I am enjoying my membership!

Just a group that collects money for nothing. They never answer the phone, have bad customer service, make you pay for memberships and then change access and require you to pay more money. I am really not sure what the membership is for when you have to pay for all the classes, and pay for any council or meeting you want to attend. Do yourself a favor, join Texas Assoc. of Builders and bypass the GHBA until they get their act together. Right now they act like some non-profit organization with no real management.

As someone with familiarity of builder associations across the country, I know GHBA is easily one of if not THE strongest among them.

Why was my last post deleted about builders archaic scraping of the wart to build houses. Leave a few trees. It’s healthier cools things down and keeps erosion from happening. AGAIN. GET A CLUE

Home Aid is with the group. They are a non profit organization that helps provide housing for low income and the homeless.
