All the staffs here are wonderful and very helpful. I feel blessed that this clinic helps so many in the community through their many services & programs. It’s unfortunate that during this time with the covid the senior program has been discontinued, my elderly mom loves their senior exercise program❤️ Mahalo Kokua Kalihi Valley❤️

I tested positive for COVID-19 on the 5th of August. My mom went to Kokua Kalihi Valley to be tested as well. She tested positive as well. People from Kokua Kalihi Valley, a non-profit organization, brought her bags of food and items she will need while under quarantine. My mother is so grateful. This clinic has also been a Godsend for my 80 year old parent in laws as well as my brother in law and niece. I am so grateful for their kindness and support. A non-profit can be a thankless job and more difficult to get funds for. Once again, we are grateful and wish you well, Kokua Kalihi Valley.

Takes sister here for her appointments. It is always crowded. Find the place not always clean. Parking is terrible. It is limited, so you need to find street parking or park across the street.

Suggestion for the staff..If youre on lunch from 12 to 1pm everyday youre open please include that in your answering phone system so that patients will know. Theres also no sign anywhere in both buildings either stating this. Parking is impossible too.

So far Ive had good experiences. Dr Ruth Chong has been amazing in going above and beyond. She genuinely cares about your health and well being and wont rest until she figures out whats going on. Amazing doctor and person. Highly recommend.

Does it hurt to answer the phone ? I’ve been calling since yesterday NOBODY answers but the google shows me they aren’t busy I’m calling now & still no answer I’m trynna call to set an appointment but I don’t wanna go there until it’s confirmed yenno cause there’s coronavirus now days but I guess they don’t pick up their frickn phones

Never had any problems, they were great with me, and my princess. Thank you staff.

Fantastic dentist, Dr Gelinas was great to work with completing various procedures quickly and accurately. Her residency is over now so shes off to other things but the quality of the doctors there were superb.

Medical Department need to improve thier services. They need to be professional while on the clock by thier desk. Even when they are at the desk. They keep on eating and helping the client. I strongly believe this is not acceptable. They sometimes miss place things they have to run around to find it.

Employees are Filipino and micronesian. They sometimes have trouble understanding english...other than that its ok

Very Disappointed schedule for 11am finish by 5 pm the old kkv not use to wait long new staff new doctors are taking forever with one patient
