Atty. SamForay represented my family in an exceptionally long case that took over a year to resolve. Although the case took way too long, the Foray Firm still got me divorced and got me custody of my kids. In the end of it all, the kids were the most important that I needed to get overall. I am pleased with the results of the case and I can finally begin a new chapter in my life.

I have known Masah since we were brand new attorneys and have watched her grow as an attorney and business woman. She is a great mentor to those around her and knows how to pay it forward. Conniving and nasty attitude. All about money! Steady sending invoices to my email trying to get more money out of me when I been paid her the $1000 I owed then she didnt show up to her first court date. Super unorganized. She never turned in the report to my lawyer that was ordered by the judge. So, basically she got paid for NOTHING! Tried to put my daughter in the custody of a lady whos daughter is locked up for robbing 3 banks. She doesnt care about the childs best interest at all. Shes for whoever has the most money. PERIOD!! BUT THANK GOD MY LAWYER STILL WON MY CASE.

I cannot speak to anyone elses experience, but I think you get what you pay for. I hired Masah Sam-Foray because she handled my brothers custody case a couple of year ago. She got him 50-50 custody of his two kids. It was really ugly, and took a while, but in the end it was worth it. So when I had a child support case I only wanted to hire her. Men, she is worth it. My case took about 5 months to complete. I only showed up in court one time. She handled everything and I ended paying a lot less than what my ex-wife was asking for. I strongly recommend her for any case like this.

I worked with Masah and her team and they were professional, responsive and truly took my interest and opinions into consideration. I am so grateful for Attorney Samforay. I did not want to have to ever go through a divorce, and I definitely didnt want it to be as hard and difficult as it was. But at least I had Attorney Samforay to fight with me. She was really open with me about what it could look like and how long it could take, and in the end it took almost a year to finish. But she talked to me before and after all my court dates and explained everything every step of the way. My ex-husband didnt want to pay anything. He didnt want to pay his fair share for our 4 kids. He didnt want to pay for college for my oldest. He basically just wanted to walk away from everything and leave me holding the bag. This firm promotes working with families and under resourced communities but they are preying on people whom they think are ignorant. They did not have my sons best interest in mind...She is overwhelmed with work due to her greed and does not analyze her cases. She would have put my family back in danger! Though youve studied psychology and domestic violence in told you he served time for domestic abuse he stalked me and my other children at work and school. I had to walk thru alleys to avoid him. Just last week after he missed the last court date where I fired you...he stalked my moms home where he threatened to kill me and my brother. I told you I needed some time to pay due to me having 4 children and have ing to move to a different state to avoid this man i was on between projects with my business you told me you were also a single mother in addition to you over talking me in your office hallway on our initial consultation in front of your employees and my 6yr old son who has no clue on whats going on. You told the judge that you recommend parenting time classes for me to deal with my ex who is not mentally stable. You think you are entitled to respect or my money because you have contracts with the courts for referrals...you are a horrible representative for under resourced communities. I respect the ones who earn their money because they work with passion. You would not survive in my situation so dont ever compare as long as you can sleep.at night after you cheat people. People depend on you to listen to understand and make the best decision for the situation but everyone doesnt have that gift! but everyone doesnt have that gift! in addition to you sending me a bill for 1100 after you spoke to me for 15 minutes. you dont deserve $1

As an attorney myself, I have referred countless clients to Masah. The clients needs ranged from people who needed help with divorce proceedings to people who had child custody issues. To cut to the chase, my clients have been super impressed with Masah. Masah is a family attorney par excellence. Shes a pitbull in the courtroom and someone who also knows how to negotiate to get the best outcome for her clients. I have never written a review for another attorney before, but I felt the need to do one because a recent client whom I referred to Masah was super ecstatic after Masah fought hard for her to get her a great outcome that no one expected; not even me. Beware!! Im writing this as a warning to families that are forced into situations with Masah as the assigned GAL (Guardian Ad Litem).Masah used our case as a way to run up unearned fees and was able to do so uninterrupted by the courts.Our case went on for three years, and during that time, Masah met with our child one time! She went into court and openly admitted to not doing any work on our case, and yet she continued to charge unearned fees. I feel that her main focus was money, not our child. If Masah is assigned to your case, question everything. DO NOT TRUST her to look after your childs best interest. I feel that Masah is solely focused on using the GAL program as a way to collect money.She is required by law to submit detailed invoices to the court every 90 days and it must be approved. I was originally unaware of this fact and the system failed me. Make sure that your attorney is requesting a review of Masahs billing.Masah is often late and will move back and forth between courtrooms. Be sure to take note of when she arrives and leaves the courtroom.I feel that Masah used predatory practices.
