Doktor amazing, but assistants really not bother if need any re fill. Called in the morning late afternoon medicines still not ready . They promised to call back never happened ..not the first time .

Dr. Ogawa is amazing! These 5 stars are for her. The manager is nice and was lenient when I had some no-shows due to scheduling issues with the front office staff. The front office consistently lacks professionalism and friendliness in person and on the phone, so not sure what’s going on there. However, it’s still worth going here for Dr. Ogawa.

Excellent place! Dr. Ogawa-Reel knows her way around Houstons allergies, and there are lots of them! She is served by a professional staff who makes therapy and scheduling it quick and easy. I highly recommend her practice to anyone who suffers from any of the Gulf Coasts allergens.

They treat me like family! Houston has some serious allergens year round so their knowledge and Dr and her team truly care. My highest recommendation without any hesitation.
