Nathan was very responsive and punctual. He was referred to me by First American Home Warranty after Epic Mechanical was a no call/no show on their scheduled appt and arrived 3 hrs late. They should have assigned Ark N Spark from the beginning and not wasted any time. I have sent his card forward for anyone looking for an electrician.

I have a home warranty that I rely on for someone to send me out repair people. This is the first time that Arc and Spark Electric has been out to my house. Nathan done a wonderful job and in the future I will request that my home warranty will send him out.

Grateful this company was referred ny American Home Warranty to fix our kitchen and porch outlets thatd all stopped working within days of each other. After asking a series of questions, Nathan was able to narrow down the issue, and even took time to look at each of our appliances that had been plugged before the outlets went out. Im now aware of the how my outlets are all connected and how to spread out the number of appliances being used at one time.Before leaving our home, Nathan took time to look at a few other electrical concerns I had. Needed a new bathroom fan and wall switch wired and ran. This guy answered on the first call and got me on the schedule the same week. He showed up on time and listened to what I needed done and made QUICK work of it! Since I had to have a whole new switch and wire dropped down the wall I figured it would take at least a couple hours. He was done within 30-45 minutes! Only charges me for rolling his work truck (which is the bare minimum price). Needles to say I have found my new electrician!! This guy is honest, quick, and informative of what he plans to do before he does it. We will be using him again! Thanks ark-n-spark!

Rarely does anyone say WOW with service now-a-days. Nate, Electrician & owner of Ark-N-Spark, is exceptional. He is very professional and CARES about the work he does. He reconfigured my power/wires/cables and hooked up power to 3 new hvac condensers and did a whole house electrical inspection for me. I am pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

It’s a shame we contacted them a while back for a quote to redo our kitchen/dining room. We tried to contact Nathan on several occasions but never heard back. The one time we did get an answer he remembered us and said he sorry and he will contact us but then never heard from him again. There are only so many times we will try and call a business for work when obviously they don’t care to have our business. So we will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Nathan is as good as they come. Trustworthy and respectful, he was very helpful in our time of need. Our home warranty did not relay the correct information, yet he went above and beyond and was still able fix us up in a timely manner and prevent what couldve been a catastrophe in our home. Absolutely the most terrible experience. My home warranty scheduled service with them and he (Nathan) was supposed to call within two business days; he did not. It continued to go down hill. I reached out multiple times and left messages with no call back. I was FINALLY able to get ahold of him and he only wanted to complain about the number of jobs he had. He then informed me he would not be able to get to my house for another week. I agreed. Now we are on the day he is supposed to be here (between 11-12) and what do you know, he is a no show. I call to check the status and get an idea of when he would be here and he first can not find my information and then informs me he will not be able to come. I explain that this is unacceptable and he yells at me to tell my home warranty to “find another technician” and hangs up. I would not recommend this unorganized, unprofessional business to anyone that asks.

I cant sing Nathans praises loud enough! I bought this house days before Christmas and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. I had entire rooms without power, was having to run my washer and dryer off an extension cord from my kitchen, couldnt blow dry my hair without the whole house going off. Nathan replaced my breaker box and everything is working! Even the rooms that have never worked! They are super easy to schedule with, keep you posted on everything, are very professional all the way around, listen to what you have to say, and fix it quick and as cheap as possible! Best prices and customer service Ive seen! When I had him out for my free estimate, he pulled his ladder down off his van to save a cat that was stuck up in a huge oak tree in my front yard. He is great to communicate with and following up after the job. ARK-N_-SPARK is a new member to the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and policy is to use any/all Chamber investors if possible and the rotation was to this company for electrician service of ballast repairs in our building. The process was so technology current and completely user friendly. Nathan, the owner and operator at ARK-N-SPARK ELECTRIC fixed a home warranty issue that the previous electrician did not. This was at my parents home and they are in their 70’s and the last technician was in my parents home four minutes and took his check and went on his way. Not sure the work quality, didnt have any work done. Honestly probably would have done a spot on job. My home warranty scheduled a work order and I never heard from the guy. Finally gave up and did the job myself.Two months later Ark Spark calls saying theyre in the area and wants to drop in.Really?

Nathan from ARK N Sparks Electrical, was assigned to the job that non-working AC was apparently misdiagnosed by an HVAC tech (named James) from Epic Mechanical Services, Little Rock, Arkansas.James, supposedly to be an expert in HVAC, couldn’t fix the unit and concluded that, there is an electrical issue. This was hard to believe since any HVAC system has both electrical and mechanical components. So, if any HVAC system expert can’t handle the electrical part of HVAC system, then obviously there is a problem with that technician.So, Nathan from ARK N Sparks electrical called in by First American Home warranty company to check the unit out and see if there is any electrical issues and troubleshoot.Nathan called me first to learn about the problem, see what was going on? and we had a helpful conversation. He explained the possibilities to me and said will go and check the unit to see what’s going on.Nathan went to check the unit on August 8th and called me while still by the AC unit and told me there “IS NO ELECTRICAL PROBLEM”!!He told me that some of wires were rearranged improperly indicating the JAMES from Epic Mechanical didn’t know what he was doing!!?Nathan Advised me that DO NOT ALLOW Epic Mechanical Service near your house ever again!!Therefore with the advice of Nathan, I by passed FIRST AMERICAN HOME Warranty and called MIKE Dougan (MD Heating and Cooling) at 8 pm and they were at the job by 8 am next morning and diagnosed the problem “ Fan Motor in the air handling unit, was burned out and must be replaced. He got it replaced right away, fixed the switch and wires, and got the system going and cooling!!! Way to go Mike Dougan!!All this for $403.00!!If it wasn’t for Nathan from ARK N Sparks electrical, we would still going back and forth with FIRST AMERICAN HOME Warranty and have no idea when the AC would get fixed!!!Thank you Nathan for going and properly troubleshooting and confirming that there wasn’t any electrical fault!!I appreciate your professionalism and outstanding electrical expertise!!I recommend Ark & Sparks electrical to everyone.SincerelyMahmoud Kiaei, PhD.,
