I was scheduled for allergy testing the week after i paid $280 for a five minute conversation with the doctor. I was at the office for almost two hours that day. The sullen front desk girl took me to a room, took my vitals, and then I was left in the room for thirty minutes. Someone finally comes in, doesn’t even make eye contact me, and announces my total for the testing was EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY dollars. I ask what I’m paying for, and they just say insurance doesn’t cover it and won’t tell me anything specific. I leave and call my insurance company, and it turns out they were going to charge me for a test that had absolutely nothing to do with my symptoms. Apparently trying to sneak it in. I was informed that the testing I actually need is absolutely covered by my insurance, as it is a medical necessity. This is a money grabbing, greedy office. I normally don’t pay much attention to bad reviews but in the case of this office, they are absolutely accurate. No one in the building has any sort of personality and clearly no one has gotten any sort of customer service training. As a registered nurse myself, I was appalled by the attitudes of the staff. 10/10 DON’T recommend.

I loved that the office was in a cool, historic bungalow in the Heights. street parking is easy to find out front. The staff is always very caring and Dr. Hassan is a great listener. She was willing to investigate some things with me that a former allergist had dismissed. And now I am finally on my way to healing!

Have been a patient of Dr. Hassan for several years. Have seen improvement in my allergies and my number of sinus infections are down from about 20 per year to 4 or 5 per year. Her staff is friendly and accommodating, even when I need to reschedule an appointment within two hours of the appointment. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Hassan is the most greedy doctorin the entire memorial hermann network...actually in the whole state. I booked an appointment after I had been seeing her for years and she refused to see me because there was a balance of $40 that my insurance needed to pay. I was shocked being that she had obtained thousands of dollarss from insurance for those allergy shots and the tests that go along with the treatment. GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. She just wants the insurance money!!!

Today I had an appointment scheduled at the heights facility and normally I am early to appointments, but this office was very hard to find due to the building being a house on a busy street with no large signs outside to identify that this is a doctors office. So I did what any client looking for their service providers office would do which was call the front office to verify the address and the location. The front office staff were very rude. The lady who answered the phone stated that the location was a few houses down from 16th street. Then when I asked for more information giving the description of what I was seeing as far as landmarks around and the front office staff could not tell me if I was close or not. Next, when I arrived at the location and walked in I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to the window to give me directions on what to do upon arrival. I signed in on the sheet that was at the window waiting for someone to greet me and then when the lady opened the window she had a very unpleasant tone and attitude. She told me that I signed in on the wrong page and that she needed to see my drivers license and insurance card. I handed her the information which was already in the system because I signed up for the appointment online providing all the information needed to verify insurance prior to me being there for the appointment. Then she told me that I needed both of my insurance cards because I am in the system with a different insurance. I told her that I didnt have the other insurance information due to me just starting that job but I am covered under the insurance that she received. She told me that she could not look up my information or verify my insurance unless I had both insurance information. I work in health care and any doctors office can look up insurance information from information provided because that is how that office gets reimbursed. So I am not sure how this woman could not do her job, which was look up my insurance information. Then she handed me back my insurance card and id and told me that I could not get serviced because I didnt have an insurance card for another agency that I have not received yet because I started that job this week. I will never go to this doctor ever again or refer anyone to them due to the unprofessionalism and disrespectful front office staff. I had the worst experience and didnt even get to see the doctor after taking time to provide necessary information prior to the appointment and arriving at the facility. This was the worst doctors visit I have ever had in life.

They are greedy. Making up unnecessary visits. They are holding my money. Over charged me and then they got paid by the insurance company. They got paid from insurance yet would not reimburse the over charged amount. Giving me different stories every time I call them.Extremely disrespectful staff. Will never visit them again. They are liars as well. First they said that they have not billed the insurance yet. I told them that I have received information from the insurance that they have paid Then they said that it is not in their account yet. Then they said they will hold my money for three months. I don’t know why?Physicians are that greedy? Never knew that.

Office staff seemed incompetent when scheduling appt over phone. On appt day, office staff proved my guess was right. They first claimed they didnt have me scheduled, then that they did not get my referral, then when I called my referring doctor I found out they did, in fact send it on the first request. When I finally got called back they wanted me to pay my copay + fees for breathing tests which they said my insurance wouldnt cover. I asked to see the doctor before having any testing done and after 90 mins and never saw the doctor. Wont be giving them another try. Also, FYI, their address is listed incorrectly online. Their office is in an old house on Heights Blvd with minimal parking available.
