Have had nothing but issues. Dr. Mullenixs nurse is despicable to say the least. I have a history of back issues, including a surgery. My first appointment was August 10th, scheduled for an MRI. Here it is October 19th and Im still having to pull information out about what Id going on with getting one scheduled. The so called Nurse Practitioner she has wont do a peer to peer with my insurance to hurry the process (Im sitting at 4 weeks now from the last time it was sent to health star on Adock which Brittany wont even answer the phone, go figure) . She wont change my meds. All around this clinic has SEVERALLY gone down hill.

If there was no stars I would give that. Before Lakeside took over I loved it but now with Dr Mullenix I quit. Her receptionist is rude and while I have had to sit 40 minutes to be seen , if you are 5 min late she refuses to see you. Getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare too.

Dr. Anderson has great patient skills and makes me feel like a partner in my health care. He has been accurate in several difficult diagnosis over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff.

Dr. Parrott & staff are excellent!!! First off they know how to manage appointments, very little wait time. The staff is competent, the nurses are nice, & Dr. Parrott always took the time to address all issues. Very caring doctor & I love the portal system where you can access your Care summaries & communicate there if needed or even call. Either way the staff gets back to you. They call with test results & you dont have to chase them for answers.

Unprofessional, apathetic, and unorganized. Refuse payment on supposed past due balance. Unable to provide verification of the supposed debt date of service, amount, or what it is in reference to. Accepted an appointment from patient and showed an absolute disregard for the patients time when they refused service based on this debt that they are unable to provide any documentation on. A doctors office that waste patients time yet bills for no shows.....who would ever have guessed. Save yourself the headache and chose a PCP that values your business.

Dr.Parrott has been my doctor for a few years. He is the best doctor I have seen; and I have seen many doctors. I highly recommend Hollywood Avenue Family Clinic! :)

He is very personable, also thorough in exams & treatment. Dr. Anderson is competent and polarized to a large community of specialists that he doesnt hesitate to refer you to for further evaluation.

I also highly recommend Dr. Anderson. He has excellent bedside manner, and is a good doctor.

Dr Faro and the staff here are always caring and friendly

Never even got to see the doctor because the receptionist or whoever takes the appointments is incompetent got to my appointment after a 2 month wait and they never even had me on the books so whoever made my appointment never bothered to write it down that being said I will definitely not be recommending this clinic to anyone
