Great value for the $. The building is old but I enjoyed the experience in an atmosphere that was vintage. If you are looking for pristine and posh you may be disappointed. But the attendants were great and the massage was fantastic. Loved the bath, massage and steam box. Didnt find much relaxation in the sits bath... would have rathered spent extra time in the tub with my whole body submerged. And it would have been nice to have the option of a shower after the massage. Ending with the massage leaves you feeling all lubed up.Read mixed reviews on being naked for the treatments. Im not overly modest, but was only nude around my attendant and massage therapist. For me it was part of what the experience guests would have been decades ago. And I figure, theyve seen way better and way worse! ☺️Glad I went and would do it again.

I read reviews and went there to make my appointment so I knew what I was in for. It was great for what it was during a pandemic. I got to see this historic place and bath in the baths from decades ago in the mineral waters. The hot packs did feel good on my soar neck and achy lower back. The hot steam box wax novel and the sitz bath fondly interesting. FYI I ended up with a couple different attendants and would have liked to tip them but had no cash and there was no way to put it on the bill...

This was a very unique experience and Im glad we did it. We got the bathing and massage package. The bathing is still a bit limited due to COVID-19 protocols (as of June 2021) but that may change soon.You take off all your clothes and wear a sheet or towel throughout. I was on the mens side. My wife said the womens side was similar. If you are bothered by being nude or partially exposed in front of others this may not be for you. Im sure the attendants will accommodate you. Ricky was the attendant on the mens side. He was great. He explained everything and was completely professional. He has worked there a long time and it shows. Take care of him!I really enjoyed the steam cabinet. I had read about it, and seen pictures and movies with it. Doing it in person was very nice. I felt quite relaxed throughout. Id gladly go back once the aforementioned protocols are relaxed. You can get punch cards for multiple baths paid in advance.The massage was good. The main suggestion I have is to ask if you can rinse off afterward; I felt very slick and sticky from the massage gel. I rinsed off a bit but they were closing at the time we went so it was a bit rushed. Otherwise youll want to go home and shower right away.Im happy this experience lives on in Hot Springs and is kept as it is by the National Park Service.

We came to Hot Springs from texas for a short vacation obviously for the hot springs (Friday to Sunday). We took a tour to the hot spring national park and after lunch we went to Buckstaff bathhouse. We picked this one from the entire bath row because my husband said he saw it on the magazine and thought it would be a good one. The front desk stuff told me she didnt have anything available for Friday and Saturday and the next available one would be Sunday 10:30am. We accepted the appointment time and filled in all paperwork. We showed up at 10:30am and the staff there said she could not find us on the 10:30 appointment. She went in searched the paperwork and said my appointment was on Friday 10:30am. I asked how was that possible, I came Friday noon and made the appointment definitely for a future time. She directed me to the manager, after I explained to the manager we were from Texas and we were going back to Texas tomorrow and the mistake was clearly on their side and asked her if she can fit me in for today. She said due to Covid she could not fit me in, however if I came to hot springs next time, she could give me a discount. She acted if I come to hot springs regularly. I went to all of the rest bathhouses and tried to see if anyone can fit me in but unfortunately none had availability. If I had gone to any of the other bathhouses on Friday I would have made an appointment on Saturday or Sunday, I just picked the wrong one. I was so sad and I cried. It is a 5 hour drive here and 5 hour back. I dont know if I ever would come to Hot springs again but this place ruined my trip.

I had an amazing time here. Sara was my bath attendant and she was phenomenal. She was very attentive and kind. I went for the traditional package and it included a soak in the tub, sitz bath, the steam compartment, hot packs, and a quick rinse in the needle shower followed by a 20 minute massage. Cooper was my masseuse and she was great. I was able to take the loofah with me after the bath. My only criticism is that the girl at the front desk was rude.

The most amazing, relaxing, self indulging thing I have ever done!! Worth triple the cost. Only complaint is that they need an online reservation system. They never answer the phone so if you dont live nearby it is impossible to make an appointment.

