We love Rose eye clinic , I had taken my son to eye exams annually and never was given answer as to why he couldn’t read very well , I thought he may have been dyslexic or was missing the trash can just to tease me because his vision was always 20/20 with “ no issues” , until I saw for myself how his reading was effected during testing at Rose eye Clinic !!! Absolutely amazed to the point of tears during his testing, watching him be able to hit a target with the sample glasses on was one of the highlights of this year for us !!! The staff is great so kind and personable, Dr. Rose 🌹 well you couldn’t find a more brilliant and talented optometrist if you tried. I HIGHLY recommend Rose Eye Clinic for all your eye care needs.

Dr. Rose is a class act. Her expansive knowledge and exceptional care has seen our entire family to not only better vision but a higher quality of life. She’s and her staff are a treasure to Hot Springs. (She’s also got the coolest and best selection of eye wear in town! )

I don’t give out 5 stars very often but this business deserves it. I had gone to several eye doctors before Dr Rose and could never get my eyes quite right. After first visit she had me were I could actually see clearly and am very comfortable in my contacts. They have a very friendly staff.Would recommend them to anyone

Love love love this eye clinic. Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and professional staff. They always make me feel right at home. My son and I both are patients here and they are so great with the kiddos and making them feel so comfortable.

Dr Rose and her staff are amazing! I didn’t have insurance and had to pay for my glasses and exam out of pocket... they had very affordable frame options but I ended up buying a more expensive pair because they are BEAUTIFUL! The exam was affordable and very detailed! Everyone is professional and also friendly!

Dr. Rose is amazing.She cares so very much about her patients and does more research and continuing education than any doctor I have ever known. Not just regular eye classes either. She digs deeper into other relevant underlying causes of eye issues.I highly recommend everyone to see her

Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Rose did a very detailed examination of my eyes, far more detailed than any other optometrist I’ve seen (and I’ve seen quite a few) she was very friendly and had a super positive attitude about seeing her patients! She really cares about her work. Eric also did an amazing job fitting me for my glasses and helping me pick out a pair that looked good on me. (Believe me he won’t let you pick a pair that dosnt fit your look) and that’s a great thing! Amazing experience and an even more amazing staff! Highly recommend!

What an Amazing Place!!!...after a weekend gone bad on the river, my eyes had swollen shut and I was in some major pain Sunday.....they seen me first thing in the morning Monday ...and had me completely comfortable knowledgeable and fixed up with my condition. The staff was phenomenal and Dr Rose is the sweetest thing since Southern Ice Tea..!!!!!!...I need new glasses and contacts!!...this is the place I’m going!!!!...5 Stars plus!!!!!

I had used Dr. Rose several years ago and was always satisfied with the level of care. I recently went to her and nothing has changed....Shes still the best. Having been under the care of the Drs at the Jones Eye Inst. at UAMS for several years I can honestly say she gives the most comprehensive exam of all.

Dr. Rose was so patient with my son, and the staff is incredible! I am so glad I found a great optometrist to take my family to. I would highly recommend Rose Eye Clinic!

Whoever answered the phone this morning on July 27,2020 around 11:30-11:45 a.m was very rude.

Truly the most professional, competent, and welcoming clinic I have ever experienced. Other clinics could learn a great deal from the doctor and her staff.

I would not use this eye clinic again if someone paid me to. Rose Eye Clinic is incredibly unprofessional and I cannot express how very sorry I am for Dr. Rose, on behalf of her rude and disrespectful secretary. I really did enjoy using this clinic for my vision purposes for a while, but her staff completely ruined the experience I had. I called and asked if my temporary insurance would cover a visit prior to making an appointment because I could not afford to pay out of pocket at the time. Upon doing so, I gave the secretary, Audriana, my policy number so she could verify the visit would in fact be covered. While on the phone with this woman, she clearified that Id be all set and covered and I could go ahead and see Dr. Rose later that week. After having my exams and putting complete trust into this facility, I was told when checking out that my visit was not in fact covered and that because the secretary made a mistake, I would not be charged for the visit by Rose and the secretary. Weeks passed, and I recieved a bill charging me for my exams. I called to order contacts and discuss the issue of the bill and Audriana was incredibly disrespectful. She stated that I was not neither allowed to order contacts with my prescription until I paid the balance, of which I was not responsible for, nor was I allowed to make an appointment to speak with Dr. Rose. I asked if I could speak to her over the phone and discuss the matter and she refused to contact my physician, regardless of whether or not I was incredibly ill. The secretary acknowledged the incident where she claimed I would be covered and told me I was okay to make the initial appointment and also acknowledged that upon leaving, I was not covered. We had an agreement I would not be charged before I left her clinic. Rose Eye Clinic has a staff that has incredibly poor bedside manner, speaks with attitude, refuses to keep the patients best interests at heart, and is incredibly irresponsible for not doing their job in the first place to check insurances for new patients. Rather than being an understanding facility and taking responsibility for the careless mistakes of its staff members, the secretary refused to allow me to speak to my own Dr. about my personal concerns and told me she would not allow any further contact and would release me as a patient- instead of paying for their own mistakes and releasing all charges. Also, while in this facility, pets run freely around the campus which should be a health concern. Aside from the blatent disrespect I recieved, I learned that this clinic clearly cares more about making a dollar than its patients. Any other facility in Hot Springs would be adult about the situation and accept responsibility for making an error - on their behalf- and be respectful and understanding to the patient. Dr. Rose, whom I thought was an incredibly sweet and educated woman, is completely ignorant and distrustful for choosing to employ a rude staff member over the safety and understanding of her patients. Clearly the woman didnt take her oaths seriously and she should be ashamed of herself. Unfortunately, Im not the only person feeling this way- because I had the entire situation on speaker phone and my entire room of coworkers agreed that shes unprofessional and that I should take her to court over the matter. She lost a significant amount of buisness. You dont tell someone that they are not responsible for payment because insurance will cover it, then realize you lied- and tell the patient she wont have to pay- and then refuse to see the patient because she has a balance for which the facility is responsible for... unprofessional and disrespectful.
