Being a business owner myself Im not one to ever leave a negative review, but I felt compelled to do so at this point. This is not my first but my second time being cancelled by this company for a facial. The first time I booked about a year and a half ago I had scheduled my booking about a month out. I am a freelancer so I have to clear my schedule and my husband has to take time off as well. I get a text the morning of stating that her plane is delayed and my booking needs to be rescheduled as this is out of her control. Why would you book clients that close to a trip knowing that these things are possible in the first place. So I write it off and say oh well mistakes happen.So fast forward to my next appointment. My husband books it as a gift to me. We get to the week that my appointment is supposed to come. He gets an email confirmation on the 18th that my appointment is still scheduled for the 20th. Once again the day before the appointment my booking is cancelled. My husband calls to inquire and they inform him that the esthetician Shea that was supposed to give me the facial is no longer there as of last week. Why would I get a confirmation on the week of if she was already gone?Is this the way new customers are treated? I certainly was, not once but twice! This is very poor customer service and very unprofessional! No one has considered mine or my husbands time. Very disappointed!