I don’t know what happened with others who had hard times communicating with Buckstaff, but they were absolutely awesome in communicating with me!!! They communicated very well with me through Facebook messenger and were very understanding when I almost had to miss my appointment. The treatment itself was amazing and Mrs. Love, my massage therapist, was the best!!!! Loved my experience here. Please keep in mind that this isn’t a fancy spa; it’s a historic bathhouse that’s been in continuous operation since 1912. With that being said, it’s sparkling clean and I felt very comfortable there. Would highly recommend the Traditional package with Buckstaff and recommend Mrs. Love for the massage.

This entire experience was AMAZING!!! It was extremely hard to book an appointment took months to finally reach someone. Went on 06/18 for my Birthday!! My first attendant Mrs. Minnie was the BEST she walked me through each service!! We did the deluxe package the bath and massage were my absolute favorite!! The massage attendant name was Cooper those hands are a gift from God!! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever received!! Buckstaff Bath thank you for the top tier service we will be back we need one in Texas!!

If youre going to go to hot springs you need to visit a bathhouse just for the experience. I dont frequent massage places so this was strange and different for me but it was fun. I will warn you that you do strip down to only your birthday suite but it is guys only on the bottom and girls only on the top. You get to relax in very warm water in a large soaker tub. Next I got to sit in a smaller sitz tub that was odd to me but unique. Then we moved to a steam cabinet that was refreshing and wrapped up with a licensed massage therapist. Massages are normally my wifes thing and I dont know that Ill be looking to frequent a spa but if I were in hot springs I would made it a priority to stop by here again. I would recommend a friend try it if they were in hot springs.

Tried calling “forever” to get an appointment to no avail. Finally, they must’ve seen how many times I called them and they called me back. Could have been a bit more efficient checking people in to reduce wait time.The service was okay. As others posted, I felt a little rushed without much explanation of what was going on. For a “top rated” spa, I was expecting a bit more “pampering”.

It was a unique experience and I am glad that I did it. The Buckstaff has been in continuous operation since 1912. The building is historic right down to the 1 inch octagon tiles on the floor which looked really grubby. I recommend that you take shower shoes if you are a person like me, who never goes barefoot. Other than that, the services were wonderful and very inexpensive compared to what the same thing would cost at Disney World.

At first they were very helpful and friendly even when they tried to charge me for the wrong time and date and blame it one me. Once that was straight it was fine, HOWEVER, 20 minutes before my appointment I fell and broke my ankle around the corner and even though I was laying in the sidewalk waiting for help while my friend went to explain they STILL CHARGED ME!!! I have the hospital notes, the x-rays not to mention that I was right in front of the establishment yet they still charged me after all that. They werent friendly, they werent kind. The people on the street that helped me were better to me than the staff at this place. Im not done, I will go to the tourism board, the mayor, the news if I have to, this isnt about the fee now. No, its about the principal and just being a decent human being.

This was my first time at a spa. I believe that the traditional package was a good price. The building could use some TLC on the inside.

Came in yesterday because my husband and I were in town on vacation. Asked for a pamphlet on everything they offer and was handed a pamphlet by a woman right off the desk. The pamphlet had a variety of services they offer and stated specifically on it no reservations, walk in only. Got there today right when they opened. Waited for about 30 minutes for them to open the doors and to be able to sign in (they opened the doors late as well) just for them to tell me they gave me the wrong pamphlet, that I would have had to make reservations for everything, and that they couldnt do any of the services I was looking for. Then the lady told me that unfortunately some of the pamphlets are just wrong amd the ones that have already gone out all over the world, theres no way to get back. Which is fine, I understand that. But, when I just came in yesterday to get a pamphlet from you, theres not really any excuse for that. The pamphlet I received was taken right off the desk in front. If theyre all wrong, they shouldnt have been handed out in the first place, or there should have been better communication. I understand needing to make appointments, I understand the COVID situation, and I understand not having a lot of staff, but the communication from this place was not there. Get rid of the old pamphlets if theyre wrong or at least verbalize that there may be some changes to the actual services you guys provide compared to what is in the pamphlet, or something. But I would suggest that the communication here definitely be addressed.

