Don Greene was AWESOME!!! He was able to fit my son for his athletic brace the same day. He is very hands on and patient. He is accomdating and informative. We have returned to him to get some adjustments to the brace (due to sons athletics) and there were no issues. My son is comfortable and more confident since his injury. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone seeking orthopedic supplies.

I have used this company for over ten years. They have given me eccellant service in the past, until lately. I have sent referrals to him as well. It appears the service has lacked in its ability to communicate with its customers as before. Several messages have been left with the owner for his assistance to no avail. I have been waiting on shoes since December 15, 2018. It doesnt matter that I need my shoes due to diabetic neuropathy which does not allow me to wear just any shoe. I have left several messages by phone with Ms. Dee Kennedy, three in January and three in February not to say the least over the past week at six. I think its awful when business people get so busy they no longer need those who were there when they needed people to do business. What a difference in attitude when success comes. I wish them well.
