I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder about a year ago. Ive been to 5 doctors, received 2 cortisone injections and went to weeks of physical therapy with no progress or pain relief. Finding the right chiropractor has not been easy for me. Not only am I highly fastidious and can be a difficult patient, I also have many pre-existing conditions, surgeries, accidents and injuries that has made it very hard for me to find the right dr whom I can trust, rely on for advice and get properly treated and adjusted. They both have treated and adjusted me and they truly know what they’re doing.Dr. Tyre not only is extremely knowledgeable in human anatomy and physiology, he also is highly proficient in osteopathic medicine, sports medicine, and nutrition which allows him to truly understand the human body at a high level. He takes the time to help educate me to better understand my injuries and he patiently shows me how to properly rehabilitate them. I also love his professionalism, honesty, humility and humor. He‘s not one of those chiropractors who adjusts you so you have to keep coming back. Dr. Mitchell is great at pin pointing my soreness and I always walk out feeling relaxed & refreshed.

I was not informed about $120 consulting fee when I made my appointment. When I got to the office and try to speak with Amber she was rude and same with Dr Mitchell. He was so rude and obnoxious said he is the best Doctor in Houston. This is nothing but rip off. Even though I brought my xrays and ultrasound with me. He refused to see me unless I pay $120.

Dr. Jodi Wilson was the first chiropractor I have ever seen. I chose Natural Health Houston because of its affiliation with my health insurer. The service was quick, the staff friendly and Dr. Wilson did an outstanding job. I went in for neck pain and spasms, with limited range of motion. I left with full range of motion, no spasms and minimal pain. Definitely a great experience.

I love Dr. Mitchell. He is so knowledgeable and takes on more than just adjusting your back or decreasing your pain. Don’t get me wrong, I feel much better. My posture my back pain and my neck pain have all significantly improved, however he cares about the rest of my body and has done research on what else may be leading to my overall discomfort from my diet to my sleeping habit. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

The doctor was truly concerned about making us feel better and get pain free. He was informative and professional and he didnt just explain the treatment to us , he did them so that we could see exactly how were to do it. Its a comfortable place, and the technique they use was unlike other treatments Id recieved any where else in the past. The very first day of treatment was the first good night and pain free sleep Id had in almost a year.

Ive been getting adjusted by Dr. Mitchell since 2006 when I first hurt my back. Two weeks ago I hurt my lower back and I could barely move without horrible pain. I even needed to use a cane to help me walk, sit, and stand. Right now Im walking without a cane and barely have any pain in my lower back thanks to the adjustments and stretching techniques Dr. Mitchell gave me. I highly recommend him and his staff.

This is a great place. The receptionist and staff show great professionalism. Ive been to 2 different therapy locations of treatment for a neck and back Im a former student of the Physical Therapy Assistant program which none of the locations knew that but this has been the most accurate and best clinical treatment Ive ever had.

Dr. Darin just fixed my back!I went in due to some low back pain and after a quick check he told me my pelvis was crooked. I did a strength test of my legs before and after the adjustment and its like I gained superhuman strength or something. Dr. Darin found the problem, fixed it, and told me what I need to do to prevent it in the future.Hes a good guy whos very knowledgeable about his craft as well as nutritional health thats hard to come by!Definitely stop by if your back is aching.

Dr. Mitchell is a Life Saver!! When I first went to see him in July 2015, I was basically hoping to find some relief from lower back and knee pain. Little did I know that he would immediately notice that I was a very sick lady and heal not only my back, but also my WHOLE BODY!! A year ago in 2014, I lost both of my parents. I thought I was living a life of grief, fatigue, mental fog, forgetfulness, moodiness, etc., basically just going through the motions of life…. Much to my surprise, Dr. Mitchell saw a very anemic and vitamin deficient patient. Upon his request, I had a full series of blood work, and DNA testing. With all of that information he was able to diagnose Methylation issues, which I knew nothing about, but found answers to ALL of my problems!! My husband and children can hardly believe the turn around I have made in a just few short months!! Dr. Mitchell is now beginning the same process on my son. Seeing the genes that I have, and symptoms in my son, we are hoping to take him completely off some of his medicine and heal the whole person, not just the symptoms!! I have my life again and soon my son will have a new healthy life thanks to the knowledge and expertise that Dr. Mitchell has in healing the whole body – not just the symptoms!