Major updates needed. Ceiling falling down, ancient tubs with residue on the equipment, felt like a medical facility from the 1930’s not a relaxing spa at all. Never again. They need to update into a modern spa experience using mineral waters of old.

They were closed yesterday when I called so the recording said to email your request with a phone. I said I wanted the traditional package for the next day. Tried calling them at 8 am never got a real person nor did my call get returned.

Been here many times this time was not very memorable as far as the service.The needle shower was a warm drip... everything lacked somewhat.My massage was ok better than nothing...😑

First off, staff was rude. One woman acted angry with me when I didn’t put my phone up the locker, which I went ahead and did later on. Nobody told me they weren’t allowed. I was told to undress in front of multiple attendants which I was not comfortable with. The feeling of this place is very industrial instead of spa like. When you take your bath you are under very bright fluorescent lights. I was asked very intrusive questions by the masseuse about my personal life. The staff didn’t make the experience relaxing, it felt more like constantly being told what to do and how to do it .

Great experience!My husband was very skeptical about this at first, but afterwards he said it would definitely do it again!Loved how traditional everything was, yet also clean and professional. If we’re ever in Hot Springs again we will visit Buckstaff over any other bathhouse or spa!

Such a wonderful experience to be able to relax in the mineral baths as they were in the 1900s. We were treated to a whirlpool bath, sitz bath, steam machine and a massage, all using equipment from the past era. It was well worth the money. Best to make an appointment a couple of days in advance.

Getting the appointment booked was the hardest part we had no answered phone calls or emails but on the morning of we showed up and they had an appointment. The bath attendants have worked there for over 40 years they are very knowledgeable and you can keep your towel with you. You can go unwrapped or with the towel wrapped around you at all times so no need to worry! It is split into men and women so don’t think that you’re going to be able to go together.

A great experience. Latoya was a caring and friendly bath attendant. Even though she had been working there for over a decade, there was still passion and care in what she did. Massage therapist was okay, more of a rub than a proper massage.

What an awesome place. The only bathhouse that still runs like it did back in the days when it first opened, down to using the original equipment. The bathhouse was very clean. The staff was awesome, very attentive, very helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the bathhouse.

We reached out to Buckstaff about scheduling an appointment. We heard back promptly, and waited patiently for their promised call back on Tuesday, May 25. They had said, We will add you to our call back list and call you ASAP to schedule, for May 25. When we heard nothing by 10am, we walked in to ask why we had not received the promised response. Apparently their communication and professionalism are extremely lacking. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED to find we traveled to Hot Springs and were not worthy of an appointment. The Park service needs to take on the bathhouses, NOT private vendors. The hot springs should be for EVERYONE.

We had a Wonderful experience. Learned about the history of the building while waiting, but we enjoyed the atmosphere. May not be all new & fancy for some but we loved it. We had a wonderful attendant her name was Mattie Matlock she was the absolute best at her job. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful with first timers as ourselves. We loved the bath, hot towels & most specially the cold towel around your face, steam box & the little rinse off before the massage. We might could have skipped the sits bath, not very relaxing as it was Hot on the area down below.Some may enjoy it as if you have problems, may be soothing. We would have liked to have spent more time in the tub or a little longer massage. Would have liked to had a chance to take a shower afterwards due to having oil all over.We read many reviews some good and not. We had no problems with the front or them not answering the phones or making our appointment. This was my first experience with a spa. It is very historical over 100 years old with the feel of an old mental hospital. The staff and service was wonderful. It could easily be a place where you go in nervous and come out jello. It felt great and would do again

Bath experience great. Manicure and pedicure good, but cost almost double quote for French polish and nails chipping the evening applied. So bad had to remove the next day.

