He genuinely cares and really takes time with you to understand whats going on and provide effective treatment. Because hes strong, he has great control and can be very gentle. He definitely knows his stuff but is down to earth and easy to talk to. I always feel fantastic after appointments, even when I thought everything was already good!

Dr. Cruz is an exceptional practitioner of his craft. Unfortunately for my body, I havent been a regular client of his only seeing him every few months. Every time I visit him though I leave wondering why Im not there at least once a month. As a former rugby player myself, I have great respect for Dr. Cruzs background in rugby and know that he truly understands the beating a body can take. He has transformed that experience into a practice to help heal and repair the stresses we put on ourselves.

Dr. Cruz saved me after I threw my back out earlier this year. It was even a struggle to pick things up or put on my socks. After one session I was almost at 80% and by the second it was like nothing ever happened. He returns calls the same day or within 24 hours and was very affordable (about the same as my copay if I had used insurance at the doctor ). I cannot recommend him enough. Free parking and easy access of 610 is a bonus.

Fantastic chiropractor and chiropractic care- and for the whole family. Ive taken my parents here, my 6-year old, my cousin, my husband, and Ive been coming here for my chiropractic needs through my whole pregnancy. He also sees babies who are days old! Dr. Cruz is very thorough, checking your gait, your movements, your alignment. He also gave me techniques to work on with my partner while pregnant (sifting/Rebozo), as well as lymph node massage for my kiddo who is prone to ear infections. He has a chiropractic table where the belly part can flex, so its a good one for pregnant mamas, and it can stand up if your back is too inflamed for you to crawl onto the table yourself. He doesnt take insurance, but his rates are competitive to ones who do take insurance. He is highly accessible through phone and email, as well. This is a bit of a longer drive from my old chiropractor, but is so worth it. Take note: park in the parking garage near the building: street parking is dicey!
