I just love this place, come here everytime Im in town. They are at a very convenient location, you can conveniently just walk in, dont really need an appointment but still good to make one. The staff are all so friendly, accommodating and prices are very decent.

Rude, demanding, poor communications skills by the woman booking appointments. I booked a massage here for my gf and she said it was a great massage, but very creepy vibe inside, very dark, no decor, looks like a hallway in a college dorm room. If you just need a massage this would be a good place to go, but if you wanted a more spa-like experience then look elsewhere.

After a long flight from AZ, walking for many miles touring the area and being awake for a long day, my wife and I had a couples massage here, I had the 60min body and 30min foot massage, my wife had a 90min body massage. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. I personally have had many massages in different spas, this was by far, hands down, the BEST massage I have ever had so far. Wish I could find this talent in my city. Highly recommend it, fair prices and skilled massage therapists.

JACK IS The Best!!I was in awful back pain from sleeping at a hotel w old spring mattress i was dying in the morning with back pain. I saw all the good reviews on here for Jack and decided to give him a try. It was truly a Great massage. Truly the best! I notice the difference immediately. His deep tissue is work is second to none. When i left i was no longer in pain i even decided to walk back to the hotel. Ihighly recommend Jack, he is knowledgeable and professional and will get rid of all the knots and pain in your muscles. I plan on going again before i return home. THANKS JACK!!!

Best back & shoulders massage of my life. I really like deep tissue massages, and Jack did a perfect job. He really put a lot of his strength on points of tension while at the same time being very careful. He paid attention to where I needed relief (he didnt just do a mechanical routine, he actually listened to my body). I did a 30-minute massage. Highly recommend. If you need a deep tissue massage, ask for Jack.

Waikiki has been ~1 hour wait times for everything but they were able to accommodate our 3 person group immediately. Tranquil space. Great massage. Masseuse was courteous and pretty funny.

Technique and skill level is just ok. Gave this a try twice, with two different masseuses. If you want a basic foot massage or back rub, this is fine. If you are looking for work on specific sore spots or areas, this isnt the place.

Went as a pair and did 90 min (30 min for massage and 60 min body massage). Really great massages, in particular Jack. Highly recommend.

Was an amazing 2 hours. Got hot rocks for the last 30 minutes. $200 for us as a couple, for the 2 hour combo?! Cant beat it.

Walked by this spot and enjoyed it quite a bit. I wasn’t sure how it would be but was very pleasantly surprised with the 30 minute body massage. They knew which spots to hit, good pressure, and put more care into it than some spots where they hit you while talking on their cell phones lol. They even did 5 minutes of foot massage at my request. I came back but they were full!

I dont usually write reviews but Waikiki Massage 123 was so good I had to let others know. My wife and I had a couples massage. It was so good we went back the next night again. My wife had Jack, who has other great reviews on here, and she was very happy with him. He is very knowledgeable and helped my wife with pain in her shoulder and hip. We tryed to call to schedule an appointment but we immediately got to voicemail. So we decided to directly go there. After entering the place, I was supprised by the space. It was not what I expected. It was very industrial and dark. But we decided to still go with the massage since there was good review and we were not disappointed at all. We took the 90 min massage (60 min body, 30 min feet) and it was absolutely great. The masseuse knew where to untie knots. I highly recommand that massage even if the space looks a little weird at first.

I was in trouble twice during my stay in Hawaii! The staff were also very kind and massaged the whole body and legs for 90 minutes.While there are many Thai massages around Waikiki, this massage shop is great satisfaction with shiatsu! Also, the other massage stores were very cold and the cooler was too cold, but this massage store was comfortable with moderate coolness. It is recommended that even friends can join together.

The Chinese massage shop is affordable, the owner is nice and enthusiastic, the press is very professional and comfortable, and the service is very good. You must experience it after a hard day of traveling to Hawaii! !!
