So dissatisfied, everytime I try to make an apt they never have an open apt. My daughter constantly has to wait for a apt to get her braces tightened or checked. She has had them on for a long time now and they keep pushing apts. back! Not happy and will not use them for my other children. The ladies I have spoke with about this or not helpful. I work for a doctors office and I know how customer service works and this office DOES NOT have great customer service skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been going there almost 2 years. Wonderful staff except maybe 2 is kinda unprofessional. Highly recommend.

Athena was the best today. Very patient, very thorough. She answered all my questions and made the braces removal process a breeze.The whole staff is exceptional!

Very nice people! Super happy environment and makes your visit feel like your visiting friends. Service is fast and efficient. I got braces today and it was my first in person visit. They had me in and out in 40 minutes or less!

This was my 1st visit @Smile Doctors and I’m glad I decided to go with them. They all were so sweet & friendly. They told me it would take about 2 hours, that’s exactly what it was. Overall everything was great!!!

This was by far the best orthodontist office my child and I have been to. We went to a few consults to see which office was the best option and I thank God we picked Smile Doctors. The staff was all smiles the minute we walked in to the minute we left. They were on time for my daughters appt.

Repulsive negligent quack! Devereuxs negligence rises to the criminal level: that butcher severely damaged my teeth because he does not care about his patients and does the sloppiest ever job, mixing up things, forgetting to apply correct wires and rubbers all the way. That caused some teeth receiving an enormous amount of pressure that resulted in permanent nerve damage. After 7-months torture by Devereux, I transferred to another orthodontist. Not only they were horrified by the amount of damage that quack caused, but also they had to start from point zero, as if I had never worn braces before. Punchline: quack Devereux did not do anything right, just caused the irreparable damage and excruciating pain.
