Shady. Paid for a 90 minute massage, only got about a 40 minute massage. When I complained, they acted like they couldnt understand me. The manager, I take it, kept walking out of the room and answering phone calls on her personal cell phone during my session. Then at the end she practically froze me by slapping a hot towel all over me. She kept pulling the towel off of me, exposing me and being extremely unprofessional. They scream at each other THROUGH THE WALLS and they interrupt each others sessions. Absolutely ridiculous. They make you pay BEFOREHAND and they dont ask you questions, they dont make you sign anything. Terrible terrible place. Terrible staff. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I would not be surprised if this place was a bit questionable. If you know what I mean. Even my boyfriend, who got a massage at the same time as me, had the same exact problems. He was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. And when he questioned why he hadnt gotten his full timed massage, they ignored him and walked back into their rooms.It also is no longer called New Century Spa. Its in a shopping center behind Fox and Hound and its called 713 SPA.I would NOT suggest going here. I did notice that the only clients they seemed to have going in there were men. Maybe I wasnt aware of something....
