Pretty disappointed. My experience as far s customer service was great, and they were accomodating when I wasnt able to find a babysitter for my toddler. They found her a stool to sit on and be next to me while I got my hair cut.However, my hair is uneven, the layers are not blended - they are stacked so I look like I have inverse stairs on the side of my head, and I asked her not to take hardly ANY length off. The shortest sections are at least an inch shorter than it used to be.I just needed someone to shape up the back of my hairline before a wedding this weekend, and now I cannot wear my hair down because its so uneven and choppy. Not even sure if someone can salvage the style at this point because it was a little longer than chin length initially, and taking off any more length is going to trim it into a pixie cut again.So disappointed, especially since its right before we go to an event this weekend.

I love coming to this salon ,their stylist is skilled, attentive, listens to what you want and executes flawlessly. She is easy to talk to and so sweet. Time flies when Im in her chair.

Vicki is the best. She is so very talented. Go see her. You wont be disappointed.
