This was my first time at Loess Spa and I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer! The facility was amazing, I’m the owner was so nice and accommodating, and the scrub + massage was like nothing I have ever experienced. The value I received outweighed the price I paid. They even had food you could order after. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Wow this was my first time at a Korean day spa and it was outstanding! I had Young do the hour and 45 minute package and the whole experience was great. She was so friendly and thorough and everything felt amazing. Definitely returning.

If youre looking for an authentic experience, this is the place!! Highly recommended!! The host was so friendly and personable. She TOOK CARE OF ME! I also love that her dogs are so friendly too, it felt like home to me, relaxing, chill, rejuvenating! Love the outdoor patio as well. Dont doubt, it may be a small spa but they have everything here. And surprisingly, its not bustling busy for a small space, they do really make sure its manageable and so rsvp ahead of time.

I waited to visit until I got vaccinated and it was well worth it. We had a fantastic evening at Loess Spa. The ladies were so sweet. They explained everything and took incredible care of us. We both got the #4 scrub and massage. The scrub was through and the massage was just what I needed. Next time I will plan to spend more time in the pools and saunas. Thanks!

Good massage, outstanding atmosphere. I had a 90-min massage followed by a legit bowl of noodles, kimchi, and an excellent cup of coffee in the outdoor relaxing area. Best Korean chow Ive had since I left Seoul.

Clean, comforting and exactly what Ive been missing from the mainland. This little place is a dream for self-care with bomb bonus pampering packages. There is nothing like being scrubbed like a baby! So relaxing and beneficial for lymphatic detox. Everything you need is provided and theres nothing like three hours at the spa on a regular basis to keep the body healthy + happy!

I like the place!Just make sure you get what you pay for, I missed receiving two extras that I paid! the scalp treatment and collagen mask! I paid for them and did not receive them! the manager only apologized instead of offering me the treatment I paid for!

My happy place! No matter how stressed I am, I leave here without a care in the world. My skin feels amazingly soft from the scrub and the massage therapists are excellent. If that werent enough, the peppermint scalp massage is heavenly.

Just warning everyone, we were lied to by the owner. I came in with my partner to get 90 minute treatments. We were separated for our own treatments but then a few minutes later I was approached by the owner saying my husband wanted a two hour treatment and encouraged me to do a two hour as well. She also rambled about #6 on the menu (whatever it included ) that will be a full two hour treatment. So I agreed. When my husband entered the massage room, he was asked to pay first so had to go back out to pay...it was all sort of unprofessional and strange.After we received our treatments and talked of our experiences, it turned out the owner lied to me and my husband by telling HIM that I wanted a two hour but told me the HE wanted a two hour and upgraded my experience by another 40 minutes and and $50 later. The scrub was nice, products were cheap Walgreens shampoo etc., My partner enjoyed the foot massage with all the tools but the rest was so-so.

Truly relaxing experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful in directing me how things go. As one of the earlier reviews stated - great customer service. I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and saunas beforehand. The scrub and massage were so wonderful! My skin has never felt so smooth. And the full body massage was great - I really enjoyed the head massage too!

My second time going to this spa and I still love it. I had Young this time and I want her every time I go. The body scrub with the aroma therapy massage is such a deal. They scrub thoroughly and make sure you are relaxed during the massage. When you walk in there is a reception area then there are rooms to rest in (I remember one being a charcoal room). They also have lockers for you to put your belongings inbefore going into the bathing area. Theres a hot and cold pool, steam room, and sauna. The first twenty to thirty minutes is used to try and get the skin nice and soft before the scrub. So I use the sauna and the steam room. I could only stay in the hot pool for a few minutes, but it does feel good.Update---came back home for vacation and this time I introduced my cousin. This place does not disappoint. This time we had the opportunity to stay in the Himalayan salt room, eat complimentary baked eggs, and homemade rice water? I dont remember the name, but it was nice. Our 3 hour stay was relaxing and it didnt even feel that long. Will continue to keep coming back and bringing on new people to join me.

Had a great visit to Loess Spa today! All the staff are super friendly and the facilities are sparkling clean. Just $25 for access to the spa facilities - hot tub, cold plunge pool, herbal steam room, sauna, and relaxation rooms with warm floors. What a bargain!

AMAZING experience! Very friendly and kind staff, the exfoliating scrub was super relaxing and the facial experience made my skin very soft. I went with my friend and we were given a complimentary water to stay hydrated during the sauna / hot tub which I thought was super awesome. No men allowed which was an absolute BLESSING! Nothing but relaxation and bliss.

Enjoyed every visit. Been going with friends for the last 8 yrs. Thank you to the wonderful ladies working there.

I always love coming here. Any person there does a great job working out all the knots in my back and neck. The yogurt wraps, seaweed wraps, jojoba oil massage is all great!

I had the body scrub and massage ($110) after a day of hiking. Well worth it. She did a great job and you’ll walk out feeling great. They are open on sundays. I had the whole place to myself early in the morning at 8 am. I spent 4 hours there. Parking is easy and easy to get to from Waikiki. This is smaller compared to the Korean Spas in LA or Las Vegas. They have a dry sauna, steam room, hot pool, cold pool, 2 hot rooms, and 1 resting area. No clay ball rooms, salt rooms, or ice cold rooms). They do sell non alcoholic beverages (sodas, water, tea).

My favorite place to be. If youre looking to pay for ambiance then this-place is not for you. The service is always great and the price is too. This is your typical korean spa if you are looking for an awesome body exfoliation, facial and massage.

Everyone is so friendly. They do scrub and massage. Not fancy but the amenities are terrific. You can pay for a day pass just to use the facilities.

When in Hawaii I ALWAYS go here for a day of pampering. Great prices and friendly service.
