Love this place. I’ve used several therapists and have never had a complaint, (from my experience) they seem to have much better training than the chain places. Easy check in, easy Covid screen, and easy tipping with Venmo. They text appt info so it’s super convenient. Quiet, calm, and comfortable atmosphere. Love my monthly membership being able to come here!

We visited the Hawaii Kai location and worked with Kristin and Helen. I recommend a shiatsu massage to relieve muscle tension and any recovered muscle injuries. The therapists are professionally trained masseuses and the treatment rooms and facilities reflect their professionalism. Great rates for the treatments and open availability. Online booking system is the best!

When I spoke with the CEOShe told me....We have notes on youCripes Ive been a great tipping customer for over a year and now this?Dont get sick and have to miss your massage. Even if youre a member theyll charge you. What are you supposed to do if you need massage for chronic illness? They keep notes on you of illness and car trouble a year ago. Maybe I should go in and make everyone sick?

Ive been going to Serenity, monthly, for almost 2 years and Ive never had a bad massage. Ive been to places that are fancier and more expensive but never to a place that gave consistently great massages. No matter where your pains are; they will professionally work them out. Thank you Serenity for being part of my health routine.

I was on vacation and really needed a good massage so I can relax and enjoy the island and relieve my sore back. I found this place through yelp and had to check it out especially since it doesnt cost an arm and a leg to get a massage here like most places. The staff is friendly, got me an appointment pretty fast. The place has a warm inviting ambiance and the best and most important part, it was one of the best massages I have had and I have had many. Thanks to Tims expertise and healing fun spirit, not only am I relaxed but my back feels better than it has in awhile! I highly recommend checking this place out.

Some masseuses are great, and some are not at all. Reanne, Abby, and Wes are some of the great ones. Only three stars because when I had a bad experience I submitted my complaints via survey, and also informed the front desk, but no manager ever took the time to follow up with me. For that reason I probably will be canceling my membership.**update in August 2018 - I never did cancel, because I like Wesleys massages too much. And today a manager did call me to discuss my previous review and assured me that they are taking steps to improve what went wrong. That means a lot. Updating to five stars.

Just like all places, massagers come and go, hard to stick to one person here..on the other hand, almost, i mean almost everyone else has been pretty good. Also when making a appointment by phone, the distant end could be a bit unprofessional. It is very hard to understand about 85% of what the person is saying and when they are recording the message, half the time I get interupted with oh can you hold on, I need a pencil. Very irritating. After my membership runs out in December, this will be my last time dealing with this business.
