Dr. John and his staff are great. They make you very comfortable when visiting. I recently had to do multiple visits due to an accident. I feel overall much better now after completing all the visits. Plan to go back next month.

The staffs here a very welcoming and always adjusts to your needs. I went here for neck and back problems and already see improvements after 2 weeks. I started coming here because the reviews were good and found it to be true first hand. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and this one is the best! Dr. Huang and the front desk staff are friendly and personable (specifically Tracy.) They took the time to remember my name from the very beginning and always greet me by it every time I come. The Dr did a thorough evaluation on day one, in which he determined a personalized procedure suited for me. He has been very understanding of my pain and recent surgeries and is very mindful and careful. He makes sure I get adjusted properly and does deep tissue massage/pressure points, which relieves my pain immediately. I have back therapy afterwards and it relaxes me and frees me of my pain (the staff is very kind when setting up the equipment on me). I always leave the office feeling good and my body feels lighter. Have been coming here twice a week for months and will continue to do so. Very pleased with the results!

Let me begin with the staff Tracy and Stacy who are absolutely wonderful individuals who love what they do and where they work, to the wonderful smiles and greating walking in making you feel welcome and comfortable . Dr. Huang is amazing and a true artist in his field. Im 66 big guy. I Had lower back pain making nearly impossible to move around and stand up properly from work. Wasnt a big believer in chiropractors and nervous as most. Let me tell you after my first visit with Dr. Huang he evaluated my situation to make sure he was comfortable adjusting me. Made me feel comfortable with the situation and went over what was going wrong with my body. and after my first adjustment I was a believer! I hadnt felt that great in a while!! I found him from my good friend whose a tall guy like myself and have been going for months now. Feeling energized when I leave and happier throughout my day not dealing with the bad lower back pain I had. And very affordable. Dr Huang and his staff have been fantastic in helping with my recovery from a double stroke I suffered in January 2019. Dr John was able to diagnose my nervous system and started me on a common sense plan to healing. My constant headache is now gone, and I no longer need a cane to walk with. I have gotten many other benefits from the treatment that I am receiving. Thank God for Westchase Wellness Center. My wife will also become a patient as of tomorrow. Definitely a life changing experience!!!

I first came to the Westchase Wellness Chiropractic center in June 2018 during my third trimester. I experienced a lot of sciatic nerve pain, trouble sleeping, getting out of bed and even walking. It was terrible! After one visit I felt a huge difference! I could finally walk normal and not limp. That night I had such a restful sleep, I wish Ive known sooner about this place. I came 2 - 3 times a week until I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in July. Now, at 9 weeks postpartum my daughter and I are both coming. My daughter was experiencing a lot of issues with colic and would constantly cry. After her first visit we literally forgot she even had it until Dr. Huang asked us at our next visit. Definitely worth it!!!

Initially I loved Dr. Huang.... overall the atmosphere, the service the care he gives is amazing. I was in a car accident and came in to see Dr. Huang-- in pain naturally. He quickly suggested that I use him as my care provider on my insurance claim. He insisted that I come in to his office 3-5 times per week. I expressed concern in the fact that I did not want to be stuck with a large bill in the event things did not work out. He assured me he could go through my medical insurance worse case. Guys-- an entire nearly 2 YEARS later someone calls me from his office trying to collect like $2K!!! I was shocked and highly disappointed. I am not a person who swindles people and work hard to be on the same page. I never would have agreed to having a 2K remaining balance. NOW he is trying to withhold my medical records-- and his RUDE husky sounding receptionist has no CLASS with her annoying smoker voice. I could slap her simplistic ass. One thing I suggest is to get anything you do in writing with this doctor. Oh, and Michelle (receptionist) honey... if I ever see you....

Finally found a GREAT place to see chiropractor. First, I was very nervous seeing a chiropractor, but now I dont need to worry about looking for one.Westchase Wellness is the PLACE. I dont need to worry about me getting hurt. Dr. Huang is great and amaze me. I was in bad pain for like a year. But going to this place for like 3 wks. already getting better. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Huang. Ive seen many chiropractors over the years but I must say Dr. Huang is the best. He and his staff provide a wonderful experience in a relaxed atmosphere. He helped me improve the pain in my knee which was so bad I couldnt even bend my leg. Now Im walking normal again with less pain. I still need surgery but I know he will be there for me to aid in my recovery. One of the best things about Dr. Huang is he genuinely cares about the overall wellness of my health. He uses Applied Kinesiology to treat me according to what my body is directing him to do with adjustments as well as nutritional needs. I went with Dr. Huang because I suffered a fall on my rib cage. It was very painful, but after each adjustment, the pain diminished and my range of movement improved. Dr. John is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered, without a doubt. I was skeptical because many people told me Chiropractor stuff is snake-oil, but he completely proved that wrong. My first appointment was for 30 minutes, but he spent over an hour and a half on me, working on my back pain and explaining the rationale for what he was doing and what the issue was. When I came in by back hurt so much I couldnt even tie my shoes, and within two weeks I was 100% back to normal. Dr. John is a godsend...

I came in because I had upper back and low back pain since a week ago. When I walked into the door his staff was great and made me feel at home. When I went back to see the Dr. Huang he did a kinesiolgy adjustment. This is not your typical adjustment. He focused on the are of discomfort I had . He adjusted me and I walked out with no type of discomfort at all. I will be a regular to Dr. Huang.

I visited Dr. Haungs office when I was under lot of pain 2 days ago (12/13/2017) @ 4:00PM , when the doctor took my x-rays and asked me to come for next visit. I had to explain that I am in lot of pain and requested for an adjustment when Dr. Haung agreed and did. I scheduled my next visit to today (12/15) at 12:00PM to go over my X-ray reports and know what has happened with my spine and get some therapy and adjustments. I went there at around 11:15 AM (a little early), as soon as the doc saw me, he warmly welcomed and quickly did adjustments. Then I was told both by the doctor and his assistant Tracy that I had to come in for another visit to go over my Xrays. I had to question them why it cant be done now and had to insist to go over my Xray. Dr.Haung, without even showing my Xrays reports, very clearly tried to convince and scare me with all the anticipations for 20 years down the line to get treatment atleast for over a year without even telling me what the problem is. when I asked about my lower back , neck and if shoud I change my seating position at my workstation, all he said was, in your NEXT VISIT , I will show some excercises. In my head I was like, WHAT AM I DOING HERE NOW ?? Also, I asked him that we could have goen through the reports inmy previous visit itself and could have started the treatment today, he responded saying that he only does consultation and Xrays in the first visit, but dont do anything else and he gives an example of Heart Surgery wont be performed on the same day it is diagnosed They insist a lot on making next appointments but do not take care or feel responsible for the current appointment , I felt like I was being kept in the dark with no information and they want me to come visit them again and again. All I here is Next visit or make 5 appointments in a row all the time. What about the current visit ? what are you treating em in my current visit ? Am I being treated properly ? all these questions go around in my head. I am planning to visit another Chyro before I make a decision not to visit Dr. Haung again !! Clearly they are trying to milk money with many NEXT VISITS.PS: I dont like to write negative reviews but as my decision to visit this facility was mainly influenced by the reviews I read , I would like to give my 2 cents for anyone looking to go here as a new patient. Dont expect to get treated rather be prepared to schedule your NEXT VISIT or may be NEXT 5 VISITS bcoz thats the process over there.
