Such an odd experience ... Had a box of kids toys and books and there were two wall sconces. I understand that they dont take electronics but the supervisor said just to keep the whole box even after I told her it had toys and kids books? All nice stuff unopened and cared for kids stuff. Just so odd? The other goodwill operations have been very happy to take kids toys and books. Recommend the St Louis park location as alternate.

Very clean and very organized— prices seem higher/different than other goodwill stores I’ve been to. They also have a lot of new not-donated items for sale: sheets, cleaning products, hand sanitizer, makeup brushes all with tags from unheard of brands. Overall, this location feels like a goodwill “franchise” if that makes sense. Definitely less of a “buried treasure hunt” and more of a sorted selection of used and new things.

It’s hit and miss - Like most Goodwill’s.I’ve got some really good deals here but there’s a lot of junk. Many items are over priced too.

I want to start off this review by saying thank you so much to everyone who donates to goodwill and salvation armies. Because of you, I was able to get my life together by buying a 4$ Bathroom scale and 5$ food scale! With that being said, this goodwill is WAY to expensive for what you get. Considering you guys are getting these items for free, I should not be buying a 5$ food scale. Also it is quite messy and not a organized store.

I went to this store to find monopoly games and there was a glass meth pipe inside the game. I’m assuming employees do not check there items coming in. Very unprofessional 🤮 will not be going back!

The donation drive thru did not offer me a receipt and the line was terribly slow. I prefer donating at other Goodwill locations and avoiding this particular one.

Lot of good selections here if you’re in the market for brand name clothes. One of the employees introduced herself and asked if she could assist. Very nice of her.My only qualm was that store was a little sloppy on the shelves.

The employees here need more training or something. I waited in line to pay for a long while because the only cashier was trying to figure out a return situation. (The Customer was trying to get less than five dollars back, which was irksome in and of itself). The cashier called for back up and another employee came. That employee also got stuck with a confusing transaction. Both employees ended up sitting there waiting for the manager who was busy on a forklift to come and help them. Neither of them offered to check out people in the line while they waited. Seems like it should’ve been easy enough to suspend the confusing transactions and check out some other people while waiting, but I guess that was too much to ask. I ended up walking out of the store without purchasing the four items I had because there was no sign that this was going to be resolved anytime soon. On my way out, I drove through the donation area to drop off some unopened and unused school supplies and textbooks. The woman working the donation area was very nice, but she did not speak English even conversationally and, because she was a small woman, could not lift the boxes that I wanted to donate. We ended up taking the books out one by one by hand. At the end, she did not give me any paperwork or coupons that I usually get when I donate. I did not bother to ask her for them because there was no way she would understand me and I just wanted to get out of there. We have some great Goodwill stores in our area like Chanhassen and Minnetonka, so I will never be bothering with this location again

While the road connecting to the store is still under heavy construction, the store is as busy and well staffed as ever. Halloween gear is displayed well and easy to find. The staff was quick to help and the store was well stocked.Ill certainly be going back again when I need more clothes.

I called earlier today to see if they had an item on the shelf before I drove over to pick it up. The first call I made, the person who answered said no immediately before I could finish my sentence. So, I called around to other stores and they kindly said let me go look and put me on hold until they either seen it or didnt see it before letting me know. So, I called back afterwards and the same person answered (who didnt identify himself) and I asked to speak to the manager without reason. The manager answered and kindly put me on hold to go check the shelves. When he came back on the line he indeed said it was laying on the shelf and gave me directions in the store to find it easily when I arrived. The manager was great but the store attendant was not. If the store attendant would of just done his job the manager wouldnt of had to do his job for him. Why else is he working there? To tell people no immediately? I would give a higher rating but I shouldnt have to call twice and talk to the manager for such a simple task. The store attendants name tag should say Lazy especially since he didnt identify himself.

Great selection of clothes and especially electronics for good prices. It isnt easily seen from the road but it has a new redone entrance. Parking is easy and donation people are nice. I never leave empty handed here. (Other reviews say no dressing rooms, but their has always been a bunch of them on the right wall when you walk in, and they are usually unoccupied)

I am grateful to have this in the neighborhood! I donated frequently in the past and now I find attractive clothing there. The store was updated recently and is clean and bright, well-stocked, with friendly efficient employees.

Ive been here several times. Always have a good selection of household items. Decent clothing selection. Lots of books. The type of Goodwill you need to visit once a week to see what new stuff they have.

My friends and shopped in this store .i been coming here for yrs and yrs. until one day I ask the manager how much the headboard are ... he answered I don’t have a clue and walked away from me instead of finding out how much. This happens a few times first time I just ignored it.second time I ask why are this has no tag , his answer is. Is not my job . I was shocked.. I feel like I’m being discriminated by him .cause I woman with color. I feel sorry to his employees.. all the staff are so friendly and helpful..but him his rude..someone has to give him a lecture. There is always new stuff here. I can always find brand new items. Even ones I didnt know I wanted.

Theyve remodeled it, so I guess some would say its nicer but i liked it before. It was like the last goodwill that felt like a thrift shop and not like some snooty boutique. I dont like the goodwill like I use to.

I was at this store and the manager rolled her eyes and was a huge snot. It amazes me when managers forget who the customer is and how to treat them. Mind you, I was not being an unruly customer. Sad because I was a regular patron of this good will. Not anymore.

Lots of very dated stuff. Prices were high for junk. This location did not seem very clean. Id appreciate a poking stick to go through the things on shelves.

The employees are every rude at this store. They have loud conversations over the isle, shop while stocking the merchandise and act very inconvenienced when you ask a typical question like where are the fitting rooms. It had been a while since Ive been to this store (it used to be one of my favorites) and it might be a long while before I decide to return. ☹️ Giving it two stars instead of just one because the mature lady who rung up my purchases was very nice.

I like good will, i do. but this group is a piece of crap. they are suppose to test but they dont,.and sell you broken merchandise. keep everything even the sticker. cause they rip you off. never going back.
