Great facility to have your baby shower, birthday party, small wedding reception or any gathering. They have a kitchen and restrooms in the room I used. I had my baby shower in the Pavilion Room. Set up and decorations by me. I was able to use the space very well as you can see it in the pictures. The facility with also very clean.

Location is great for events. Big yard, gym, and nice swimming pools. Good organization. Attended the Easter event.

Fix the traffic light on Clear Lake and Hwy 3 so we can actually turn left! Put our tax dollars to actual use ;)

Great pools, clean always

This place has really improved in recent years. Lots of repairs done and quality of life improvements. Rentals are easy to coordinate too.

I had my son’s 5th birthday here and it went off brilliantly. Robyn, the events coordinator, and her staff did exceptional in set up and organization and the kids had a fantastic time playing indoor soccer, basketball, and many other games. The parents enjoyed watching their kids play in the comfort of an air conditioned space, which is so convenient with the Texas heat, and the kids had so much fun they napped as soon as they sat down in the car to head home. Best idea ever to host a sports themed birthday party here, will definitely be back again!

I liked that we could swim during the off season. The locker room was nice and so were the staff members we spoke to. Our only complaint was that the water was cold.

Went to a graduation party here. Very nice facility. Just make sure that you are clear about what you need when setting up your reservation.

Good recreational center with pretty decent amenities. Very safe and good for families. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very affordable rates to rent out for local events. Decent parking too.

Pretty good park was wet when i was there still had fun. Remember climbing in this as a kid and pretending I was an astronaut.

The pool is filthy and there were piles of some kind of dirt at the bottom of it. I am now sick after using it for the first time last night. Disgusting. The locker rooms are gross and old and look like theyre from the 60s. The only hand dryer there doesnt even work. The lockers are totally rusted and bent, my locker got stuck and I was barely able to get my bag out and hurt my hand. This place needs a total overhaul. I wouldnt recommend coming here unless they actually start cleaning the pool, and thats at the very least of what they need to do.

Nice clean community center. Went there for a coupon class hosted by the Houston Chronicle. Informative to the point. Won great prizes.

I appreciate the hours of the fitness room. Its always available when I have time to ride over for a quick workout. Also my little girl LOVES the water slide and splash pad.

Use their indoor pool a lot. Not crowded...good exercise.

Our community center for almost 30 years. Tons of Little League baseball here.

The Clear Lake City STARS Swim Team loves the CLCCA. Rachel Morales is always extremely responsive and helpful. We are celebrating our 50th swim season, and couldnt think of a better place to have our swim meets.

First, they had no change for a $20. Then (after going for change) I paid to enter the pool ($5) at 10:30am. Then found out the pool didnt open until 1:00pm, after I walked back to the pool area. The person at the desk was clueless. I did however get a refund.

Great community activities center

Was sitting on the floor in the gymnasium waiting on my uncle in the gym, and some old very rude man with curly hair came up to me telling me to get out, i was just sitting there on my laptop doing work for college and he was very rude and insisted that i leave i said im waiting on my uncle whos in the gym and his response was oh yeah...get out i just ignored him and he kept insisting that he was incharge of something but there was no one else on the basketball court, very rude man with serious issues. i just ignored him as he kept yelling at me so i put on headphones and he snatched them off and kept yelling at me, i have a membership at the workout room in the gym and ive never seen this man i dismissed it as he was a fake, he was still yelling as me as i was ignoring him and my uncle came out and i walked out.

Awesome recreation space with a great staff!!

Ive been coming here to swim for a couple years now. Its a relatively small pool. They only have 3 dedicated lap swim lanes, but when there are no classes going on, you can fit 6 lap swimmers across (i.e. 6 lap lines on the pool bottom) before you even have to share a lane. They also have great hours. Open early enough to go before or after work.Guest passes are $5, or non CLCA members can get an annual pass for $130.If youre looking for an indoor pool besides Williams or the Y, this is a good choice, particularly if youre looking for something close to JSC.

This place has always provided so much for a low cost. It was also a pikachu nest.

Generally nice facilities and nice location but the gym, pool and workout room was damaged in Harvey.

Always have good fast food

Nice size pool, small gym, good size sports hall, some other classes, but in need of a face lift. Peeling paint, temperamental showers, and lockers that are rusty and difficult to open and shut.

Small hall, no dance floor, but outside is spacious.

Clean environment, a lot of parking well manage place. Love it.
