The entire staff here is absolutely amazing! They put their patients happiness first and keep working until they achieve 100 percent satisfaction. They are all really personable and have great personalities. I have interacted with both dentist here, and they both do great work. I haven’t met a person at this office that wasn’t super sweet. I 10/10 recommend this office.

They are very personable and make you feel at home! They also are very honest with you and tell you when something is absolutely necessary to be done vs. something that isn’t as pressing, letting you make your own decisions about your care. I have been to several dentists and they are so far above any other one I have been to!

Let me start my review off by saying that Dr. Crawley and her team are amazing! She’s like the root canal whisperer. My entire experience from picking up the phone to make an appointment to checking out was a wonderful experience. Who says that about an unexpected root canal? No one ever! I was very nervous about going because I just moved to Alabama and I picked this practice from my insurance list. I checked for reviews and called to make an appointment. The appointment setter was very patient with me as I tried to find my insurance info. She then sent me all the forms electronically so I could fill them out at home. When I arrived I was greeted by two very friendly front desk associates. I barely sat down before I was called to the back. I was provided a treatment plan with prices and they explained everything along the way. Although I went in because my crown came off, I stayed for a much needed root canal. I don’t think I’ve ever sat in a dentist chair and felt so safe and comfortable. No pain at all and they asked me multiple times to make sure I was pain free. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The staff takes care of their patient’s old or new. Service is clean and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Diamonds Smiles because it was my first time visiting , I got a root canal and it was fixed in no time. What I was terrified of was feeling the procedure even with medicine but I didn’t feel anything. I was taking care of by Dr. Michelle and Taylor, very sweet women.

This dental office is definitely a great atmosphere. I recommend Collyn. She was gentle and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. All of the staff members that I interacted with were very pleasant.

I took a fall, hit a rock, and broke a front a tooth. The Diamond folks got me in that day! I came in with a tooth in my pocket and an exposed nerve. A root canal and new crown later, and I was on my way. Super friendly, immensely caring, and so efficient. So many stars.

Dr.Crowley was very professional, accommodating and really seem to care about my outcome. Great attention to detail. I actually hate going to the dentist but they made it painless. The dental assistant also worked through her lunch break because I had some extensive stuff going on snd she and acted like it was no big deal. Staff is pleasant snd professional as well.

After neglecting my dental health for a few years, I was nervous about finding a new dentist. Diamond Dentistry had great reviews, and they were definitely earned! My hygienist, Betty, and Dr Crowley were amazing. Everyone was very friendly. I’m really pleased with my choice!

Hygienist Savannah has a wealth of knowledge and gave me some great information on how to treat the gum recession she found. Dr. Peter Harb is not only an expert and excellent dentist; hes also an artist and an engineer in his vision of and precision in his crown work that was better than my natural teeth alignment.

I went today to have a permanent crown put on. (This is my third crown) after putting the crown on and taking it off 6 or 7 times I was miserable, then the doctor came in and took the crown off a few times! As I said Dr. Harb put 2 Crowns on with no problem. They also took 6 or 7 impressions for the temporary crown. It kinda made me think they don’t know what they are doing or are very unsure of their work. Dr.Harb was my Dentist since 1994. He has retired I guess, but regardless I will not be going back to Diamond smiles. You might want to rethink a visit.

I came in for my appointment and was having some issues with my insurance. One person proceeded to check me in, while the other person looked into my insurance benefits. Savannah made me feel very comfortable and relax the entire time she cleaned my teeth. She told me everything she was doing step by step, and held a general conversation. I liked that!!!! Diamond Smiles have ALWAYS been great!

My teeth feel so clean & fresh.I wish I could have them cleaned more than 2x a year..Samantha was very thorough & took a great deal of time addressing the 2 issues I had.My cleaning was a pleasant & enjoyable experience.

They are always kind and professional. They do a wonderful job. They provide great care! They talk you through every step of your procedure and payment. To add to everything else, they are also humorous and fun. These ladies were Great!

I chose this dentist office based on the fact that it’s within walking distance of my home. But now I’d drive across town to go here. And that’s saying a lot coming from a Homewoodian as we don’t like to drive far for anything. Madeline cleaned my teeth today and did a wonderful job. She explained everything she did and I learned a lot.

This is the second time Ive had to go in with pain on short notice. They were able to determine the source and made several phone calls to different oral surgeons to find someone that could fit me in same day. Their service is outstanding from front desk all the way back. They genuinely care for their patients.

This is a great place to have dentistry. From the moment when you enter the facility and greeted by the friendly staff there you feel comfort. Dr. Harb is very professional in his work and mannerism and very attentive. His assistants are amazing as well you cannot ask for a better team. 😎😎

Horrible communication skills. Got Invisalign done there. Show up for my 7 week check up to find out my doctor moved and had to reschedule. No prior phone call to notify me. Had to take off work to go, just to be turned away. Now the day of my 14 week appointment, they wait till 1 hour prior to my appointment time to call and tell me they don’t have a trained doctor that handles Invisalign at the moment and it would be another week and a half before they could get me in. Won’t be returning, horrible communication skills. Shame especially after so many positive reviews.

I had a great experience here. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and their COVID regulations were reasonable and made me feel safe. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I had a very kind hygienist who made me feel at ease.The dentist Dr. Jordan was capital-O Outstanding. Ive always hated going to the dentist because they spoke to the hygienist in code and I never knew what was going on. Dr. Jordan explained every single thing he did and why it was necessary. He gave me a mirror and SHOWED ME what was going on with my teeth, and why he recommended certain treatments. I have never had a dentist keep me in the loop like that.If you are nervous about dentists, give Diamond Smiles a try. You wont be disappointed.

I certainly appreciated the protocol for protection against Covid-19 when I entered Diamond Smiles Denistry today for my six-months cleaning. As a senior citizen with numerous health issues, such protection measures are important to me.