We are on a cross country trip to celebrate our 40th anniversary and had a 3pm appointment on June 22...we are only here on the 22nd. There are emails confirming such and credit card information given during a phone call. We arrived at our scheduled time only to find it closed. We slipped in when another customer left and was met by a rude front desk person who despite looking at the emailed confirmation said she did not send that email and we were not in the system. To say we are disappointed is a serious understatement. Not cool and really unprofessional.

Enjoyed the experience... much better than the rude experience I encountered at Quapaw Bathhouse. Worth the money.... military discount as well!! And 1/3 the price of Quapaw ...

The website makes the experience sound wonderful. After the pandemic Id love to stay a week and enjoy all the city has to offer.

Well like the other recent comments. We never could get a call back from staff to book a spa service in the 2 weeks in Hot Springs. This would have been our 4th visit to Buckstaff and come almost annually. We called repeatedly, sent emails and even messaged through Facebook. The Facebook page would say they would call us but never did. Really disappointed. No more Hot Springs Arkansas for us. Ouray Colorado is where we will continue to visit. Hot Springs also had way too many homeless drug addicts everywhere. Beautiful place. Hope Buckstaff gets new management or ownership. Its a great experience if you do get a reservation. Before Covid it was easy. Walk ins welcome.

Unfriendly staff. Wont return until mask no longer must be worn. Getting wrapped in hot towels while wearing a mask is hardly relaxing. Masseuse was robotic and wouldnt even speak when she was spoken to.

Tried to schedule to get in for a traditional bathing package and had little communication from them, which was disappointing. I tried calling numerous times within a couple weeks and never had someone answer, it just went straight to message and they instructed to not leave a voicemail but could email. I emailed 2 times (within a week period) before I received a response, in which they stated that I was put on a call back list, but its been over 13 days and I still received no response. Due to this, I ended up going to the other bathhouse in Hot Springs.

If I could leave no stars, I would. After making a reservation for 3 and giving information for all 3, my friends and I drive almost an hour and a half to find they only had us down for 1. No apology. No help. No attempt to fix it. They did offer to not charge us a cancellation fee on the 1 reservation only after I complained. Horrible customer service!

All staff members were so nice and friendly, my dog was in heaven with all the attention! They brought her a treat and bandana 🙂 The beer flight and pretzel were awesome, too!

The service is exceptional. The building needs to be updated to its original state. It is showing its age for sure.

Not as great as it used to be, maybe because of covid? I used to feel pampered and relaxed, but not this time. It felt like they were just running tourists through. The masseuse didnt ask if I wanted anything special, so I guess I asked for nothing and got it. (I heard the lady in the next room ask) She seemed bored and unenthusiastic. Ill try again in the middle of the week next time.

My wife and I first visited the buckstaff bath house 30 years ago on our honeymoon. We have been back just about every year since. I guess that is a recommendation in and of itself. Their attention to your comfort and needs is just amazing. You will feel like a limp noodle when you leave after being treated to the wonderful hot springs bath experience. a stay in hot springs without stopping and getting a hot bath with just be a wasted trip in our opinion.

Ive been here a few times, from about 1985 to this weekend. Its a wonderful time trip. You attendant washes you, and treats you to the wonders of bathing deluxe style. Go for the full treatment!

Tried to book with them 2 weeks Pryor to coming to hot springs but no one would answer phone. We arrive that weekend and go 2 times to see if we could get couples massage but both times was told they had no openings but were hateful in there responses to me questioning weather they might have some openings later in the weekend

Loved the traditional and authentic experience. Dont expect a modern facility, but enjoy the historic charm. It was so relaxing, I felt very comfortable. K.Love (Karen) was my masseuse and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, but created a very relaxing experience. Julie, the attendant gave me just enough attention and direction while letting me enjoy the traditional bathing package.

