for. My facial was perfect. Priscilla really took care of me and took the time to talk with me about the products by the line called Image. Thank you Rumor Day Spa for such an excellent day.

The Staff is outstanding, the Services are unbelievably well executed. The prices are more than fair. I will be a regular client here as long as they are here. They offer a four hand massage that you MUST experience if you can. It is truly wonderful. Never would I have thought a Nail Spa would be a high end Day Spa. (Hidden Gem). All I can say that you can tell they were trying. But I don’t think they know what they are doing. Towels smell funny and lotion smelled weird too.

We found this place while visiting for a convention and came in because it had good reviews. I chose the milk and honey pedicure because I was looking forward to a nice relaxing hot stone massage. While the nail tech did a nice job on my feet she seemed more interested in looking at her cell phone than I making sure I was relaxed and enjoying the experience. In fact she didn’t even exfoliate one of my legs and only used the hot stone to rub the bottom of my foot once up and down. If I went back I would just do a basic pedicure, don’t waste the extra money because they don’t take any extra time.

The worst manicure I have ever received!!!! I went yesterday for a dip manicure and today the clear coat has already chipped on 4 nails!! They use a shellac tip coat and it had chipped on almost half of my nails within 24 hours. The place was literally empty when I went and I should have taken this as a cue to go somewhere else. After paying $50, I expect the manicure to last at least a week but nope! Not to mention on one of my nails the tech literally missed about 1/4 of the nail. Also, because they do use shellac, there is a big air bubble on another nail. This is subpar and not acceptable. I hate writing poor reviews, especially on small businesses but this is beyond unacceptable. It is not okay to take peoples money and provide such a poor service.When I requested a partial refund for this awful service, the manager was “going to look into it” but I never received any response back. Definitely not a business that I will ever visit again!Also, part of the reason they have so many good reviews is because you get a discount if you give one...

I enjoyed my experience at Rumor Has It! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The salon was quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated. The service did take quite some time, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Prices are a little high, but I was very pleased with the result so I was happy to pay.

I live out of state and travel to Houston once a month for work. There is no other place I like to get my nails done anymore because they do such a wonderful job here. It did take me a few visits to find the people I really like to do my services, but ever since then, I have only left elated and looking forward to my next visit. They are also very flexible when it comes to add ons same day. My last visit, I decided I wanted to try adding a lash lift and tint. They were able to accommodate me within a few hours and added the brow tint while I was there. The lift was a little tight at first, but settled after a couple weeks.All the staff is very friendly and the place is always very clean. Being able to book online is a plus and if you have questions before booking they are very responsive to chat. I have only used this through yelp.You may say, well they give a discount to those that leave reviews, which is true, but my review would be no different if I got a discount or not. Wish they had a location close to home!

My sister in law and I went today, the atmosphere, and the service were great. They did wonderful on my feet she took her time, my hands could have been done better. But I LOVED it there. It is pricey, but definitely does not make you feel like you wasted your money. We will be back! Thank you!

I scheduled to come in for a massage, manicure, and pedicure. They called me 3 times within 1 hour to confirm the appointment. Once I got there, the massage was great. However, I had to leave and come back for my manicure and pedicure because they were short handed. Then the person exfoliating my hands did not use water so that was a very painful experience. Then, she started to tell me about her boss and her boyfriend. I was already stressed so I didnt feel like hearing her stress....... She also kept asking me if someone was paying for my spa day! I told her no multiple times. My nails were painted, but the clear coat did not cover my full nail so this only lasted a few days. Then they thought I was going to leave without paying when I was only walking to the counter to pay because I was dry. This was a waste of money, and I wont be back.

Love the atmosphere. The staff was excellent and friendly. I truly enjoyed my time there everything was perfect the masseuse was very good and so was Sheila she did my manicure. I will definitely be going back.

Love coming here! I feel like I am hanging out with my friends. Staff is so engaging. Best thing is most of their supplies are Organic. My Shellac lasts forever and acne facials and image products helped my face so much that. I no longer have those issues. Massage by Ronald is one of the best in such a calm environment. Little cute place. I hate going to huge salons with 30 chairs. It feels like I am in a super market.

I came to this spa today and it was awesome! The front desk was very polite and professional. I received Happy Joint pedicure and it felt so good and relaxing the lady that did my pedicure took her time and my legs and feet felt amazing. They also offer me water, hot tea and wine, I chose wine. Now Im thinking about going back getting the monthly membership and a facial plus massage.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. We were greeted promptly and were offered wine, a pleasant surprise. Booked a surprise appointment for my wife on mother’s Day... it was the only place that took her in. Next to that being the most incredible thing, my wife’s happiness was priceless!!!! Will continue to bring her here. If I was able to give a 10 star rating I’ll give it an 11!!! The staff is amazing and understanding and there patience is a plus!

