I never thought I could get better and not be depressed, until I started seeing Jeff at Thrive a few years ago. The day he was getting married, I had a pretty terrible panic attack and called him, and he spoke with me for 45 minutes and was able to calm me down. Right before they walked down the aisle!!! EMDR helped even though I was skeptical of it. I’m not perfect now, but I’m far from the sad, depressed girl who walked into Thrive suicidal all those years ago. They are wonderful and I couldn’t sing their praises enough!!!

Great counseling! Not just someone that will just listen and give metaphors. Actually getting better with each visit. Would highly recommend!
