Made the change due to issue where I was bringing my children. Since making the change I absolutely love it and wish I would have done it sooner. The ladies are very patient, kind, and listen to your problems. I have been late to appointments and they are so understanding about it. Thank you ladies for helping out this Mommas mind as ease.

Very friendly and clean environment. They get us to the back quickly. Since the time we’ve been here, they’ve changed NP’s and doctors twice. While seeing the new NP, I answered a lot of my own questions. It wasn’t a great experience but it wasn’t horrible. I’d rather someone much more thorough and knowledgeable.

All of the employees here are amazing with all of my children they definitely know how to explain things so the kids understand

I was very impressed with the nurse and nurse practitioner. They both listened to my concerns and had answers immediately. There was no wait and I was able to get an appoint the same day. I am glad that I was able to find a place we felt comfortable in.

I was skeptical about staying after Dr Curly left but I’m glad I kept Masyn here. The wait is not so long now. The receptionist Ebony always goes above and beyond for my sons appointment needs. Maddison is his favorite 😊 the entire staff is polite and well mannered.

Since the new NP has started I am not satisfied with the care my children have been receiving. I will be finding a new provider. She has no confidence and says things that are very inappropriate or not pertaining to appts. She is always asking me for guidance on what to do when she is the provider. We will not be back.

I have been going to this practice for the last 13 years and I love all the changes they have made in the last few months. We use to have to wait hours to be seen by the doctors, now we are In and out with in 30 minutes The nurses are wonderful and everyone is great with the kids. The little ones really enjoy getting the stickers and toys

I enjoy bringing my kids. The staff is really nice but the only thing is that when Im in the room the nurses are in the hall talking loud. Im a manager at another office and I know they shouldve something to do. Then the things they talk about while we in there. They need to realize we can hear them.

Also a pleasure to attend the clinic. They make it easy for me kids to feel safe and not scared to get shots. The time frame of checking in and actually seeing the doctor is at least five to 8 minutes. Always gives my son goodies( toys) at the end of his visits. Nurses and practitioner make you feel like your at home and a big part of the family.😍

Receptionist and nurses very friendly. Office was clean and nice. Office manager just stood around while nurses put patients in and check patients out. I think things would be faster if everyone help and they leave phones alone including manager.

I have been there three times in the past 6 months and every visit was nail on head. The whole office, all the ladies work together well, are excellent multitaskers, efficient, caring, and understanding. Two thumbs up.

I think these ladies are the best pediatricians in Houma hands down. My kids love them and we are always seen in a timely manner. We love childrens international pediatrics.