My husband and I had a great experience here. We called at 5 pm on a Monday for massage appts and they were able to get us in at 6:30. Carolyn and Ronald were wonderful. Extremely friendly and courteous, they listened to our concerns and told us exactly how they were going to take care of us. I was completely relaxed by the time we were done. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny! Will definitely be returning!

Day 3 since my manicure and my shellac is chipped on three different nails. That never happens to me. There are also tiny bubbles in the shellac. Again, that never happens to me.Even though their board says “10% discount for Early Birds, before 3pm”, I was done at 2:15 and they wouldn’t give me the discount. They said they forgot it was up there.

This place is amazing. I went in for a manicure and got a great conversation and manicure! Everyone was so sweet and the shop was clean and cute. Definitely worth the hour and half drive! I have another appointment on July 1st for eyelash extensions so fingers crossed it goes as well as my appointment yesterday!

First time I came here I got Sheila and made the mistake of not returning for months. Such a big mistake! I came back today and immediately felt the difference. I tend to get ingrown nails and she does such a great job getting rid of my pain. She pays attention to detail and my feet actually feel clean. I will never go to any other place. Absolutely amazing facial and massage by two of my favorite therapists! Priscilla and Lesvy! Priscilla had the hands of an angel. She really cares for the client and is very thorough and detailed. To the name Rumor Has It, THE RUMOR IS that this was the WORST customer service EVER! Do not waste your time or money here! The hood gives you much BETTER customer service than they will! This is coming from my co-workers and myself. We planned a group activity and thought this would be very relaxing, but NO! Unfortunately, I HAVE to give them 1-star for this review, but its really 0 STARS!!

Massages are nice along with the environment but the basic nail painting is abysmal. For the price you pay you would think the most basic service would be decent. The main parts of the nail were painted however the sides were not. My mother who I went with was not comfortable with the seating and lack of entertainment while getting her hands and feet done. I would not recommend.

Im so glad I came in and talked to Rita (owner,) She was able to set an appointment for the same day.When we came in, Erick and a female masseuse took us to our private room. From the beginning, the experience was comfortable and very relaxing. I think I dozed off a couple of times bc it was so relaxing! Rumor Has It greets you with a welcoming staff. They provide a wide range of services. Shelia, did an excellent job on my full set. They have a variety of colors to choose from. Its truly a relaxing spa. I highly recommend this spa.

First time ever getting a Pedicure. Husband and I did a spur of the moment date here. Loved the experience. Was worked on within minutes. Very clean and profesional. Would definitely come back and refer friends here.

I dont have a manicure very often, its usually a little treat for myself. This is my third visit to Rumour Has It and I have been very happy with my gel manicure. I also think it is very reasonably priced compared to other spa salons. I can highly recommend this place.

Working at a Deli its so tiring so I decided to pamper myself and booked a couples massage and facial package. I felt so light after getting massage with Ronald and facial with Priscilla and my hubby got facial with Deana. Such a cute spa and relaxing environment. As I walked in frontdesk Marissa greeted me so warmly. I was offered chocolate strawberries and wine as part of Deluxe package. I will definitely be back.

Sheila was my nail tech and she gave me exactly what I asked for! I’ve had very negative previous experiences at other nail salons, and this is the one time I really felt relaxed while having my nails done. Sheila was very accommodating to my requests, and I absolutely love the results!!!! I can’t express how much I enjoyed my time here.

My sister and I decided to have a girls day out. Got the package today it was horrible. First of all, we got there and they did not have any idea what we were getting done. Okay no biggie there was a communication error. The package states wine and chocolate covered strawberries will be given we were given water. We went back for our massage and facial. I started with the massage it was it was not bad, but not great for $104. Then the situation began to get weird we were asked to switch beds. We were naked so that did not happen even if it’s my sister. They kept playing with the light on off on off which made it hard to relax. The facial was ridiculous she kept rubbing soap on top of my eye which made it burn and string really bad. With each new layer of soap that was add they would barely rub it off. They would just put a hot towel over the soap and wipe barley. By the time the facial was done I still had facial scrub stuck to my face and neck that I had to ask for a towel and excuse myself to go and scrub off. I proceeded to the bathroom to wash my face off and take a bathroom break trying to regroup and there was no toilet paper I asked for some and they brought me a box of Kleenex. Then I went to wash my hands and there was no hand towels. That was all for $104. Haha my eyes are still watering from the soap.
