First of all, this branch is located inside an engineering building (not inside HEB) and it is really nice. Both employees here Jaime and Jamie work really hard and try to meet all of your banking needs. Wait time is minimal and has friendly service. I went for a car loan and they ended up giving me better rates than I thought!

I am new to country and found this place from search of google. i hear from close family a union is good to open so there is no charge for having account. in my country there was no credit union and this one is vey good. Both workers are doing good job and it is in a building not inside store. Thank you

I tried using this branch inside HEB because I thought it would be more convenient than going all the way to the main office. I tried 2 times to open a CD here and both times there was only one person working and the wait time was ridiculous. The last time I tried there was one lady sitting in the waiting area and another person in the office with the teller/clerk so I thought I go buy my groceries and come back. About 30 minutes later after I had bought everything and checked out I went back to this place and the lady who was waiting before was still there with 2 other people waiting and the clerk was still with the same person.

By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with, it took them a day to approve my credit card application and now it has been 36 days and I still didn’t get anything I contacted them 6 times and every time they tell me a different story, the last time they told me “it looks like your application has been submitted more that 30 days for the approval so we have to start the application all over again” didn’t say anything to explain what happened or apologized for what happened and I’m very particular about my credit and I gave them the first shot for a credit card and now I have no credit card and I have an inquiry on my credit thanks a lot

Staff is EXTREMELY kind and helpful, This establishment is great! Deserves way more than 5 stars!