I loved this experience so much! I was with a group. We took advantage of their spring special and got the Deluxe bath package (bath, needle shower, full body massage and paraffin wax hand treatment) for 79.00. We were there for about two and a half hours and the whole experience was absolutely fabulous! Mattie Matlock was my bath attendant and she was friendly and very helpful. I am deaf and she made me feel very comfortable and communicated clearly and kindly. The building is very old; if you are expecting updated, modern facilities you should keep looking. But its very clean and I love the vintage charm of it. If you are intent on preserving your modesty thats not at all an issue; you can wear your bathing suit into the bath and you are completely covered with a sheet by an attendant. No guarantees that you wont see skin because some people arent as modest but I didnt see any. I loved this experience from beginning to end!We arrived at 8 and we had about a 20 minute wait. Your wait may be longer or shorter depending on the day :)

Its pretty from the outside but was closed on a Friday, so I couldnt visit and try the bath and massage like I wanted. Maybe another time...

The bath experience was amazing and very relaxing. The massage was good except for the massage therapist missed a fourth of my back. She focused heavily on my shoulders and the left side of my back and I thought she was going to give my right side the same care. But she didn’t. When she started putting things away, I asked if she could do more on my right side. She said, “the 20 minutes is up. You should have said something sooner.” I guess I shouldn’t have assumed that she’d do the same thing on both sides??? And how was I supposed to know that my time was going to be used unwisely? Now my body feels uneven. There was no one behind me so she could have easily given me a few more minutes to fix her mistake.I would highly recommend the bath experience but maybe go get an hour massage somewhere else after.

2nd time visit, this is the only 2 working bathhouses functional on strip, this one is unique since it provides individual tub for privacy. Building is old but it is clean it is worth a visit.

LaToya was AMAZING! People on these reviews complaining it’s old , come on it’s original and historical to me that’s what makes it great . Everyone there was so sweet , including Brenda but LaToya is who we spent most of our time with . She was our 🌟 We will definitely be back next time we come through

This was my first visit to a bathhouse. It was AMAZING! Definitely will come back! The staff was very professional. The whirlpool bath and hot packs were my favorite. The paraffin hand wax at the end was a nice touch. By the end of the spa treatment I felt like a new person!

Does anyone in this town know how to update a website to reflect their current hours & if they are open or not????!!!!!! I guess small town America isn’t hurting as much as they claim ! Neither of the “Employees “ ( i use the term loosely) in this establishment care that customers were being turned away despite their website saying “ no reservations necessary “. How hard is it people???? This entire town could care less if you are here to support their business. Guess they are not interested in repeat business either. Multiple establishments could be bothered with a simple update to their website. So rude ! You are in the service industry! You’d think actualCustomer service would be something that you focused on!

Got here too late for the soak and message package but, just the soak was fantastic. Service is good. Nice people. Right in the middle of town within walking distance of everything.

No response to email 4 days later. No answer to 40+ phone calls over 4 days. Walked in and they had no appts, nor was the phone ringing. I think it’s one of those circumstances where they have so much business they just don’t care. Too bad there are no thermal pools in HSNP, it’s all been commodified.

We wanted to go to Hot Springs for spring break and scheduled an appointment at Buckstaff Baths. We called the front desk and after almost fifteen calls we were left at voice mail every time. We also tried email and did not revive any contact back. After we tried to cancel they were going to charge half price for cancellation fee. Worst service ever.

Not offering facial services at this time, only bath or bath combos with massage. No solo massages.

This is a great experience not to be missed.

If youre expecting luxury spa, check Quapaw or something else. BUT, if you want a totally unique and historical experience, this is awesome.Not for shy or private people - your attendant(s) will see you naked multiple times, and theres times others around you could before you get re-wrapped in the bath sheet. But if you dont mind this (I didnt) then I definitely recommend!About an hour long experience for just the bath when they arent busy. Several stations, water provided at each (sometimes warm, sometimes cold) and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.Last note: I wouldnt see the point doing this as a hetero couple. Men and women are completely separate the entire time (different floor even) and its very likely youd finish at different times. Definitely worth each person getting the experience, but itll be an individual one!

My wife and I wanted to visit Hot Springs for her Spring Break. I called and received a timeSlot by phone. She arrived before the appointed time and was told she did not have one. Front desk told her that she should have a received a text confirmation (I was not told this.). Also I was given times for open slots. Attendee told my wife they I was given the waitlist. This is BS! Offered a shrug of the shoulders and sorry for the miscommunication. We travelled here for this appointment. I would question anything they say on the phone. Poor Service!!

