What an incredible experience. True was a wonderful way to become immersed in a world of self care and relaxation. Sammie was very welcoming, kind, calm, and walked me through all the different steps like the infra red sauna, float tank, and massage. You get a beautifully crafted space all to yourself. I felt very comfortable and safe. The physical effects lasted well into the following week for me, and the mental effects will last a lifetime. Spending that much time (about 4 hours) truly honoring yourself is something a lot of people could benefit from. Thank you so much, Sammie! True offers a beautifully crafted blend of a traditional spa experiences with modern energy modalities in a cozy, individualized spa environment. This spa is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a residential Hoover neighborhood.Sammie is excited to educate and share about the benefits of Infrared Sauna, Hydrogen Therapy, Float Therapy, PEMF Therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field), and binaural beats used during the wonderfully relaxing Esalen Massage. He seems genuinely interested in creating the ideal bodywork session, keeping in mind the clients comments about how they are feeling in the body, while also working from an intuitive space. Quite nurturing + therapeutic.As a professional in this industry, I must say Im extremely impressed and am joyfully recommending to my colleagues, athletes, friends and family members.
