Today marks ONE YEAR of taking the biggest step of my life… Walking into Cris’s office! The last year has drastically changed my life and I will forever be grateful. I finally feel that I can remove my armor that I have guarded myself with for so long, I let my walls down, and I truly can be myself without apology. I have rebuilt my foundation, I have found forgiveness, I have healed my inner child, I have broken the cycle. Admitting that I could not fix every single issue that has happened in my life was something extremely hard for me. I have always been the type of person to keep all of my issues in secret and handle everything on my own. “Chin up, smile on” Something I always told myself…NOT anymore!! There is no book to overcoming trauma, but by the Grace of God, my therapist, and my support system; these tools hold so much value in my life. I know that so many other individuals suffer with their own “secrets” and I’m here to say, you are allowed to ask for help, you are allowed to crumble, you are allowed to be sad, you allowed to be vulnerable, you are allowed to be angry, you are allowed to shed your armor. This place is so warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Everyone Ive met in this office is so sweet and you can tell they genuinely care. Cristina is amazing and I highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt comfort, in the nautical decor, friendly staff and I knew, I was in the right place to take steps in resolving some concerns of mine.
