The massage itself was great. The one thing I’ve noticed a lot with a lot of these massage places is they never have enough staff to massage two people AND take care of their front desk. Towards the end of my massage someone had rang the doorbell twice. Both times the lady had to stop my massage to answer the door and help the customer.Also, my husband and I both felt extremely fatigued and groggy immediately after our massage and I’m thinking they may have used some kind of CBD oil or something.... because of that we probably won’t go back.... but for someone else, the massage itself was still very good.

This is one of the best massage places I have ever visited. I have gone to massage places before and got a deep tissue massage and left out feel more sore than I did when I first went in. That is not the case here at Massage Heaven. I have problems with sore calf muscles and when I go there to get my massage they massage those calfs just right. Another feature that I really like is that they give good facial massage. I also have a problem with sinus pressure and Jean does this thing with my nose that relieves all that sinus pressure and makes my head feel so clear. I also love how they use the oils and hot stones to relieve all the muscle aches and body pain.

Ive been to many massage locations around this city and the world. The facility here is first class for sure. The rooms are well appointed and I believe most of them have everything the masseuse needs right in the room including towel warmers. The Thai beds are wonderful and IIRC, there are rooms with overhead bars for back walks. Im not sure if there is a shower....please call and ask to confirm any details important to you.As with any massage, YMMV with the masseuse you get. But the times Ive been there, there have been several to masseuses to choose from and the massage was great. They have the typical selection of massages including Thai so please be sure to communicate with the masseuse or receptionist what you want to before going back. Ive done that each time and they might pick a different masseuse depending what type of massage you choose. The hot stones there are wonderful and some of the massages include them as part of the package and likely you can request them to be included. The heaters/stones there are very nice and the masseuse skills using them there are wonderful...just the right amount of heat.I think the prices on the menu for some massages might be 10 or 20 above the market rate, but to me it is worth it because the rooms are much nicer than spas in the area. And the massages always great. They also have some specials/promos...so please ask. And my appointments have never been rushed and went the full hour...not just 45 or 50 minutes.

Great place Massage Heaven, I could not be happier with the quality. I’ve had some bad massages, and it’s so nice to find a strong, experienced masseuse. I highly recommend Bella. Very skilled. Deliberately gentle and firm when necessary. I’ll be back

My experience was great we had an appointment for 8:00pm Sat night, however we had to wait till 8:15 because there was no one available. Cool no problem we received great service, however once the Massage was over we came out a tip was demanded we left $20 for them to split but they both wanted $20 walked me to the front for me to leave an additional tip on my card. By reading previous reviews they’re right about how demanding these ladies are for tips. I love the service but not fund of tip demanding. This makes people not wanna come back to patronize your business based on tip demanding.

I went and saw a very nice Spanish lady named Bella. She was very polite and made you feel comfortable. She is very good at doing deep tissue and hot stones. Her hands are so good that she will put you to sleep. My stress was completely gone and the tension in my muscles were gone. I would see her every week if I was rich. I recommend her for anybody.

Had one of the best Thai Combo massages here I ever had. Bella does a wonderful job, walks on the back, Deep Tissue massage with not too much oil and very good stretching. highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. A very professional massage!

Too bad Google makes you select a star. This place doesnt deserve any.I made a couples massage appointment TWO WEEKS AGO for my husbands birthday. We arrived on time to our appointment, but the lights were not on when we arrived. One of the therapists came to the door (which was locked due to no one being at the front desk) and told us that there were no available therapists because they were busy with walk-in customers. I told her that I had a scheduled 8:30pm appointment that I reserved two weeks earlier and even called to confirm the date, time and price the night earlier. She went back inside to check if there was anything she can do and told us to wait outside for her--locking the door behind her. She came back out a few minutes later with another therapist who was unable to assist us as she was on her way to the airport (or so she claimed) and told us there was no one available.I told her that an American sounding male had answered the phone the previous night and confirmed my appointment, but she laughed and told me that there were no men working there.If that is truly the case...then why a man would answer their phone is beyond me.Dont bother ruining your good mood with this place. Pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere legit.

My boyfriend and I came in for a scheduled couples massage. Prior to the service I was asked if I could pay for the service before beginning. Not sure why i was asked to do so considering the business didn’t close until 10 and it was only 6pm however that was not a problem for me. My boyfriend and I received an amazing 1 hr massage. After being serviced and preparing to leave one of the therapists asked if I could wait because she could not find the receipt for the service. The receipt was found but I realized she asked me to wait because she wanted me to add a tip. Not a problem considering we enjoyed our service so I left a $10 tip because that was all that I could afford at the moment. The therapist went on about how the tip that I left meant that I did not enjoy the service and I should leave a $20- $25 tip instead. She continued with pressuring me to leave a better tip for a few a while. It wasn’t until i read the sign behind the front desk about how I am not obligated to leave a tip but tips were appreciated but if we felt pressured to do so I should contact management.The fact that there has to be a sign behind the front desk making customers aware that if we felt pressured to leave a tip We should speak to management says a lot about the staff and it does not speak positively about the staff. As a business owner I would never pressure my clients about leaving a tip. Them coming and patronizing my business is well enough for me. In my opinion that was extremely unprofessional and it changed an amazing service to a mediocre service.

Bella is a great massage therapist. Shes very beautiful and sweet. Takes her time. Does a great job. I had been sore from working out and now I feel way better. I definitely recommend massage heaven and preferably Bella. I am coming back soon.

