I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Spa Cahaba!! Everyone is so kind and professional!! I would stay all day if they would let me!! I have been to many spas in Birmingham and Spa Cahaba is DEFINITELY the BEST!!

I had a great massage and sugar scrub with Chance. He was very professional, funny, and helped me calm my nerves about it being my first massage. He explained everything to me and it was fantastic. It could quickly become my favorite thing because I walked out of there feeling years younger. I also had a facial with Ashton and she was great. She showed me my problem spots and did a good job. My face still feels so soft and smooth. Tara was the one I bought the package from and she was there when I checked in. She helped a lot explaining what each service was because I was so new to it.

First time using a float tank and it was great! Martha, if Im remembering correctly, was a great attendant and she was real helpful throw out. I definitely plan on doubling back for a revisit.

I had a very relaxing Hydrafacial with Ashton. My skin looks and feels great. I love the later hours offered by the spa, it works great with my schedule. Everyone in the Spa was very friendly. For me to be a new client its was such a great first experience and Jayden was awesome she made me feel so comfortable. Very clean and staff make sure your very satisfied and happy with your service and calming music is being played at all times. Has a snack area for you when hungry or thirsty. Showed lots of patience, care, love, and looked happy to be at there job. My overall experience was good I did the float therapy very relaxing and calming. My facial was also great almost fell asleep such a great experience. If you have went yet I would really recommend that you go.

Enjoyed my hydra facial so much. Ashton made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times, and did a fabulous job. She also gave me great recommendations on routine skincare. Can’t wait till next time!

I came in for a hydrafacial from Ashton. She took her time and did a great job. She was very helpful picking out products. All the staff are always super nice and helpful.

I had one hour in the float pool and an hour massage. Fastest two hours of my life! Float pool was amazing! Massage was even better. I’ve had pain in my shoulder blade for months before my massage.. I’m now on day two with absolutely no pain!

Wonderful visit. Masseuse was able to address those areas that were giving me the most problems. I have already scheduled my next visit.

1st Salt float today! When they realized after 20 minutes the jets were still on, they corrected immediately and added that time back to my hour. Just wish I couldn’t hear the staff laughing and talking during my float. It made it harder to relax. I really enjoyed it and going to give it another go.

Erika took very good care of my teenage son. He does stage acting and wear very think makeup. She took the time to explain how to properly remove the makeup without damaging his skin, the type of skin care to use and recommended his next treatment. She also made up feel very comfortable by engaging in friendly banter.

I went in for a facial and enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone was so sweet and professional. I will definitely be going back!

I had a salt float today. It is so relaxing and is just a wonderful way to totally decompress. You are alone just floating and it helps with my sleeping for days. It almost beats being at the beach!

This was my first time and I went for a facial and derma-planing. I was definitely nervous because I don’t let anyone touch my face . However, I must say it was great and well worth it! I had Erica. She was so nice and sweet and everything under the sun. She was knowledgeable and reassured me that I was in good hands. But I especially loved the heated bed that you lay in. When I was done my skin looked like a babies bottom lol. I really did enjoy it and I will be back

As a young professional, I know how expensive and time-intensive it can be to invest in self care. However, a day at Spa Cahaba proved to be completely invaluable. I was a patient at Cahaba Derm and always loved the atmosphere, professionalism, and quality of their work, so I decided to give Spa Cahaba a try.Everyone I interacted with was so kind and talented. Cleanliness was obviously a priority, and from the locker room (ie, your own private shower room) to the float pool, the massage table, and to the aesthetician’s room, everything was spotless. Everything was clearly clean, but I even managed to feel like covid wasn’t happening because there was no ever-present smell of cleaning agents and alcohol spray.I live with osteoarthritis, and the float pool was a game changer. Every now and again, a different joint would start aching in the pool and it was like it was working itself out. The massage therapist was so talented, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The aesthetician was also phenomenal and so personable. From the receptionist with whom I interacted to the kind woman who set me up in the relaxation lounge with wine at 10 am (🙌🏻🙌🏻), everyone was lovely. Small details like comfy furniture, good quality hair care products in the shower room, and super comfy robes were just icing on the cake.So I recommend taking some time to invest in yourself, and indulge in a day at this spa!**Spa Cahaba, feel free to give a shout-out to my team from yesterday, I cannot remember those sweet ladies’ names.
