Dr. Cordell did an excellent job on my thumb. So much...I used her for my shoulder surgery. She is awesome with a great bedside manner. I recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional orthopedic surgeon.

Dr cordell is awesome herself. I can’t say the same about her useless unsympathetic office staff. My spouse is wheelchair bound and relies others to take her to dr appointments. We were 20-30 minutes late for her appointment to get stitches out. 2 stitches. Instead of waiting they chose to close. When they scheduled the surgery they don’t care for those who shuttles the disabled. My work has threatened to fire me every step of they way when it comes to her surgery. That was a simple surgery. Nothing major. But it almost cost me my job. So yes I did get very passionate when I spoke with them. And at times it was very colorful. But when caretakers are threatened by lose of work or take care of their loved ones when doctors offices are unsympathetic and unwilling to work with their customers that in my opinion is very un acceptable.

I highly recommend Dr. Cordell. She was able to save my hand which was pretty incredible!!

She is outstanding and if you need any surgery on your hands I highly recommend her. She is compassionate, professional, answers questions you have and successful with her surgeriesI have only heard the best compliments when her name is mentioned. In this day and time that is who you want to be your physician.

She is awesome, understanding and competent. I highly recommend her.I just had a small Ganglion Cyst and eventually opted for no surgery, but she was very understanding.

Called 1 week ago for an appointment. I listened to a series of recordings...finally leave a message. Left my message and no returned my call. Called another doctor.. appointment made with a human.

Mother was referred to this dr. for a complete rotator cuff tear in the shoulder. You let her know that you disliked the way the radiologist did the MRI and the report because it wasnt done the way you liked it. You offered no surgery options, in which all over the web as well as our PCP and the APN suggested would have to be done, but rather gave 6 weeks of PT instead. Go back to UAMS where you came from, we will find another doctor. Oh and your better than you attitude was unwelcome as well!!
