Very poor experience with JCPenny Optical.They were able to fill a contact order when the prescription was provided to them, but trying to get an eye exam done there and have them write the prescription was an absolute fail.The staff did not inspire confidence as they were very hesitant about the specifics of the order and kept changing the final cost, and when all was said and done (we thought) they ended up calling us back in to re-do the eye exam as they said the numbers didnt look right the first time.In the end, the prescription was still wrong and I had to go get an eye exam elsewhere.If you already have a prescription then theyre fine, but do not go here for an eye exam if you value your time or your money.
