The property 7415 JALNA ST has multiple plumbing, electrical, and roofing issues. At least 5 local plumbers recommended repairs in excess of $10K, but the landlords did nothing. Realtor Karen Friend is no friend and no good at mediating anything. Do NOT rent this house.

I like the location and class schedule here, they have few training rooms so they can conduct different classes at the same time. The store is awesome, not only it has books, signs and other things for real estate, they also have big variety of souvenirs with Texas logo.
