My second time there and Im even more impressed. Super clean and all Covid protections enforced. Friendliest staff throughout the system. A worker there (janitor, Lee Wallace I think it was) paid $2 out of his pocket to buy me a coke! Amazing. Think I will see if theyre hiring.

I do appreciate all the help since I step in the clinic, it was my 1st time and the staff was very respectful, very understanding and very helpful.My appointment was with eye clinic and the nurse was nice the Doctor Michael Breckel was very knowledgeable he educated me about my vision and I really appreciate it. He seems very good I was hearing excellent comments about his work in the clinic with other patients in the waiting room. And having an Store with lenses & frames was more easy. The lady Yadira was very knowledgeable about what I need very affordable prices and good frame selection. My appointment was the latest and I do appreciate the security officer allow me stay inside while I was waiting for my ride. Very respectful and I feel very secured while I was waiting inside the clinic . He was at the lookout for my ride . Overall the staff , cleaning of the clinic. I give 10 stars! Harris County Health Clinics keep doing Good Work !! I appreciate you all !!

First, It was wonderful to see my original PCP, Dr. Louise Terrill back in the office post Covid-19 shutdowns. She along with new physician/intern Amywere wonderful in true HarrisHealth standards! Also grateful to see the Settegast Clinic in operations again. God bless us all. Thank you HHS.

Quick, easy and efficient. First sick visit for my adult daughter, 9:40 am appointment was in a room by 9:50 was seen by a doctor @ 10:00am. We were in and out by11:40 am but that was due to lab work however the medications will not be ready till after 3pm since were using their pharmacy. Dr.Johnson was excellent in her assessment and explained everything throughly. And went out of her way, making sure we understood. Thanks, Dr.Johnson.

Settegast Community Health Center is a great place to visit, from the front door attendants to every department everyone is treated with respect. A great Health Care Team facility.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Not crowded AT ALL due to COVID-19. I felt protected from germs being that the seating was blocked off every 2 seats. The waiting room had about 8 patients total. No extra people were allowed. I love that. Facility was clean. My appointment was nice (although I did have to wait over 15 mins to see my provider). However, I cant complain. I was late to my appointment and the staff rescheduled me for a later time. Overall, this facility is highly recommended. I had a very positive experience.

The receptionists are so effin rude. I called this morning and towards the end of the call she didnt even say have a great day, she just hung up on me, literally she left me talking to myself.Is this the way yall treat your patients??? Shame on this person

Dr. Pabbisetty is the best doctor anyone could ask for. I would recommend her to anyone. She listens to your concerns and has compassion. She is very professional. Kasie is very friendly and does her job with compassion. She is such a doll. I felt very welcomed.

My experience at Settegast Family Practicevery organized ticket patient tracking systemBilingual.Hosting its own pharmacy, radiology, and Lab- clean bathrooms, lots of individualized sitting areas. Counters and very professional receptionists, clerks etc.EPIC record keeping system - does all the work,. Those print outs are point blank precise and ready take to next appointment- no need to take notes. Summary of after visit care is word for word from the Doctor to the paper, scheduling done within the facility or outsourced to other facilities.1. The receptionist all smiles!2. Francesca, you are so so AMAZING!3. Dr. H. Truong, (D.O.) she is without words, Amazing , Knowledgeable and truly Professional.4. Moneisha, scheduling professional and that summary of care was on point with every detail I discussed and its so involved with my visit with Dr Truong recommended on there present and in black and white. Amazing. My new prescriptions were already called in to Walgreens.5. Liza the Lab Tech-She is very skilled with that needle slipped in and out without so much as a pinch. I felt nothing.I left there feeling like Lifted nothing for me to do.5 stars and more. Hugs to each as an individual and doing your job you trained for and degreed in so so involved in my health care on 02/07. All of you were amazing!! and blew my mind. My son says THANK YOU so much for the getting around that train information and keeping me, his mother relaxed and confident this visit would change my life and my ideas and trust in health care providers. You did that!.With the economy and all the issues with health care providers and staff Settegast is a true David among the Goliaths out here in Texas. 3 waiting rooms!! Which they all take 40+ minutes wait. Some nurses are rude. They have at least a 2 hour delay. But they should call and let us know to arrive late, rather than wasting our time here in all their waiting rooms.

This place treats their patients with the utmost respect,and thiers not a long wait to see your doctor.great clean invironment. Thanks Settegast health center and the pharmacist are also fast to deliver your meds with not a lot of wait time.great team work.

It was overall a very good experience.the area was very clean and the receptionists was very nice and friendly.

Billing sends you bills in the mail that you already paid several months after you already visited a doctor. You get billed by both harris county clinic and the doctor. You will get asked if you are a drug user and get drug tested routinely. This is understandable for a medical practice, but this place asks these questions excessively to a point where you feel like you are on parole. One of the doctors there has a both rude and smug attitude. Youre better off shopping around for health care.

The doctors and nurses were friendly and attentive.

I came to to see Dr. Nguyen Phuc I explain to him I been have heavy bleeding .He wrote me a prescription I realize that it was not the right birth control I use . I try to explain to the nurse and to Dr.Nguyen he would not give me the right prescription I waste a day for nothing .I was told if I want to change it I would need to make another appointment I will not be going back .I guess they feel they can talk to people like that because its low income clinic .

They say they give you a chance to arrive 20 minutes later. I arrive just in time for what? The alleged doctor said that she did not ... even go out to tell me something or to ask me why I was late. I have a month waiting to go to the clinic to be told no? 😒😒😒😒

Dirty facilities, long waits, screaming unattended children... A month or 2 wait to get an appointment... NOBODY goes here because they WANT to.

I like the customer service, and the comfort to wait, the time of the appointment. What I dont like is the phone system. Berraco phone does not work. He spends up to two hours waiting for the machine to answer.
