Ive been going to this dentist office since 1999 and have always been very happy with them. They are always courteous, friendly, prompt, and do quality work. Yesterday Elizabeth performed a deep-root cleaning on one of my teeth. Knowing I was nervous about it, she went above and beyond to put me at ease. She was very gentle the whole time, did her best to comfort me/put me at ease, and did an extremely amazing job successfully cleaning the root. I cant say enough good things about the experience (well, for being at the dentist)! As always, Bomstad dentistry has added another A1 quality professional to their staff. Thanks Elizabeth!

I just changed to Dr. Bomstad; my husband has been a patient for years. Everyone in the office is so kind and so professional. From the appointment setting to the cleaning to the doctors exam it was an excellent experience.

BEWAREI had a good initial visit and for a couple years other pleasant visits as well. After missing an appointment while I was at urgent care with my daughter I was still charged over $400. I had argued that I should not be charged and can not afford to pay for the same dental work twice. They were unwilling to work with me to some sort of compromise and are in the process of suing me.

Although I have only been for cleanings and xrays multiple times, I have been impressed with the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff. After scheduling nightmares, poor customer service and long waiting room times at another provider, I decided to give Bomstad a try, as their website reflected the services I needed. Sara answered my call; she was kind, efficient, flexible and super helpful in scheduling my first service here. On the day of my cleaning, I was welcomed as I walked in the door and was brought back to a room very quickly. Robin did my cleaning and exam, it was the most thorough experience I have ever had at a dentist. The entire staff at Bomstad Dental is so considerate, knowledgeable and good at what they do. They are very detailed. I had to have a crown put on, and the temporary crown was very comfortable. The permanent crown, well...I cant even feel it. Its a perfect fit! Never had that happen before. I am a super happy, repeat client!

I had not been in for a teeth cleaning in quite some time. The staff was super friendly and understanding. During the cleaning, I found out I had 4 cavities. I went in for 2 visits to have them filled. Dr. Bomstad and the hygienist, Laura, were very down to earth, professional people. It took a little longer than normal for the Novocaine to take effect, but they didnt act rushed. Dr. Bomstad repeatedly asked if I was okay. My husband has had work done on his bridge with Dr. Bomstad, and he was very satisfied with his treatment as well. What really stood out for me, was their customer service. The receptionist remembered my name on my second visit, and they even called when an opening became available at a sooner date, because they knew I wanted to get the procedure done as soon as possible. I used a Groupon for cleaning and an exam. The hygienist was thorough and very pleasant. I returned for a crown. Again, the dentist and the dental assistant were excellent. They took time to explain what they were doing throughout the procedure. I was virtually pain free throughout the process. I will be returning for further service.

Great first experience. I had a deal for a discounted initial cleaning, X-rays, and exam, and the staff treated like I had the best insurance known to man. Friendly receptionist, hygienist, and dentist. Office was clean and tidy. Easy to say I found my new dentist.

I was worried about a back tooth, especially since I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out. They took care of me. Nothing was wrong with the tooth, but they did notice some inflammation in the back gum tissue and provided me with some medicated mouth wash. Quick and efficient visit. Appreciated their timeliness.

Always a fantastic experience with everything from x-rays to crowns. When I didnt have insurance the care was still affordable and they always worked with me. The staff at Bomstad Dental act and feel like a family, both with regard to one another and to their patients, while at the same time true professionals, from the front desk to the knowledgeable and skilled hygienists to the good doctors themselves. I was even impressed by the way that staff members at all levels interacted and built one another up with supportive remarks, and never talk down to you even when youre horizontal. You can be sure you wont be treated like a number in the waiting room or like a car up on the rack when in the chair, but will have your scheduling, financial, medical and personal concerns taken into consideration proactively without having to ask for it. Were new in the Hopkins, Minnetonka community. We chose Bomstad as they are a small, family owned business where we were warmly greeted. The hygienist was more through and explained more than I had previously experienced. The equipment was very up-tp-date on which I was visually shown what had occurred in my mouth. I like the fact that due to the size of the practice, we will likely be known and remembered and not treated like a number. Im very happy with our experience there.

So disappointing...I made 2 appointments to get a space between my 2 front teeth filled in. I called 2 weeks in advance. I had my first appointment at the time scheduled, but then they CHANGED my 2nd appointment to a time that I could not be there. I am/was on a time frame for a portrait for my moms 80th birthday. I cant even write this without tearing up. I live in Hopkins and I trusted that keeping it local would be good. I am beyond sad that they treated me this way.

Hello everyone, I wanted to say I have been a patient at Bomstad for almost going on 5 years now and I cannot be Happier with all the services we have done over this time. I am most recently happy for the fact that I have some of my molars reinstalled by Chris and his staff. Several were Crowns and Root Canals, but just 2 weeks ago I got my first Implant put in. See, I have been without these teeth for almost 18 years since my earlier military days. (This was a procedure that was started in Hawaii and since they never put in the actual teeth after the surgery of installing the implant bases in my jaws. I have been to several specialist trying to fit new parts to old implants and wa sso down and discouraged about nobody even caring enough to search, but then I was so happy to hear that my dentist Cris Bomstad and his staff were working on the problem and within 6 months I have my first new Implant and I could not be Happier. Thanks so much to all the staff and especially Chris himself for caring so much to go the extra miles for me.This is a Shout Out to anyone that wants a real family feel with all the latest professionalism and tools to go with the fantastic service they offer here.
