I had a job interview with Lori, she was looking for some help around the office. She had me come in for 4 hours to work on a trial basis. She did not pay me for my time. She made fun of clients after they left and was having uncertified personal perform acupuncture . I found Dr. Lori at the end of my rope. My food intolerances were spiraling out of control and increasing by the week (nightshades, coconut, beef products, all forms of dairy, starches, cilantro, and environmental toxins such as fragrance, etc.). I was having heart palpitations, anxiety, gaining weight, and tired all the time, but no doctor was able to help me (I had tried several). Dr. Lori was the first practitioner I had encountered who truly understood the connection between food and health, and was immediately concerned by the number of intolerances I had. She recommended NAET (which has literally changed my life) and we are running tests to find out the root cause. Through the NAET alone, I am now able to sit and eat a meal with my family again! Possibly the most remarkable treatment I had was while my husband was going through chemotherapy for a terminal illness, she treated me for grief. At that point in time, I was still uncertain if any of this was actually going to work--Im a skeptic at heart. That week my OCD symptoms decreased SUBSTANTIALLY! Phoenix Rising is a cute, welcoming space. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I initially went in for a sports injury but we discussed everything from my mental condition to my autoimmune condition. I am really new to exploring alternative healing. I started seeing Lori to do NAET. This approach was introduced to me by my family and while open minded, I was a little skeptical. Im an avid fan of acupuncture, and I am very picky about who I see. The right acupuncturist possesses knowledge, technique, and personality. So often Ive seen amazing healers who completely lacked interpersonal skills, or novices who were very sweet but lacked the results to keep me coming back. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Phoenix Rising. I was visiting a friend in the area and tweaked my neck, which led to a non-stop headache that was really taking a toll on my travel plans. I searched around and it was evident that Lori is highly regarded as a practitioner. I can see why. Within minutes my headache began to abate, my neck eased up, and I had an wonderfully relaxing session. By the time I left, it was as if the headache/neck pain had never existed. I only wish I lived in the area so that I could make Lori my regular acupuncturist, but at least I have yet another reason to come back to the area!

Lori is dangerous. She got my girlfriend sick by wrongly prescribing a Chinese herbal formula that gave my girlfriend an upset stomach with pain.My girlfriend followed Loris direction and continuously took a formula labeled Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Tang. She bought the bottle form Lori. After a few days my girlfriend started having an uneasy feeling in her stomach with pain and started having lose stools. My girlfriend is an insomniac. Lori prescribed this formula to help her with her sleep.We later saw another acupuncturist who said this formula is not for sleep but for poor digestion.I am not sure where Lori got her acupuncture degree but I cant see how any good acupuncturist can make a severe mistake like this.It wouldnt surprise me if all the 5 star reviews are Loris friends.......

There is little research and treatment protocols in the allopathic medical field other than a drug cocktail to mask all of the symptoms, which are debilitating. Through Lori, I also met Stephen who also practices there occasionally. Between the two and their incredible background of science, research, and knowledge of acupuncture, Chinese medicine, as well as NAET, I have had no severe muscle spasms throughout the day and am starting to get my life back. I didnt think it would ever be possible to actually wake up in the morning and NOT immediately be thrown into spasms. I will continue my treatments for as long as it takes. I left her office after a 30 minute treatment more relaxed and calmer then I had in years prior. Fast forward almost a year later and I am still seeing Lori because I love it! Lori is a beautiful, caring, kind souled person and now I can say friend. I cannot imagine my life without her and the acupuncture she does on me.

I have been seeing Dr. Lori Earley for about a year. It was the best choice that I could have made to help cure my heartburn. Between acupuncture and the herbs Lori prescribed my heartburn is gone. I still receive accupuncture to help alleviate stress because I feel so calm and centered for days after a session. I highly recommend Dr. Earley!

Jordan Etters in the Reiki, has very bad energy, is involved with dark things be ware of how you feel after a treatment with her. Feels like your soul has been unbalanced, quite the opposite than acupuncture with the doctor.

Lori is the best, is very personable and really cares about her patients. I suffered from leg pain from the knees down for many years and tests had found that my blood did not circulate up my legs properly plus I had severe plantar faciatus. A few treatments fixed the circulation and lessened the foot pain. Maintenance treatments have given me great relief and the pain in one leg is gone and the other one only flares up on occasion because I have a heel spur that aggravates it. I go regularly for maintenance and if I have a headache or back pain that day, her treatment relieves it immediately. Her treatments and supplement suggestions have also helped me to sleep better and have regulated my hormones. My last treatment included my dry eyes and she recommended soaking Goji berries in water and drink it regularly and I have not had the sandpaper dryness at night since the treatment and adding Goji berry water to my daily intake.I sent two friends to her, one had severe back pain and one pregnant friend had migraine headaches and did not want to take medicine. Lori tried and extreme treatment for my friend with the back ache and gave her some relief that the doctors and medicine could not. The migraines have stopped for my other friend with a few treatments and an oil to rub on her temples when she first feels the symptoms. Last I checked with her, she hasnt even needed the oil. My daughter also went regularly for anxiety and hormone imbalance and treatments helped her tremendously.Another young friend of mine had a severe reaction to working in a very moldy house after Harvey. Among other symptoms, she developed chronic belching, like a deep hiccup that occurred non-stop for weeks. She went to several types of doctors and all they did was give her medicine to knock her out at night to get some rest. The problem was so severe one Saturday that I called Lori to tell her the problem and she drove all the way from her home in Richmond to treat my friend on her day off. One treatment stopped the reaction with only a few short episodes over the next couple of days and after two follow up treatments, the problem has not returned.Everyone that I meet with a problem, I try to convince to try acupuncture and Lori in particular because she really cares about her patients.