Context is important for this experience. This is not a modern day luxury spa experience. This is an opportunity to step back into the previous centurys version of luxury and relaxation in a rural part of Arkansas. With that as context, this was a unique and enjoyable experience for me (but its probably not for everyone.I purchased just the bath package (no massage--there was a 90 minute wait for males to get a massage on this particular day). I also purchased the loofa--dont do this; its cheap a waste of $5; no logo--just a standard thing.I was directed into the mens locker room where I was given a locker and a sheet to wrap up in. There was no direction about how to wear the sheet or whatever so I awkward draped it over my shoulders and could have just wrapped it around my waste like a towel.Bobby was the bath attendant and was pleasant and kept me moving through the process. The bath was plenty steamy and bubbly and I found it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The sitz bath was next and was a unique experience but felt great on my lower back. The steam room was mostly uncomfortable--just a bench in a small closet like room--I didnt get the option of the steam cabinet so this was more like a standard steam room youd find in a gym locker room. Next was hot towels on the relaxation table followed by the needle shower (which was arguably the best, though shortest, part).Overall, a fun experience and rather relaxing. This is not a private experience. At one point, Bobby directed me (fully nude) to walk about 10 feet to get a clean towel from a rack of towels. I didnt mind and it made me chuckle, but you should be prepared to see and be seen, so to speak. Bottom line: not a luxury, modern day spa experience but relaxing and enjoyable in its own right. A fun and unique experience that you should definitely try once. I gave it four stars because of the lack of direction in the locker room from the locker attendant and because I felt a little rushed through the experience (I finished at the same time as other men who were halfway through the process when I started).

The review isnt for their service because they dont answer the phone...just a message machine telling you to email them. I did, they answered and told me they can only take a res over the phone because they need a credit card. This is Tuesday. I emailed them Friday morning. They are obviously too busy for my business.

Love this place. They do everything like in the old days. The equipment is from the olden days. You are naked but have a sheet around you. The hot waters feel really good. Good location, easy to find

A truly historic experience. Very relaxing. No frills and none needed as it makes the experience all the more focused on the bath. A simple soak will have you there for about an hour total with the steam, rest and needle shower. Get the loofah for sure as it nets you a personal scrub down and a souvenir.

Buckstaff was amazing. Everything was very clean and well taken care of.The staff are so nice and polite. My mother-in-law and I really enjoyed ourselves. She said her massage therapist Karen was sweet and really nice. Mine, I believe her name was Connie, was wonderful. She found a spot on my back that had been killing me for a while and worked magic on it. ❤

I had a wonderful experience! LaToya was a wonderful attendant! She was sweet, patient and informative! All of my attendants made me feel completely at ease walking around in my sheet. Danielle gave me a relaxing massage and the paraffin wax treatment on my hands at the end was just another relaxing stop at the end. I thoroughly enjoyed my kid-free quiet time!

We booked in advance and began calling through the weekend up to this morning (when our appointments were) to verify that we had 5 appointments. We followed ALL means of communication that they provide and called numerous times, left voicemails, texted and emailed with NO response. We only got a confirmation text EXACTLY 24 hours before our appointment ( mind you, you have to cancel 24 hours in advance to not be charged) and have been trying RELENTLESSLY to contact someone with no result. We showed up EARLY to speak with someone since we haven’t had any response and not only was the lady we dealt with rude and confrontational she refused to see the proof we had showing we have been calling to find out what was going on with our reservation, charging us.This place has the WORST customer service and the most unprofessional person working behind the desk. Would not recommend. Way to ruin a vacation.

