This place makes me wish I lived in Birmingham. They have a great facility with fantastic programming. Their members are always welcoming and their coaches are always helpful.I hit my first ring muscle up here, P.R. My clean and strict press. I will never go anywhere else if Im in the area.

I love this place! Good selection of class times and everyone is so friendly and welcoming no matter what your fitness level. Highly recommend this olave for beginners or advanced fitness enthusiasts. They offer CrossFit classes as well as Olympic lifting classes.

Clay and the gang are great. Location in Hoover is much bigger than previous. They take care of you and the price is competitive.

Great box/gym very friendly, great space, and great coaches. I would definitely recommend to anyone that does Crossfit. OTM is great place to get introduced to the Crossfit world too.
