The midwives are great as well as a nurse named Monique! The clinic is very small and there are no lines or long waits. So far Ive had a positive experience here. The receptionists​ are polite and and professional too.

Great staff, no lines. A little tough to get to while 169 is under construction. Doctors have a relatively high turnover rate here.

Monique was the only positive thing I experienced with the midwives. Rude receptionists, really hard to get a hold of midwives, not a lot of support.

I see Dr. Anna Hsu (shoe) for most visits. She is extremely thorough and professional and is very careful to update medical information that often gets overlooked by other medical professionals. I also appreciate that if bloodwork or other visits are recommended, the lab is right there as well as other specialists, and I can go immediately to the lab or sometimes even to another specialist if they are available without driving to another facility or making a separate appointment.

I took my two kids here for a well child visit and doctor Fischer bullied me about certain medical decisions I made for my kids, the doctor’s attitude was disrespectful and made me very uneasy. I am never returning to this place or any other Allina clinic again.

Besides slower responsiveness,Laid-back attitude is calming.

I forgot the nurses name but he helped me so well through the processes and had a great doctor! Not a long wait time either!

Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff, clean building, and skilled technicians. I usually get bruised badly with blood draws, however this technician didnt bruise me at all!

Went in for a chronic sore throat. Doctor completely brushed over it. Told me Your immune system is compromised because of your Lupus, its probably just a virus. And it was a virus... A virus known to trigger Lupus symptoms... It eventually put me in the hospital for a week. Complete incompetence.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience with a midwife before this place, but my fears were put to rest here! Highly reccommended place for midwifery care.

Only issue I had is a midwife Ive never seen who filled out paperwork that was directly for my doctor and she decided to just fill it out without asking me what information I needed on it.
