Worst specialty pharmacy out there. When they forgot to transfer my medication from Walgreens (I kept nagging them about it for two weeks), I had my doctor call in a script directly to them. Now all of a sudden, they say it takes 7 business days to process the prescription and then another 7 days for it to be delivered. On what planet does it take a pharmacy 2 weeks to fill important biologic medications? It’s not like I’m a new patient. A prescription can be processed in a day even at the busiest pharmacies. I would know because I’m a pharmacist who processes 300/day. These people are just lazy. Seriously considering dropping my employer’s insurance just to get away from this company.
Worst pharmaceutical company EVER! They overcharge their customers even when they have a copay assistance card. I have a $5 copay card and they withdrew almost $700 from my ckg account, even though I gave them my copay info. CSR told me their system wasn’t smart enough to know I had a copay card! THIEVES!
Same experience as the previous review. They failed to get my biological on time for the SECOND time and no one was helpful. I requested it over 2 weeks. Thankful I have a great dr office that keeps back up doses. As a speciality pharmacy, these people should be competent in their positions. These meds are not ones to be missed.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Even Dominos Pizza makes up for poor customer service on a 5 dollar pizza. You would think a large corporation that deals with the TIMELY filling and delivery of my sons medication would care. Called 9 days ago and was told they would expedite the request, called 2 days ago and was still in process. Would not tell me what the problem was, WOULD NOT call a supervisor to help. Called Blue Cross and within 3 hours, I have the drug in the refrigerator from The Kirkland Clinic Pharmacy. If it were not for BCBS, I would still be at the mercy of a I Dont Care Company