Seriously, Dr. Mitchell as good as it gets! If youre looking for a chiropractor and/or natural health practitioner who offers amazing adjustments, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the body - both in terms of the muscular-skeletal system AND in the natural health field (vitamins, minerals, supplements, methylation issues, nutrition in general), look no further. I have been seeing him since 2004, and cant imagine ever going anywhere else (actually, I have a time or two in a pinch and regretted it both times). Dr Mitchell not only adjusts me (and more than a few times when i could barely move), but I trust him enough to have sent my mother, father and brother to him! With regard to natural health, Dr. Mitchell has detected and successfully addressed issues in my ability to absorb certain nutrients, and has charted a course for changing that, and were just getting started. The past two years for me have been filled with daily challenges of painful injuries, stiffness and mobility issues. The skills of seven health professionals, although helpful, have not provided staying health.The medical doctor dispenses drugs, the surgeon knows surgery, the physical therapist knows equipment and exercise, the nutritionist sells her supplements, the acupuncturist is expert with muscular issues, the dietician tried to starve me, the nurse friend is sincere but has time crunches.It was the massage therapist who relieved stress and recommended a chiropractor who has provided all around relief of pain and stiffness in just a few visits.Dr. Mitchell has a comprehensive view of health and vitality….able to make a tremendous difference in a very short time, addressing every issue with success and I am truly grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mitchell since 2005. What impresses me about Dr. Mitchell is his hesitancy to use his State of the Art equipment on the patient. He uses his amazing skill to diagnose before going to the high-tech stuff. As a matter of fact, hes never x-rayed me the whole ten years I have known him, despite some serious injury and pain I have had! Hes never pushed supplements or encouraged me to use anything but proper posture, stabilizing exercises and exercise techniques. He is extremely knowledgeable about vegan, vegetarian and the plant-based lifestyles. I have referred many people to him and all reports of his treatments have been glowing! I have nothing but praise for Dr. Mitchell!

Came for an appointment yesterday, June 18, 2020 -Covid-19 is spiking in Texas. None of the 3 girls in reception wearing masks, none of the other patients coming and going in the 10 minutes I was in the waiting room wearing masks. Stupid and irresponsible. I left without treatment and wont be going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for 10+ years and he has treated me for multiple injuries including hamstring pulls, shoulder injuries, back strains, and general health maintenance. All of which he does so without cutting corners or rushing me. He takes the time to understand any issues and thinks through a treatment program without sugar coating anything. I play sports and workout consistently and need a doctor who is straightforward. My recovery times are always much shorter.The true sign though of my trust in Dr. Mitchell is that I referred over a dozen patients to him including the CEO of my company. NO WAY I would do this unless I truly believe in the quality of his work and patient interaction.

I initaly started going to Natural health after I had gotten T-boned in a very bad car wreck but I am now a client for life. Not only do they do the usual back and neck care, they were also able to help me with my knee (torn ACL and Meniscus). Too many good things to say about these guys. Good central location, great state of the art machines you wont find in the usual chiropractic office, and they do all kinds of natural homeopathic care like nutrition as well. Dr. Tyre is very patient and comforting, he knows what hes doing! You know you found a hidden gem when professional athletes come in and out of that office as well. ( like Brian Cushing ). These guys have really helped get my life on track.

We would rather go to him - even when insurance doesnt cover it - than go to any other doctor weve ever seen. We believe in curing, not medicating. We believe in eliminating the causes to the problems... not masking them or simply stopping the symptoms temporarily. We cannot possibly say enough good things about how this man cares and - this is the operative word - CURES - us from all sorts of things. We eat much better. We question whats in everything the mainstream wants us to inject or ingest. Because weve found a much healthier alternative with Dr. Mitchell and his team. JUST GO...
