I mostly go to Complexions to buy my Jane Iredale make up. I always have a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely get treatments, but I just dont make time for myself! When I do, Ill be visiting Complexions!

Thank you Lia for the wonderful service I received at Complexions Skin Care! I had found myself previously disappointed from a service I received at The Waxing Co.- I felt rushed and I felt my skin wasnt catered to as much as I wanted it to and they kept rescheduling my appointments to accommodate the esthitician instead of the customer. So after that, I decided to keep my choices open for a new waxing place I could go to and I happened to stumble upon Complexions while driving past a friends house. I decided to give it a try on a whim and Im soo glad that I did. The customer service is pleasant, refreshing and courteous. The ambiance is NOT like a spa but more of a medical type vibe, which I didnt mind, since I was searching for quality service.I happened to be working later than I expected and I was about to cancel my appointment but Lia, my esthitician adjusted her schedule so that I could still be seen which was very refreshing from my past service I received at the waxing company. During the appointment, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable while explaining to me what she was doing she understood that I didnt want my eyebrows to be thin but natural and she listened to my concerns. She also did everything she could possibly have done to make my sensitive skin be less red. I was extacic to see that my eyebrows came out just the way I wanted it to be and I have never seen them NOT red, for once LOL. I will forever be greatful for her great service. She also helped me choose a new natural Jane Irradel makeup after my appointment, she was patient and very knowledgeable. I will make sure to have standing appointments with them in the future. I truly wish the best for their buisness and I hope this review helps bring and maintain future customers to Complexions Skin Care, it truly is a hidden gem that I hope stays in buisness for years to come.