Four stars because of Robert.Robert is the type of employee any owner would want. While I didn’t have the best massage due to my masseuse being under the weather (I believe), Robert went above and beyond to correct the situation and I look forward to returning to see Jean. Matt, do everything you can to keep Robert because he represents your company very well, and that’s not something you find very often. I will be back and I will recommend your establishment just because you have amazing customer service. If you ever let him go, I’m sure my company will scoop him up in a second! I came here last minute and they were able to squeeze me in and were very accommodating, from the front desk staff to the back. As soon as I arrived they were ready for me. Now this is my first time receiving a thai massage and I didnt have any expectations, however, it was quite pleasant. The massage was great...HOWEVER...after the massage was over the therapist came back in while I was getting dressed. I told her I was not finished but she still came in and started asking me how I would like to pay her a tip. I didnt answer. When I went out I asked the guy at the desk for change. He told me unfortunately we do not have any change. As I was about to leave, he called to the back and asked for change. My same the therapist came back with the change in hand. She asked, how much for you.. meanwhile she is handing me $5/$20. At this point Im getting aggravated and handed the $5 and took the $15 out of her hand. She got very upset and rude.I will never go back. That was very unprofessional!AND -- She farted twice during my massage!

I hate to give this low review, the front desk was super nice, the environment is comfortable, me and my friend were pretty enjoy. Yes, they dont have usual massage bed, their style is more like Asia style, if you ever visit Thailand, you will know most of them are using flat surface. For us, flat surface is great ~~Masseuses did a fair job, maybe not super good, basically its kinda feel rush, but we thought its because we were late about 15 mins, we didnt really care that much. The point is, right after they are done, one of them came in the room ask us to pay tip, not even wait for us to put our clothes on. She turned on the light, and told us she has another job need to leave now, if we pay tip on credit card, company will charge them some handling fee, and she couldnt get it until few days later. So, she was asking us to pay by cash. The massage service is $75 per hour per person, so we grab $30 cash (correct me if thats really not enough, please), means $15 tip for each of them. The lady seemed not happy at all, and asked us to give them $40. She said we are professional, everyone pays us more than $20, how about you change this $10 to $20? (because we gave them 1 $20 bill and 1 $10 bill). Me and my friend were really surprise about this behavior, we didnt agree with her, so she left. We did tell the front dest, he was embarrass and kept saying sorry to us, and promised us he will tell the owner about this.If you are looking for Asia style massage, you can try this one for sure, just make sure dont let your masseuse rob you when you are half-naked.

I Like the massage when I was dress up the lady come in start fix the bad and ask me how much I will give to here for tips and she told me I think if you give me $20 is ok not good but ok .I cant believe that I went in front desk and told that is not appropriate the way she ask me for the tip and she was very upset with me. Amazing! I went with my boyfriend and got the couples package. We both agree they went above and beyond. Even went a little over the time. I got a full body massage. She even massaged my eyebrow area,scalp and around my ears. Found a pressure point behind my head and released all the tension in my neck. Only $160 for two and you walk out limber and relaxed. 5 stars!!2nd time I came the lady didnt realize I left a tip. She looked at me and told me shes a professional and demanded a tip. I looked at her confused and pointed at her tip. She looked embarrassed than smiled at me and thank me left prettt annoyed. A tip shouldnt be expected.

Me & my husband have had health issues for quite some time now. My husband has had 2 neck surgeries which has left him with nerve damage & numbness in his arm & neck along with constant pain. I have been suffering with neck & lower back disc herniations. We both have had physical therapy that also included massage therapy. We both left therapy feeling terrible & in pain. We were left with total disappointment. A close friend of ours suggested we go for an Authentic Thai Massage. So during our latest visit to the Dr. in Houston we decided to call Massage Heaven. To my surprise we were able to get an appt. for a couples massage quickly!! The staff & atmosphere was amazing. We left there feeling pain free & relaxed. We definitely will be returning on our next trip to Houston!! You definitely need to give this place a call. Thanks!!!

I was in town visiting and I Went today to get a couples massage and it was like no other Ive had before and thats not in a good way. My husband enjoyed the lady he had but my lady was standing all up on me and walking on me. It was very painful!! She stood up in my back, on my inner thighs, my arms, and even turned me over and stood up in chest. I literally couldnt breathe. Every massage Ive ever had didnt go all in your undwear, but she did. She say down at my head and put her legs on each one of my shoulders and pushed down on my shoulders with her feet and pulled my head with her hands. I thought she was about to separate my head from my neck. It was horrible!! She never put massage oil on my legs and arms and when she started massaging my kegs and arms she was only tapping on them. It felt lije my 6 year old nephew was tapping me. I asked her do they not use massage oil on your legs and arms and ahe said she do it her way. Then once she was done she left out while we got dressed but as soon as I opened the door to leave out the room she was standing at the door saying wheres the tip. She kept saying saying pay. I was like I paid when we first came in and she said that was for massage now pay tip. Pay tip. Pay. Tip. She followed us up to the front still saying she need a tip. There is a big sign by the register that says they are not to ask for a tip but she didnt let that stop her. She still pressured me to try and get her a tip. every massage Ive ever had I have tipped but I just didnt enjoy this one so I didnt see a need to tip. I told her I didnt enjoy it and walked out. Then she started pressuring my husband for my tip. he pointed to the sign and told her I didnt enjoy it and left. I will never go back there!!

I would not recommend this place to friends. The girl in a frontdesk is rude and really unwelcoming. Had to pay before the service, which is weird. Regarding the massage itself: I asked for a traditional thai massage, I didn t get what I used to get. This is my first try to get a massage in Houston tho, before I had a very good masseuse in another town.

This is not a good massage place. I too was fooled by what must be fake reviews. I even had to wonder if their certificates are fake. This was a terrible uncomfortable massage. They dont even have massage tables so from the start, I had to lay on a flat surface with my neck wrenched to either side. The whole thing was awful.
