I have been going here for almost a year, as i wanted to get my digestion under check and overall balance of body. Sunita is sweet and patient, i go for monthly massage and have been feeling so much better since i started this journey. Anyone looking for long term improvement will be pleased. Ayurveda is not a quick fix and you must do the work.

Amazing, welcoming center! Ive been going here monthly for nearly a year now and I have not been disappointed with their services or hospitality. Parking can be a hassle sometimes as its located in an out-of-way street in the Upper Kirby area. The center itself is tiny, but the staff are incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They have always tried to accommodate my schedule, needs, and limitations to the best of their abilities. Their prices are reasonable for their services, but it can get expensive if you try to implement everything they may recommend. Regardless, I have found the center has been worth the money many times over!

Worst consultant and customer service. Will never go back. Front desk pressure you to buy stuff. And consultant sunitha gave little emphasize was given on diet.

Always an excellent experience. Sunita and her staff are wonderful, kind and they truly care for their clients. I have never been pressured to purchase any service(s) or herbal teas. Sunita is very thorough during her consultations/follow-ups. If I am unclear about any information she has provided, I ask questions and she is more than happy to answer them all. Prices are very comparable to other professional/clean Ayurveda centers. I am grateful for their services and healing hands!

I took an abhyanga massage with steam. It was more like a deep tissue massage rather than Ayurvedic massage which is done with lots of oil. And the method was also not right for massage. The steam was just plain water steam rather than herbal steam to remove toxins from the body. Not at all worth the price paid for.

We recently toured the center as part of our yoga teacher training program. Sunita and her staff were very welcoming to us and had tea and khichdi waiting on us. The center is an oasis of peace and calm with a beautiful courtyard, a yoga room and a number of lovely rooms for the various treatments they offer. Sunita is very knowledgeable and gave us a wealth of wonderful information about Ayurveda.

I visited many ayurvedic centers in India and US. This is the worst customer service and worst ayurvedic treatments i have received. I spent 120 for abhyanga. which is fully waste of money and time. It was not an abhyanga at all. It is fooling american population in the name of ayurveda who doest have much idea about the treatment. I am not a kind of person who writes reviews but i dont feeling like to be quite after my treatment.

This is a rip off place. I went there for a followup, got very little emphasis on how to reduce it with changing food habits; but instead the emphasis was only of Herbal Teas (didnt even tell which specific kind to buy), and made me buy ONE TEA bag from the Heaven for $5, JUST ONE TEA Bag! It was just insane. Also emphasis was more on panchakarma which is like $1700 deal.

Sunita has been wonderful! I totally recommend this place!

I finished my panchakarma in April, it was an amazing experience. My body was so unbalanced that I could not see clear, I could not see the truth between my thoughts, I was getting depressed, confused, and stressed. My personal experience has been just amazing. I came here to heal mind, soul and body and I beginning to feel just that.

The consultant Sunita is a rude, arrogant and unfriendly person. Went for consultation. I wanted to know body constitution, imbalances etc and recommendations for diet, herbal medicines for sickness,wellness guidelines etc. I got no help. I had to insist to know the body imbalance. Only thing she did was recommend expensive herbal therapies which by itself can not cure the sicknesses. No herbal medicines, just tea which again cannot cure any sickness. No food or diet suggestions either. I learned much more on the internet than from her. You pay money for her consultation so that she can recommend her herbal treatments and make more money.I realized that she has no intention of helping or curing the patient. YOU ARE JUST A CASH COW for her. She does not give a COMPREHENSIVE treatment, which Ayurveda requires.Panchakarma again is another wash.