What a great experience. As others have mentioned, this is a definite must if you’re in the area. Before going, I was unclear on some details, so here’s a rundown of my experience (Nov 2020). The Traditional Package is the only package available. You must book over the phone. I emailed them but they directed back to the phone number. If you call and get to voicemail, keep trying! It took me a few calls before I was able to speak to someone and book my appointment. I was able to book on Wednesday for a Friday appointment and there were many availabilities. Make sure you show up early to factor in the COVID screening. There is a station outside where you fill out a waiver, sanitize your hands and get your temperature read. Masks are required! After that, you continue on to the front desk where they provide you with a loofah, a locker key and your ticket. This is where men and women part ways (since this is a traditional bath house). Men go to the right and women head upstairs. I was led to the locker room where I had my own stall to undress and leave my belongings. No swimsuits or personal items needed! All we had was our sheet, key and loofah. The attendant wrapped us in a sheet that we wore the duration of our time. There were 3 other women in my time slot and we, along with all the staff, all wore our masks the entire time. We headed to the bathtubs, dropped our blankets and hopped in. The tubs are in separate stalls, so we had our privacy. The attendant would come and check on the water temperature and provide ice water to drink during the soak. After that, we had the option to sit in the sauna (not recommended if you’re claustrophobic), had a butt soak, rinsed off and then got wrapped in hot towels. The finale was the massage, which was more of an exfoliation for me, but soothing nonetheless. I left feeling relaxed and my body felt nourished. Do yourself a favor and visit this bath house . It’s a truly unique experience.

These bath tubs are old and not so clean. I could literally see the algae growing in the tap. Even the massage was not relaxing either. The lady who massaged me kept her whole body weight on me while moving from my head to toe. They just give a sheet to cover on and the massage therapist just exposes you. It was so uncomfortable experience and I wanted that to end as quickly as possible.

Absolutely wonderful! Great staff! And felt comfortable there.

Loved the entire experience! If you are in town do yourself a favor and book a bath!

It was difficult calling the office number, but due to the changes with covid its easier to contact the manager to set an appointment.

This was a very relaxing experience. The ladies here make you comfortable while taking care of you. LaToya, was attentive and always kept her cool even when she had several ladies to care for. Karen gave my massage to me with great conversation. All in all well worth the trip and reasonable price.

This experience was great! I had gone in not knowing what to expect but all of the staff were super professional and explained the process before going into the baths. Overall the experience was very relaxing and I will be stopping by again the next time I visit Hot Springs.

This has become an annual tradition for my husband and I. Weve visited this facility many times and tried Quapaw as well. We hands down prefer Buckstaff! Although every visit differs because we encounter different attendants and employees, we still find ourselves anticipating our October visit and longing for the relaxation of the experience. Of the different bathhouses I recommend Buckstaff!

I left feeling like a limp noodle. Latoya made the experience absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and has such a warm spirit. I highly recommend the experience.

Husband and I came to Hot Springs for a weekend getaway just the 2 of us. Both have been under a lot of stress with all the craziness so I booked a mineral bath and massage. This was hist first time and he enjoyed it. I had Latoya and she is awesome. I definitely recommend Buckstaff Bath.

My husband surprised me. I dont know whats going on but when I went inside I kinda have an idea so I enjoyed the hot spring with their pampered awesome!

I am extremely disappointed in their scheduling process amid Covid-19. When you call to schedule an appointment, an automated message is played stating to not leave a message because the voicemail is not checked and to send an email if you are unable to reach someone. After 20+ calls, I sent an email for assistance in scheduling an appointment. I received a response to my email to keep calling until someone answered because appointments could not be scheduled via email. If appointments could not be scheduled via email, I do not understand why the automated system instructs callers to seek assistance via email.I resumed calling and placed in excess of 40 calls and never once got to a live person to schedule an appointment. I sent a follow-up email on 8/20/2020 and to date (8/25/2020) have yet to receive a responses.I have a trip to Hot Springs coming up and was really looking forward to visiting Buckstaff as it is a main attraction when visiting the city.I am beyond annoyed at their lack of customer service. I began attempting to schedule my appointment weeks ago to ensure I could get an appointment but all efforts have been unsuccessful due to Buckstaff not having an sufficient procedure in place to schedule appointments.
