Dr. Scott is absolutely wonderful. I cant rave enough about how down to Earth and GOOD at the job he his. I almost look forward to my next automobile incident. Kidding(Or am I?) The staff are amazing! From Ashley greeting you to Jose, Amber, Jessica etc. doing the routine on you, its a pleasure throughout. You come in looking down but will leave with your back a little straighter.

Today was not only my first experience at this office, but my first time at a chiropractor ever. I have never felt so welcomed/important at a medical office before. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, every member of the staff is phenomenal. Dr. Scott truly cares about your well being now, and in the future. He takes his time to fully understand what your issues are and explains exactly how he plans on fixing them. He is extremely professional yet personable so you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Dr Scott and his staff are simply amazing people sent from above! I was in an accident and they took care of me in ways that only people with good hearts know how. In the past i used to go to another back service place but there I felt like a number and some to most days I felt as if I wasted my time and money. I was in and out in minutes some days. Other days the wait was long there were a lot of people and many were soldiers. I felt bad for the soldiers because I knew the service that they were getting was not good enough for them and these soldiers deserve more then being another number. At Nelson and Nelson I promise you that you will not feel like another number and that your pains and care will be their top priority!! I can attest that! Give it a shot and you will see the big differences. What more can you lose then what you are already losing.

Im a new client here and Im very impressed with Doctor Scott and his staff. I was not pressured into purchasing any packages yet their price packages are the best in town. I pay out of pocket as my insurance does not cover chiropractic Care.A thorough exam was done prior to adjustment, X-rays were taken of areas deemed necessary and gone over with the doc.The therapy before adjustment is also nice and relaxing with tens stimulator, roller bed and the massage machine.Dr. Scott is straight to the point with an honest assessment, probably the first Doc that Ive had that didnt give me the line that I need to come in three times a month for the next 6 months spiel. I will be a return patient for sure!

The clinic on Ramsey street was not damaged in Hurricane Matthew. All patients are treated respectfully and are very happy with care. The facilities are spotless and extremely sanitary. Read all the reviews of this clinic and decide for yourself what people think. This vindictive, untruthful, salacious review should be disregarded and removed by google.

I am in tears right now. My husband and I just left the office. I went because I was having really bad muscle spasms as a result of a nerve test at the VA. I had gone to the urgent care on Ramsey St yesterday, and I was prescribed a narcotic muscle relaxer, steroids, and NSAIDs. The meds put me to sleep but they wore off after a few hours. When the spasms hit, if standing I would go to the floor, and my toes would turn purple. I could not get out of bed on my own or take care of myself without help.I came to Nelson & Nelson and saw Dr. Scott Reiner. He adjusted my mid and lower back. Instantly I felt a change in my body. The spasm I was having ceased. I felt blood flow return to my feet and the muscles in my back relaxed. I am so grateful for Dr. Scott. He is a very caring person and an outstanding physician. All veterans should consider coming to the chiropractor in lieu of taking all of the medicines the VA keeps shoveling to us.

I’m so happy I found Hopemills Nelson n Nelson chiropractic office because everybody is so wonderful n pleasant n always makes me feel comfortable when I come for my treatment 3x a week. And my Doctor Scott he’s great he explains everything I need to know about my condition and which equipments n treatments will work for my neck n back injury. Its been wonderful. It’s been over 6wks now n my treatments are almost done n I feel great n sad to leave my favorite peoples❤️ I will miss my Hopemil staffs n my favorite Dr. Scott. This company is absolutely insane. If you are worried about cleanliness, don’t even waste your time. The same muscle stimulation pads that they are putting on your body, are going on everyone’s else body. They only wash the towel covers once a week if that. Everything that’s being put on your body has been on someone’s else’s body. Right next door the clinic is management and if you personally want to speak to someone or complain, ask for Danielle. The front desk at this location, Neva is always high so it’s hard for to do her job. Just bare with her.
