They lost my husbands hearing aid they lied about it at first said it was on somes desk. And then finally said they lost it, then made another hearing aid but did not rush in making it. My husband went a month and 1/2 without his hearing aid. My husband had to buy a cheap hearing aid from Walmart just to get by during this time. He was so miserable and was so nervous because he couldnt hear very well at all. There was no apologies or anything from them. They did the bare minimum. He felt so disrespected by this company and unimportant.**UPDATE** The hearing aid that they made for him was not very good my husband had a lot of trouble with it. This company ended up making him a completely new one and he LOVES the new one.
